Agencja "Queen", która reprezentuje gospodarzy, jej nazwa dobrze odzwierciedla podejście do klienta. Wyniosłe, lodowate dwie Panie, które mimo wcześniejszej wymiany korespondencji, i mimo naszych próśb okazały się lodowato zasadnicze, bezmyślne, bezrefleksyjne i nie próbujące pomóc.
