Ferdinand (10/5): Uitstekend. Appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. - Het appartement was uitstekend uitgerust. Extra pluspunt de fitness ruimte en de sauna welke in het complex aanwezig was (zeker bij slecht weer ideaal, wat we helaas hadden tijdens ons verblijf). Alles was perfect voor elkaar, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het weer..... De haan van de achterburen moet nog leren klokkijken. Hij begon 's nachts om 2 uur te kraaien. Gelukkig hoorde je daar nagenoeg niks van als je het raam dicht doet.

Katerina (10/5): Great modern and clean place, fully equiped with what you need both for winter and summer vacation. - It was my second time in Basecamp and again everything was exceptional. From the communication with the host to property itself. Everything went smooth, everything was prepared for our arrival, room was spacious modern and clean and the garage is a nice bonus. Actually there is nothing to complain about. We liked the place, we liked the location. The only thing was the weather, which has nothing to do with property itself and host. If I should point something out it was the last day, when we asked for late check out and got a last minute info that it's not possible.

Jozef (6/5): Ubytovanie pekne moderné , lokalita pomerne kludna, príjemna , len treba malu úpravu matracov , inac odporucame - Ubytovanie bolo pekne , pomerne nove , vybavenie bolo adekvatne, v kuchyni nechybalo skoro nic. Ku svahu sme mali blizko. V kupelniach neboli mydlá, iba na jednom samostatnom wc bolo , čo bolo veľmi ale veľmi neprijemne boli tie vyležané matrace a to sme nemali len my v izbe ale aj v druhej a aj v druhom apartmáne , inac všetko bolo pekne nove , čisto bolo , ale ked dcerka mala nehodu museli sme povysavat koberec a ked sme ho dali preč pod nim bolo strasne veľa prachu , jedine tam bola nečistota . Ale boli sme spokojny len trochu nevyspaty kvoli matracom . A to sme mali vlastne vankuse . Len spali sme tam ako vo vani strašne priehlbiny - odporucam majitelom vymenit .

Biffl Clemens (10/5): - Der Late Check out bis 17:00 war es mit geringem Aufpreis allemal wert. So konnten wir noch einen skitag anhängen. Blick auf die Piste und ausführungsqualität der Oberflächen waren top. Couch zu klein für 4 Personen und eine herdplatten haben nicht funktioniert. Herd mit Micro war top

Peter (9/5): Sehr, sehr schöne Wohnung in absolut pefekter Lage zum Skifahren - Die Lage in kurzer Gehdistanz von der Reiteralm Gondel ist perfekt, die Anlage der Wohnung ebenso. Auch der "Brötchenservice" hat perfekt geklappt. Die Qualität der Semmeln und des Gepäcks generell gibt "room for improvement", aber das ist nur bedingt im Einflussbereich der Vermieter. Die "Lösung" für das Aufladen eines Elektroautos in der Garage - ich glaube es ist nur eine normale 220V Steckdose - und dafür auch noch pauschal etwas mehr als € 20,- pro Tag zu verrechnen, ist eigentlich nicht brauchbar.

Nikolaus (8/5): Bis auf Heizung ok und empfehlenswert. Habe REZI gesucht, nicht auffindbar auch war niemals irgendein Mitarbeiter/Au - Klein, fein, ruhig und tolle Lage Das bei der Rückkehr vom Schifahren die Heizung immer schon wieder kalt war! Finde ich überhaupt nicht ok!

Štěpán (4/5): - Good location. Apartment is really nice. Comfortable parking. In the end we appreciated some money back for the situation that sauna was not working almost whole stay. We had only negative experience with not working sauna house that was the most important for us when we were choosing our accomodation.

martine (4/5): - Lejlighederne var pæne, rummelige og fint udstyr i køkkenet. Det var IKKE ski - in - ski out, som der står beskrevet. Saunaen virkede ikke 5 af dagene (ringede flere gange og klagede over det). Det er ret ringe. Da jeg selv behandlede reklamationer i rejsebranchen, så udløste dette en erstatning.

Daniela (10/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt, in einem ruhigen, ganz modernen und neuem Appartment-Komplex. - Gondelstation, Skiverleih in Gehweite.. Gasthaus Brunner 1 Minute zu Fuss - super Essen. Simple aber sehr ansprechende moderne Einrichtung, nicht überladen genügend Ablageflächen usw. vorhanden. Der grosse Wohnzimmertisch lädt zum gemeinsamen Essen, Chillen, Abhängen und Spieleabend etc. ein. Leider Ski-In und Ski-Out nicht ganz möglich, weil die Piste zum Haus leider gesperrt war..

Piotr (10/5): Wspaniały wypoczynek - Apartament w pełni wyposażony, podziemny parking przypisany do apartamentu, co bardzo ułatwiło rozpakowanie i zapakowanie bagażu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą. Możliwość zamówienia usług dodatkowych, np. zamówienie dostawy pieczywa na śniadanie. Nie znaleźliśmy żadnych minusów

Agata (8/5): It was all great the location, the accommodation and the service overall we enjoyed our stay. - It was very close to the skiing area which we really liked. We also enjoyed the possibility to store or skis, snowboards and boots. Everything in the apartment was great except the smell that was coming I’m guessing from the dishwasher or sink. It already smelled bad when we arrived and it was getting worse day by day. The whole apartment smelled bad when we came back from skiing after all day.

Ewa (9/5): Overall we had a very good stay in the appartement, - I liked that the appartment was very clean and quite big, with 2 bathrooms. Easy access to the keys which were locked in the key box, as we came after 9 p.m. As a welcome present we got bottle of apple juice and treats for our dog. We were also glad for the sauna, and the privat parking in the basement. Washing machine was out of order.
Amanda (10/5): Really nice apartment but let down by the administration - The is a modern, well-designed and clean apartment which was thoughtfully furnished. It had a good balcony and was peaceful. There was underground parking. Check-in was horrible. We were given a lock box code but no information as to which apartment it related. It was not the apartment on our Booking.com reservation. We only managed to get in with the help of other guests who called the admin team. The apartment description said the apartment featured a washing washing; it did.not. When we stayed there was a pretty major issue in our apartment with flies which the hosts explained affected not just our apartment and it was something they would be looking into. There was also no need to send so many emails about the upcoming stay - just too much information.

Věra (9/5): Superb - New equipment of the appartement, ski room and free sauna. Also the place close to ski lift was amazing! Soap at wash-dasin was missing as well drainer for the bowl otherwise all was great.
Babeta (8/5): Very good - The decor of the apartment is lovely. Communication with the property manager was also very easy. Our sink was dripping in one of the bathrooms and they came to fix it straight away. We enjoyed our stay. In the ski room there isn't enough racks to dry ski shoes for all the people staying in the building (we stayed in Base 3) plus the room itself is very cold with no heating. Yet they have signs in the rooms saying that it is forbidden to bring ski shoes to the apartment. So basically if we listened to the instructions then we would end up with wet ski shoes every day... hopefully this will get fixed. And we missed a microwave in the apartment but I realise that it is not something that everyone would expect...

Dinka (10/5): Perfect! - Amazing newly built apartment. Cozy and modern with everything we needed. The apt complex is very well organized and everything is so easy to find. There is a sauna right outside, every room in the house has terrace access, the apt had beautiful details and the location is perfect. Ski rent very close. There is an abundance of slopes in the Schladming area and there was natural snow on the slopes but we actually drove to Obertauern every morning to ski becuase we like the “winter wonderland” atmosphere. The drive is not long and is really scenic so we didn’t mind at all. In the garage, there is even a vending machine like you’ve never seen (wine, beer, ravioli, nutella…) 😄 The staff was very helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!
