• Jose (10/5): great apartment and very convenient - The house is fantastic and is in a great location, with parking and next to a big park, close to the city centre and quiet at night. Is clean and tidy. John was very helpful.

Keep up the good work 👍😊 The room went a little cold on the first night but to be fair there were very strong January winds outside and this was well catered for by an electric radiator that was supplied so not really a problem. 😊

• Simon (10/5): A pleasant short stay in a great apartment, located in a lovely town. - The apartment is ideally located, just a 5 minute stroll into the centre of town. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean, quiet and safe parking. The host John was most pleasant, helpful, and communication was excellent. Lichfield is a lovely town, especially the cathedral, and there are many great places to dine and enjoy a drink. Nothing really.
• 21challenger (10/5): Excellent accommodation within a 5 minute walk of Lichfield centre - Host was extremely helpful. Met us at the property at an agreed time and ensured that we had excellent instruction on how to find the property and the relevant parking space. Host was very helpful explaining everything regarding the property and local amenities. The accommodation was extremely clean, comfortable and well presented. Only a 5 minute walk into Lichfield centre Would certainly recommend
• Melissa (5/5): Bad outweighed the good. Checked out early. Too noisy. - The bed was very comfortable and the towels and bath mat were lovely and soft. The room was well proportioned for 2 people. We had a parking space. It was a great location to walk to Lichfield cathedral and town. John was pleasant and informative. Nice shower and room overall. Would have left better review if it weren't for the traffic noise. Spoiled our stay. The noise from the A51 was loud and constant all night and day. We had room 4 and it was right next to it. We kept the windows shut but it was still very loud. We did not sleep at all on our first night which we found very disappointing. It was extremely annoying. So much so in fact, that we checked out a night early, which is a 1st for us. We had planned to stay 2 nights. As one of the most important things for us when going away for a break is to get a good nights sleep. When we arrived we asked John, who was there to meet us with the keys, if the traffic died down at all later. 'I presume so' was his reply. So we asked if it would be possible to be moved to a quieter room and we were told 'not for the money you have paid', 'no-one else has ever mentioned it' and 'well I can't move the building'!! Which i think is totally unacceptable customer service. There were no curtains only slatted blinds so the light streamed in. It wasn't an apartment it was a hotel room with a microwave. No air conditioning and as already said above we had to keep the windows shut because of the constant traffic noise. Not bothered about a refund would have paid £50 for the noise to STOP!!!!

• Zoe (9/5): Lovely 🥰 would recommend to anyone who asks - That there was items left bread and stuff for us if we wanted them which was a very kind thought. It was quite so relaxing just want we needed. The car park as my car was under a tree they need a trim and I wished I asked if I could Move her as it’s covered with as you can imagine but ow well. If I could recommend a safe for important items but I’m good at hiding things.

Lovely big room - bed very comfy and great to have tea and coffee facilities plus a fridge. 👍🏻 Parking was also ideal - we had a van and John made sure we had easy access to a space. Great communication with John - overall we’d definitely recommended staying at the Cranmere. 😆 Nothing to dislike

• Samantha (10/5): Lovely accommodation just a short walk away from Lichfield Cathedral, restaurants and theatre - We wanted to stay close to Lichfield centre and especially the Garrick theatre and we were not disappointed. The Cranmere was just a pleasant 10 minute walk away. The self contained accommodation with its small kitchen and lovely bathroom was very well appointed, clean and cosy. The bed was especially comfortable. John was a great host and went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our short stay. We would not hesitate to recommend The Cranmere to relatives and friends. We certainly plan to stay again to enjoy more of what the area has to offer There was nothing not to like
