- Faith (9/5): -
- Gillian (8/5): - Clean very spacious everything you need for a comfortable stay with a large party with kids.
Central for everything 24 hour parking round corner.
- Jackie (8/5): - Great location Not enough toilets
- Colin (8/5): - Value for money. Good location đ Smaller sofa in living room needs replacing as uncomfortable. Toilet seat in downstairs bathroom needs fixing as very loose.
- Lisa (8/5): -
- Lauren (10/5): -
- John (9/5): Great property for larger groups, very well located, very well priced and did exactly what we wanted. - Location and number of double rooms Only trying to Remember the codes to get in and out, thatâs all.
- Natalie (10/5): -
- Bethany (10/5): Excellent stay, would return. Great location, spacious house and facilities were good - Excellent size, beds very comfortable, staff were lovely. It was quite cold at night so before you go out I would recommend putting a couple of heaters on. We got back and it was freezing!
- Alia (2/5): -
- Sean (10/5): -
- Rachel (8/5): Perfect location, great value, will book again - Perfect location for the winter gardens and easy to find. Very spacious and surprisingly quiet. We did stay in JanuaryâŚthe house took 12 hours to warm up as it had probably been empty the few days prior to our arrival. But there were plenty of heaters.
- Rachel (8/5): Perfect location, spacious, will book again - See previous review See previous review
- Samera (6/5): - Rooms have loads space The electric heating for each room, some rooms were still cold all night and next day
- Richard (10/5): Clean, Great location, Great value for money - The property was spotless, in a perfect location an exceptional value for money. No information on parking. I paid ÂŁ17 to park about 10 minutes away and could have paid ÂŁ11 to park just around the corner. Granted I should have done more research but a little bit of local knowledge would have been helpful
- Tina (6/5): Not bad for big group but not great with 2 toilets - Big enough to hold us all in.
Tidy and rooms were good size.
Not far from tower but is all uphill
George was great got us extra heaters as first night was freezing. 1main bathroom and 1 full en-suite but everyone downstairs has to walk through bedroom to get to it.
2more en-suites with no toilets.
The bathrooms do need updating, showers not powerful.
Downstairs full en-suite had 2 slugs inside the shower, so didnât use that.
Could do with updating cutlery and more glasses.
House was freezing 1st night we had to sleep in jumpers but George got us extra heaters for next day and we were fine.
- Lisa (6/5): -
- khumalo (8/5): - House was clean and neat All was fine
- Rebecca (10/5): Amazing find in the centre - Very central, enough space for the 9 guests, clean and had everything we needed, just like the pictures Nothing we will stay again
- John (8/5): -
- Lina (9/5): Perfect location, clean home and had everything we needed for our stay. - This was actually 2 separate apartments which can be easily used as a 5 bed house. 2 kitchens, 4 showers, only 2 had toilets which 1 was off a bedroom. Another toilet would have been ideal. Nothing to complain about.
- Leanne (9/5): Pleasant, and good value for money! plenty of room for us girls - The drains smelt sooooooo bad outside when we had showers.
- wayne (8/5): Great property close to the action but needs a little love - Spacious property close to the tower The furnishings has seen better days and some needed replacing
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Staci (10/5): Great apartment - Perfect location. Quiet street. Clean Would have preferred more toilets as downstairs one is en suite so we didnât like to go in to her bedroom. So 10 people using 1 upstairs as u can imagine was alot.
- Charlie (10/5): Exceptional - Great Location
Very nice place and good value for money.
- Carol (9/5): Great place! - The location was perfect and we enjoyed the communal space. Communications was great and George allowed us the check in early There are only 2 toilets between 10 people and one of those is as an ensuiteâŚleaving 1 toilet between 8 but we made it work
- Pollock (9/5): Lovely House for a weekend away with Friends - Brilliant location and the bedrooms were a decent size. Would definitely use again. We had requested the sofa beds be made up and they were not. Not a big deal though as we found additional bedding to use. One of the showers was out of order but again no worries as there were other shower facilities in the house for us to use.
- Alex (10/5): Hidden gem, will be returning soon! - Absolutely Incredible Stay â Hidden Gem!
I couldnât have asked for a better place to stay. The property is in a prime location, close to everything you could need, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how immaculately clean everything wasâspotless and fresh, with clear attention to detail.
The rooms are high quality, beautifully designed with a spacious and homely feel that made me feel instantly comfortable. Everything from the furnishings to the finishings felt luxurious, like something youâd expect from a high-end hotel, but at a surprisingly affordable price. It honestly felt like I was getting so much more than I paid for.
Will 100% be coming back to this place again. Slept 8 of us and not a single complaint from any one. The only thing we didnât like was that we only booked it for 1 night instead of more!
- Arshia (2/5): Very poor - Location Heating wasn't good enough to heat up property so property was very cold.
Shower from above was leaking through ceiling.
- Gavin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kelly (10/5): Fantastic communication from the owner, definitely return - Spacious clean, really comfortable bed
- Jenna (9/5): Excellent accommodation, in an excellent location. - Location of property was excellent. Parking nearby and free parking from sat 5pm until mon am.
There was plenty of space for all families that stayed here.
Ownerâs communication was excellent and was very friendly and flexible.
We would certainly hope to stay here again. It was potentially a little cold initially due to electric heating system but after the first night it warmed up.
- Kery (9/5): My daughter was dancing at the ballroom the short walk back to the apartment was ideal for a very tired girl. - The property was a great size for us all. Great location. George was a great host, fantastic communication and allowed us to check in early.
- Lauren (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (8/5): Very good -
- Darren (8/5): Perfect base for groups or families - Plenty of space, we travelled with 3 other families and it was a perfect base. Close walk to town and sea front. Has everything you need would definitely book again. The property can feel cold we did travel
January and the electric heaters didnât seem to be able to warm the larger rooms so did feel cold during the night. Some of the furniture is a little dated and one pull out bed was very uncomfortable.
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christine (8/5): Great for a group enjoyed the home and all facilities were good and did not need for anything - Location and set up of the house. Clean and nicely furnished The shower in main bathroom was a trickle and shower did not work in big bedroom downstairs. No parking.
- Helen (9/5): Great house - Everything, the location, the roomy house, the set up. Everything was great. We had to come home!
- Jayson (9/5): Had a lovely stay in a lovely house - The house was 5/10 min walk to the shopping centre, Winter Gardens, Blackpool Tower, bars and restaurants. There were plenty of bedrooms, a nice lounge and well equipped kitchen. Everyone said that they thought the beds were really comfy and warm. Our only niggle was that if you stayed in one of the downstairs bedrooms, you had to go upstairs for the toilet, as the downstairs toilet was through the other downstairs bedroom.
- Catherine (6/5): Suitable accommodation for our Fitsteps event at Tower Ballroom - Good location for the event we were attending at Tower Ballroom. Good sized rooms. Clean. Rather cold and couldnât get the en-suite showers to run hot! Great to have a double room each (5 of us stayed) more toilets rather than showers would have been better! I didnât get door code information until the afternoon we were travelling up so our friend who arrived earlier than us couldnât get in! Lots of worry to start off the weekend!
- Phillip (8/5): Very good -
- Adrian (8/5): Very good - Great location very spacious there was 10 of us
- Jodie (10/5): Absolutely fantastic house, plenty of space for all of us. Everything we needed! - Spacious plenty of room for a big family. We had a large mixture of adults and children Nothing
- Joanne (9/5): Hen Do - Great location Great value for money - Was for a hen do for 12 of us, plenty big enough so we could all stay together..good location and great value for money Nothing it was as expected..great communication from staff tooâŚbig rooms though so quite chilly
- Sarah (9/5): Superb -
- Joanne (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect as we were attending a nationwide dance competition at the Winter Gardens and the house is at the top of the street. The house is very spacious with very comfortable beds, the kitchen is well stocked and the dishwasher was a Godsend. The WiFi has a strong signal which kept the younger guests happy and the fact that there was more than one bathroom kept harmony amongst us all! Nothing, we liked everything.
- Liane (10/5): Gorgeous house! Couldnât have asked for anywhere better to stay. - This house was absolutely amazing. Beautiful rooms, comfy beds, perfect for a large group. Nothing
- Natasha (10/5): Excellent overnight stay - The property was great very modern and spacious. It had everything that you could need for your stay. Very close to Blackpool tower and local shopping center. All the beds and couch beds were really comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property if youâre ever visiting Blackpool.

- Savonne (1/5): Bad -
- Lynsey (10/5): Away in a group of 8 for birthday celebrations this property was perfect for what we needed. Great location, plenty of r - Great location, loads of space would recommend Parking would be a bonus but not a deal breaker
- Annmarie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cherelle (8/5): Very good -
- Gill (7/5): Ideal location, great facilities, good for larger families but could do with a good spring clean. - Excellent location for Central Blackpool 5 min walk to Tower and promenade. Beds were clean and very comfortable and plenty of facilities such as cups glasses and plates etc. Great for bigger families or groups. The cleanliness of the house wasnât the best in areas, there was an empty drinks cup left lying in one of the bedrooms when we got there, a smell like off baby milk in the downstairs livingroom and floor very sticky near the fireplace and dust on the bedroom blinds like it had been there a while.
- Chetan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rajesh (5/5): House was smelling - Did not get opening instructions (code) until very late and have to chase the land loard for instruction (code) to open the door, The house smells Location and car park nearby was good.
- Paul (10/5): happy with everything . cleaniness , beds . will use again - parking with stay would have been better
- Michael (10/5): Gem of a holiday let - Fantastic distance from sea front and shops, beautiful town house, fantastic layout and decor, well managed and maintained, fully stocked with everything you need for a visit to the seaside. Not a dislike just neither of the tv upstairs worked, one had no pic but sound and the other no remote.
- Belal (10/5): Exceptional - It has everything we needed and the host was very accommodating I liked everything
- Danielle (10/5): Great place to stay - Very good place to stay for people with large families. The beds were so comfortable. Will defo book again. N/a
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional - The communication with George from the start when i had questions was amazing-nothing to much trouble. Checking in was so easy. The location was very close to the tower and everything else, easy to walk back too. The place was spotless inside and you couldn't of asked for more facilities than what they provided. Plenty of beds, which were a dream to sleep on and space for everyone. Felt like a home from home. We are booking again for next year-even longer. Well Done everyoneđ. No complaints.
- David (9/5): Great location. Lots of room and very clean. - Perfect location for our night at the Winter Gardens. Plenty of bars/restaurants in close proximity. The house was very clean and ample space for 4 people as we had a bedroom each. The host, George, was contactable before, during and after our stay. The tap was wobbly and 1 of the showerâs didnât work but there were 2 further working showers so it wasnât a problem. George was going to arrange to fix it anyway.
- Scott (10/5): Brilliant stay for a night on the town . Location was spot on . Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again . - Very spacious rooms. Very well equipped.
Great central location, close enough to walk to all the nightlife . Great communication with the host who was very helpful regarding car parking and entry to the property.

The house was easy to locate and was extremely clean, warm and welcoming. The entry instructions and communication with the host prior to arrival was first class. The house has two full kitchens with everything needed to prepare meals. The lounge has a large smart TV with access to Netflix / YouTube etc. All bedrooms were clean and comfortable and some of these also have TVs.
