- Khasbaatar (1/5): Bad - I waited 1 hour outside she didn’t answer the phone. On the end she said rented that apartment for somebody else sorry. I don’t stayed what I booked.
- Khusan (1/5): Bad - I went there by booking.com but the manager told I didn't receive any notification from your visit.
- Navas (1/5): Bad - Nothing Host forced us to pay Deposit amount 10000 tenge additional to room rent. But she did not return it back and never attended the call and waited for 2 :30 hrs after checkout. But did not pay the deposit amount back. All the utensils were not cleaned. Foul smell inside room. Trash was full while check in. Bedsheets was used hairs present. Towels was also used and hairs were present Never use the shower towels as we witnessed the maid cleaning the bathroom floor with shower towel.
