• Jörn (6/5): - Lage und Umgebung Die Unterkunft zeichnet sich durch eine sehr gute Lage aus. Obwohl sich das Objekt an einer Hauptstraße befindet, ist die unmittelbare Umgebung ruhig. Zudem war die gesamte Anlage sowie das Appartement sauber. Ausstattung und Parken. Der Garten ist wirklich sehr schön und besonders. Das Appartement verfügt über eine qualitativ hochwertige Kochnische mit einem sehr guten Herd. Ein wesentlicher Vorteil ist zudem die Verfügbarkeit von Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort. Kommunikation Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter gestaltete sich effizient und unkompliziert. Anfragen wurden zeitnah beantwortet, wobei die Kommunikation bequem via SMS erfolgen konnte. Es gibt wohl auch eine Umsonstmassage im angrenzenden Massagesalon. Gut war auch der Bettwäsche und Handtuchwechsel alle fünf Tage. Insektenbefall und Hygiene Während des Aufenthalts kam es zu einer massiven nächtlichen Ruhestörung durch eine hohe Anzahl an Mücken, deren Quelle trotz geschlossener Fenster nicht identifiziert werden konnte (eine Überprüfung der Klimaanlage blieb ohne Erfolg). Zudem wurden Abortfliegen im Bereich der Abflüsse festgestellt. ​Technische Defekte und Sicherheit ​Stromversorgung: Es kam zu einem nächtlichen Stromausfall. In der Folge löste die Sicherung beim Duschen regelmäßig aus, obwohl der Boiler getauscht wurde. ​Brandschutz: Der zur Verfügung gestellte Föhn (ohne CE-Kennzeichnung) schmolz während des Gebrauchs unter Rauchentwicklung. Ein Ersatzgerät wurde jedoch geliefert. ​Konnektivität: Das WLAN war in der Wohnung nicht empfangbar. Da eine Reparatur nicht möglich war, musste auf eigenes Datenvolumen oder externe Cafés ausgewichen werden. ​Sanitär- und Innenausstattung ​Badezimmer: Der Wasserdruck war unzureichend. Aufgrund eines zu klein dimensionierten Abflusses kam es bei der Nutzung der Dusche zur Überschwemmung des Badezimmers. Zudem fehlte eine Halterung für den Duschkopf. ​Ausstattungsmängel: Es fehlten grundlegende Küchenutensilien wie scharfe Messer und Schneidebretter. Im Schlafbereich gibt es weder Steckdosen noch Nachttischlampen oder zusätzliche Haken für Kleidung.

I want to leave a review about a wonderful stay at The Secret Treehouse apartments. This is a great location: in Hersonissos itself, where it is noisy and there are a lot of people and at the same time in peace and quiet, like on an island. Two balconies: overlooking the sea and the mountains make your morning fantastic 🌸 there are ficuses, olive trees on the territory, it's very beautiful! I like everything
• Katerina (10/5): Ευγνωμοσύνη για το καλοκαίρι αυτό! Αφήσαμε ένα κομμάτι της καρδιάς μας. - Το κατάλυμα είναι στην Χερσόνησο, περιοχή πολύπαθη τουριστικά. Είναι δίπλα σχεδόν στον κεντρικό δρόμο. Σε όσους φίλους Κρητικούς το είπαμε η απάντηση ήταν : "είσαι τρελή". Είμαι χαρούμενη που τους έμαθα έχαν κρυμμένο παράδεισο κάτω από τη μύτη τους. Σε ξυπνούν τα τζιτζίκια, ο ιδιοκτήτης ο Αντώνης είναι ένας Δάσκαλος Ζωής και Ηρεμίας, οι κυρίες της διαχείρισης είναι εξυπηρετηκότες και σε συνεχή επαφή με τον επισκέπτη για ό,τι χρειαστεί. Το κατάλυμα είναι ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Το μόνο που δεν φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες είναι η ενέργεια του χώρου που σου γεμίζει την καρδιά και σου αδειάζει το μυαλό. Να πάτε. Να ξεκουραστείτε. Που δεν μείναμε περισσότερες μέρες..... Δεν έχει αρνητικά ο χώρος. Ή και να έχει εμείς δεν τα πήραμε χαμπάρι γιατί το υπόλοιπο της διαμονής ήταν μεθυστικά υπέροχο.
