• Ian (2/5): Terrible - Booking.com need to do some quality control. - It was easy to find and clear instructions on how to access. The parking is terrible. This is a densely populated area with only street parking. I could not get parked closer than 700m to the actual property. The washing machine was full of laundry and when I asked the host about this, the reply was ‘do you need to use it?’ The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes that stank, making the kitchen unusable. The fridge was filthy. The towels were all damp. There was an air-tag attached to the keys which I removed as I’m not comfortable with a stranger knowing where I am going / where I have been. There are various unknown stains on the walls. This is probably the worst Booking.com accommodation I’ve ever stayed in.
• gelettra (6/5): Dotato dell'essenziale, ma i materassi sono da cambiare - Appartamento dotato di quasi tutto l'essenziale... tranne la porta della doccia che ogni volta ci ha portati ad allagare il bagno! Cucina ben fornita, appartamento pulito, abbastanza silenzioso, parcheggio disponibile gratuitamente a due passi sulla strada davanti a casa. Il check-in è stato abbastanza avventuroso, anche perché non ci sono state date informazioni in anticipo. Quando siamo arrivati, abbiamo chiamato la signora che parla solo tedesco, abbiamo trasferito la conversazione su WhatsApp e in qualche modo ci siamo capiti e ce l'abbiamo fatta. L'appartamento è spartano ma dotato di tutto l'essenziale, tranne appunto la porta della doccia: ogni volta in cui ci siamo lavati il pavimento del bagno si è trasformato in un lago. Alcuni letti/materassi sono sfondati, quindi non particolarmente comodi.

• Kate Wills (8/5): Comfortable spacious apartment on outskirts of Munich - Lovely apartment , comfy beds, washer and dryer v handy, good bathroom and kitchen facilities. Quite a distance from centre of Munich so travel time needs to be factored in. Parking can be tricky out front TV would be nice

• Hendry (7/5): Good - owner met us for checkin, all good with that. room is spacious with bed that is comfortable enough. the kettle is dirty, not suitable for use. location is a bit distance from the train station, possible to take bus to a bus stop that is nearer compare to the station. although the matress is comfortable, the size is really small for adult.

• Melanie (8/5): Great apartment near the city to explore Munich and surrounds. - The apartment was clean and easy to access. The host was very accommodating, gave clear instructions and even offered to do a load of washing for me. There was a supply of milk, tea and coffee pods when we arrived and the kitchen was well equipped. Parking can be challenging to find as it is street parking and varies depending on the time of day. There is also no living area or TV in the apartment but a lovely small balcony overlooking the garden.
• Nandor (10/5): Exceptional - Really enjoyed our stay, basically it is a nice equipped flat in a house block, a mall is nearby so shopping is easy. U2 Underground takes you quick to the downtown. Good internet connection, and very comfortable beds. Bathroom ia also nice and clean.
