- Eleni (7/5): Good room bad communication - The apartment was big, very comfortable for 4 people. More or less the facilities were okay. Some things were missing, for example coffee, although there was a coffee machine included. The location is a bit hard if you don't have a car, because it's uphill! The communication with the staff was bad, we had to wait long for simple answers. Some questions took one day to be answered. I wonder what would have happen if it was an emergency. The telephone number wasn't working at all the last day.
