• Gabor (10/5): Jó lokáció, szép környezet, tiszta és kényelmes, jól felszerelt apartman. - Könnyen megtaláltuk a recepciót, készségesek voltak. Egy takaró volt csak az ágyhoz, kettő jobb lett volna.

• Perekupko (6/5): - Местоположение , номер хороший , кровать удобная, задумка апартаментов когда-то была хорошая -всё необходимое есть для комфортного проживания . Сломанная душевая , не работает электроплита, кондиционер не работал как нужно - сами почистили фильтры , лампочка в потолке постоянно мигает -раздражает зрение , мало посуды-не полный набор даже минимальной посуды для двоих. Ну и конечно не качественно производится уборка номеров . Если всё поддерживать в рабочем состоянии и чистоту , то был бы прекрасно . Обращаюсь к администпации , проведите разъяснительные беседы со всеми депортаминтами данного объекта , что бы улучшить качество обслуживания.

• Dorit (1/5): פשוט ביזיון גושים של שיערות בריצפה ברגע שקיבלתי את החדרים! - כלום קיבלנו את החדרים באיחור של שלוש שעות, גם שקיבלתי גת החדרים הם היו מלוכלכים מאוד! ואמבטיה הברז היה שבור לא הביאו לנו טישו ולא מגבות פשוט ביזיון גם שביקשנו דברים רק אחרי שהתחננו וביקשנו מלא פעמים קיבלנו , לא אחזור לשם שוב.

• Anonymous (2/5): I didn’t like to stay in this apartment - Good location The apartment is more like a hotel, is completely empty with the cutlery. I asked staff so many times to bring some kitchen utensils, but they didn’t understand no Russian no English language

• Baghramyan (1/5): If you look for an extreme living conditions for 80$ per day then this place is for you. - Location Upon arrival the receptionist tried to give us a room with 1 double bed while I ordered a room with 1 double and 1 single bed. After disputing with them for a while we were located in a room where we found: no kitchenware, no hangers in a wardrobe, no iron., broken hairdryer and refrigerator, even batteries in TV remote were missing. They brought an extra bed with missing screws and nuts. After we refused to accept it, they fixed it with parts removed from another bed! After our complains for refrigerator they promised to send a technician to fix everything. Of course nobody came, and next day they moved us to another room. Upon entrance we felt a bad smell and the receptionist ensured that the smell will disappear after we open the windows and let the fresh air in. Not only it did not disappear but it became more intensive and we found that the smell comes both from bathroom and from the balcony where the boiler was installed (see the photo) and the air ventilation in the bathroom was not working. Again, they promised to fix it asap, then every day they were saying something like "the technician went to bring new ventilator" and so on. 9 days we were living in such unimaginable terrible sewage odor. On sixth day the electricity in our room was shut off. Within few hour finally someone came and said that electricity account needs to be paid, refilled it and it turned on. And the culmination was that after the only cleaning of the room on 8th day our car keys disappeared!! They did not take any responsibility on it insisting that the cleaning staff did not touch anything in our room, while ALL our belongings where replaced and put in another order. Nobody tried to help us to find the cleaners and asked them. Overall everything was worn out and dirty.
