• Emre (8/5): - Nature - silence - perfect for families who love to spend time in nature Only a small advice for improvement - we didnt know that heating system in Switzerland was off because summer system started. Tristan tried to help by arranging an additional electrical heater but i would have been happier to see a general note saying heating system is off lets say by beginning of May. Maybe this is something normal for locals but for us it was a surprise.

• Marleen (8/5): Fijn appartement op zeer korte loopafstand van de skilift. Perfect! -
• Michael (10/5): Super Lage und super Wohnung - Super Lage. In 2 min bei der Talstation Betelberg. In 2 min in der Bäckerei und in 5 min im Coop. Daher konnten wir alles zu Fuss erreichen und das Auto die ganze Woche in der Einstellhalle lassen. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Würden nächstes Jahr sofort wieder kommen.
• Thomas (8/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Das Café Kuhnen mit seiner Bäckerei liegt gleich nebenan und die Talstation für den Betelberg kann ist nur 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung ist gross und gut ausgestattet.

• Andrea (8/5): Schöne Ferienwohnung in einer sehr guten Lage - Das Chalet ist super gelegen in der Nähe der Betelberg Seilbahn und ist somit ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Es ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und alles lief völlig unkompliziert ab.
• abdullah (10/5): انصح به لمن يبحث عن الهدوء وسوف اكرر الزياره - كل شي يفوق الجمال كل مرافق الشقه جميله سكنا في شفة رقم 3 الطابق الثاني اطلالة الشقه جميله الصاله كبيره المطبخ يوجد به كل شي تحتاجه يبعد عن انترلاكن ساعه وعن غشتاد نصف ساعه لاشيء

• Emmi (8/5): Ein rundum gemütliches Wochenende - Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastgeber haben auf Fragen oder Anliegen umgehend reagiert. Die Wohnung und die Einrichtung ist sehr praktisch und ansprechend. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Leider hatte es fast kein warmes Wasser. Duschen und Abwaschen war herausfordernd.

• Prateek (8/5): Good for a short stay - Great location and views. Hosts had very clear instructions, house was neat, clean and all things were available The stairs were a bit cramped, the bathroom downstairs had very little flow and hot water was not coming properly
• Vanessa (9/5): Great Location and New property - Apartment is really well located and forniture was new. Really usefull apliances and nothing was mising for a day to day usage. I think that the check in and check out time are too far apart. When you can check in only at 16:00 and must check out at 10:00, it means that you are financially paying for a half day more. Also the sauna was working but takes too long to heat it up, and as you must do it yourself, so its hardly possible to use it.
• Kathrin (10/5): Sauberes Chalet an idealer Lage. - Unkomplizierte Kommunikation vor der Anreise, alles sehr gut beschrieben. Die Ausstattung war für uns (6 Personen) perfekt und das Chalet sehr sauber. Auch die Lage ist top. Man ist rasch im Dorf (zu Fuss) und beim Bahnhof. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden das Chalet wieder buchen.
• Flückiger (10/5): - Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung im Chalet vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die private Sauna, die zum Chalet gehört – sie war für uns ein echtes Highlight und hat den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Winterurlaub mit Freunden. • Die Aussicht war atemberaubend. • Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. • Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht und alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Der Gastgeber war äußerst hilfsbereit. Wir konnten den Schlüssel für die Sauna nicht finden und er kam persönlich vorbei, um uns den Schlüssel zu übergeben. Vielen Dank auch für die Getränke – allein der Gedanke zählt! Da wir jedoch keinen Alkohol trinken, haben wir sie nicht konsumiert.

• Julian (8/5): Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful location - but please improve communications. - The location was great - wonderful mountain views from the main room as well as a balcony. Easy to walk into the village. Very well-appointed chalet, clean and warm. Some local beers had also been left for us to taste. Landlord never made an appearance or answered emails. As a result we missed out on the local Tourist Card on the first day and had to pay expensive bus fares which would have been free. Helpful local people enabled us to do this for ourselves eventually - took 5 minutes in the information centre.

Tolle und grosszügige Wohnung welche sehr gut ausgestattet ist. wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und können das Chalet Wassermandli sehr empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für diese gelebte Gastfreundschaft.

• Nicolas (10/5): - The apartment is incredible, everything is high quality, the beds are very comfortable, and the look is so nice. The owner will answer you to your questions if you need it. 10/10 is any case, not a negative point, but a way to improvement for the Guest Card, just to check it a little bit faster.
• AKHIL (8/5): - Homely. Even toys for kids. A wooden gate for the stairs was thoughtful especially for families with toddlers. Well equipped kitchen. The backyard was vast and has great views. The hosts even arranged a selection of local beers as a welcome gift. Appreciate it. Cleaning staff was rude when mentioning that we should have parked vertically vs horizontally. But there are no road markings to convey this and it’s also possible to think that vertical parking might block neighbors.

La amplitud del chalet, el párking privado gratuito, las vistas desde la casa, el confort en general. Fue un poco difícil encontrar las llaves. Quizá faltaron instrucciones. Por suerte, nos ayudaron unos vecinos.
• Bhavya (9/5): - The house reminded me of my childhood. We lived there for 3 nights as a family and it was a very memorable experience. The downwards staircase although a bit narrow was okay for us but maybe something to consider for others who have mobility issues. Parking was easy and the place was quite close to a petrol station and to Aldi and a bakery/cafe (this was just opposite). However it is only an option for people with car. Otherwise I'm not sure how you can travel into and out of here. The Bathtub and the standing bath were both provided with the anti slip mat which was helpful since we traveled with my parents. The kitchen also had good quality utensils which suited almost every need and had a microwave and kettle too. But of course the view from here is what makes it so much more worth it. We checked in late night and woke up the next morning to this beautiful view and enjoying it with my family made it feel far more special. Check in was also very easy as the key was dropped off in a lock box. There was a small flower vase on the dining table which was sitting there for a long time I think because it faintly stunk and the flowers were rotting. Probably was just forgotten to be removed. No other issues however.

• Monika (9/5): Ideale Lage - Die Lage in Lenk ist perfekt, die Bergsicht eindrücklich ! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Bei 4 Personen war es ideal, dass es im Untergeschoss ein zweites Badezimmer hatte. Das zweite Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss, zugänglich nur durch eine sehr enge Wendeltreppe, ist zwar geräumig, jedoch recht dunkel, nur mit etwas Licht von einem Lichtschacht. Für junge Leute ok, für ältere Personen eher schwierig und es wäre gut, es würde darauf hingewiesen.

• William (9/5): Very pleasant location comfortable stay. - Nice location, good facilities suited our extended family of 6 nicely. Reasonably priced. Tight staircase to lower level bedroom would be difficult for some. Not a oroblem in our case.

HOT WATER ISSUE. The owner did not help to resolve the issue, we stayed two days without showers. The water was super cold.

• Ishanka (10/5): Amazing stay - Location is just by the cable car station and it has an amazing view of the mountains. Apartment has all the amenities included. Very spacious specially the down stairs. Two bathrooms were really helpful for a family like us. Plenty of toys and games for kids which our kid liked so much. Owners communication was very clear and checkin was very smooth. Very close to the Lenk center. Nothing. But a smart tv would have been so great.
• Akhil (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very well-maintained and spotless, with stunning mountain views in every direction. There are fuel stations and restaurants conveniently nearby, and the drive from Interlaken to Lenk is incredibly scenic. I would definitely book this place again. The house rules could be phrased in a more polite and welcoming tone. While I understand they may stem from past experiences with other guests, the initial impression felt a bit intimidating.

• Faisal (8/5): Ideal for the one on a budget (overall good) - The property is easy to find however is abit outdated Basic decor (good value) In Switzerland All shops close before 8 so make sure you buy what you have to or eat before 8 otherwise you will sleep without any food. Loads of shops locally and transport very close
