• Zsofia (9/5): - Great location, close to metro, buses, food store and colloseum. Little noisy in the living room, but ok in the bedrooms. We missed the soap for hand cleaning
• Jason (9/5): Fantastic apartment, great location and great host. - The property was very clean and spacious and had everything you could want for. The location for exploring was great and only a 10 minute walk to the colosseum and o my a short walk to restaurants and shops. Host Luca was great and responded very quickly with any questions I asked and went out the way to make our trip as smooth as he could. Nothing negative at all.

• Marzena (10/5): Rewelacja! Na pewno wrócimy :) - Obiekt bardzo dobrze wyposażony m.in w 2 suszarki do włosów, deskę do prasowania, małe żelazko, parasolki. W apartamencie są dwie osobne sypialnie i dwie łazienki, co sprawia, że jest bardzo komfortowo. Mieszkanie urządzone ładnie i bardzo czyste. Na dole po drugiej stronie ulicy jest sklep. Do Koloseum przez park 10min spacerkiem. Myślę, że tam wrócimy, bardzo Nam się podobało. Kontakt z właścicielami dobry, zameldowanie bezkontaktowe, ale wszystkie informacje jasno przekazane. Dziękujemy! :) Jedyny minus to dość głośna okolica i słabe wygłuszenie. Mimo zamkniętych okien słychać auta. Jak ktoś ma lekki sen, to może być problem.
• Mathieu (9/5): Big apartment for 4-5 and very well located away from the crowded streets of the center of Rome. - The apartment is big with 2 very comfortable bedrooms with separate bathrooms and a big living room with open kitchen. Really the size is great for a family of 4-5 without any issue. location is great because of abundant public transport nearby, lots of cafes and restaurants, and the coliseum and other attraction within walking distance. The host was really passionate about the city and stayed with us for one hour to explain the nice places to visit and recommend restaurants. Not a particularly well decorated interior. but that is it. the rest was perfect

• Rebecca (9/5): - Large, comfortable, clean apartment in a great neighborhood. We could walk to Monti, Coliseum and old Rome. Easy bussing to other spots. Lovely cafe on the next block and friendly, good restaurant and gelato just down the street. We walked to and from the train station.

• Brenda (10/5): Had a great stay in this lovely apartment. Definitely would stay again. - The apartment was beautiful; well appointed and comfortable. Only .2 miles from two metro stations and a short walk to the Coliseum and the Roman Forum. Would definitely stay again. The street was a little noisy at night with car traffic, leaf blowing and street sweeping.
• Alvins (10/5): It was a perfect stay - Everything was great. The public parking was very close. The house was big and very comfortable; especially the beds were perfect. The only thing was guests are expected to dispose of their own rubbish, which doesn’t really feel like a hotel experience
• Irena (10/5): Absolutely beautiful place to stay! Everything about the place is wonderful! - I loved the location, size, and cleanliness. It was a very secure apartment. Loved that we had grocery stores so close and also beautiful restaurants. Metro was close and so was the train station. My family loved that we had a working AC!! The whole apartment was absolutely stunning! Loved the details. Host Luca was spot on and very helpful!! While I love that my family was secure, second lock had 5 bolts! 3 separate keys to get in!! We paid the cleaning fee but still had to take the trash out put all dishes away. We usually put our dishes in a dishwasher and run it and leave it. We had the hardest time finding a place to dispose of our trash. We recycle but not like they do in Rome. Had to ask to make sure we don’t get in trouble. We are clean people and always leave places as we found them. A drying rack would be nice.

• Lubomir (8/5): Great location, but noisy. - The apartment has many advantages. Safe location, within walking distance to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and subway station, with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Spacious, two bathrooms, and comfortable beds. The traffic noise was too high for us, making it very difficult to sleep. Even with windows, blinds, and curtains closed, the noise was often above 60 dB, sometimes even higher. And when there was finally less traffic ambulances passing by with sirens at 3 am and so on. I also suggest checking the bathroom ventilations (loud and not very effective) and the drain.
• Ak (10/5): Comfortable, beautiful flat in a good location - Beautiful, spacious, very clean, stylish flat. The bed in the master bedroom is super comfortable. Limited hot water if everyone wants to take a shower at the same time (due to a boiler).

• Yh (10/5): Clean, spacious and well maintained apartment that’s close to key city sights. - Apartment was very clean, roomy and well equipped with everything we needed, including washing machine, iron and a smart tv. The neighbourhood has lots of food options and supermarkets, and the Metro is just a short walk away. We had a very comfortable stay and it felt like home away from home. Nothing.
• Nadim (10/5): Excellent apartment in Rome - Excellent location. Close to the coliseum. Many good restaurants nearby. The apartment is big and clean. Delicious breakfast place (081 café) next door. We ordered a taxi and received a message when we landed that he would not come. Annoying to make the long taxi line with children when we had planned a private car.

The apartment was very well appointed and decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The building was very secure. The noise from the street was a bit loud.

• Claudia (10/5): Superb - Beautiful apartment that was even better than its pictures! Spacious and clean with a lift, excellent position, very nice host, walking distance to the Colosseo, close to Conad, Cecchini and Panella shops, walking distance to metro (watch out for pickpockets at the stations). We were there in the middle of summer, the apartment had air-cons and it was cool and nice. Nothing. Just the slow shower drain in both bathrooms. This was probably the cause of the bad smell in the ensuite.
• Liakopoulos (9/5): Superb - Good located near Colosseum. Many foreigner in the vicinity, but never felt unsafe. Many options as Super Market, Cafes, Restaurants around the apartment. To reach the center you need bus/taxi/metro (all near to the apartment). Flavio arranged us transportation from and to the airport, which was very convenient. Apartment is exactly as in the photos.
• Mariya (10/5): Great place to stay - big, clean, and comfortable! - Everything was great and as described, super clean place and very comfortable beds. The host that met us was very enthusiastic about Rome and gave us tons of advices and helpful tips. Great location! Short walk from Colosseum, metro nearby, supermarket across the street and even comfortable walking distance to the train station.
