I had booked an apartment that was not the one I got, the one I boo - The property was big and quite clean. for 3 days I could not open the doors of the residence, the keys did not work and I was told that it was "normal" then we changed them once, always the same and another time when the right keys were finally found. the wifi did not work

• Muhanad (3/5): The photos make the place look nice but it is old - Staff didn’t direct us clearly to get into the apartment, the check in was in a different place but in the same neighborhood, the photos made the place look much nicer when it is actually old, no hand soap was provided.
• Amato (5/5): Don't be fooled by the price, there is a reason for that and it's not that there are no facilities. - The price of the property was good to sleep in one night, so that next morning I could go to the airport. Collecting keys is not easy as you need to find a spot far from the flat and need to park the car, the are where you collect the keys it's not safe, the flat it's at the 3rd floor with no elevator so if you have one heavy lugguage it's really hard to drug up to 6 staircases.
• Artyom (7/5): overall not bad except for the extra tax - the apartment was the same as in the photo. The living room and bedroom are all excellent. The bathroom had seen a bit of life, there were 4 disposable shampoos and 1 soap, shower 6/10 (poor adjustment of water temperature). The kitchen was good, there were capsules for the coffee machine and sugar, the refrigerator and kettle worked properly, there were dishes and cutlery. WiFi and air conditioning works. you need to pick up the keys elsewhere. Shower is tired of this life. you need to pay another tax of 12 euros.

• Anonymous (8/5): worth what we paid and we would stay again - the apartment was spacious we didn’t stay in the room we had originally booked due to issues in the apartment, and we had issues with the hot water the whole stay in the other apartment we were given.
• Daniele (5/5): Passable - I liked the 2nd apartment where they moved me in as the 1st one wasn't good. The 1st appartment wasn't good, smelly and with very poor fornitures. The 2nd apartment, while okay, has problem with the hot water in the shower and was not fixed during the whole period of the stay despite the complain made to the owner.
