Every where in this room smells so horrible, dirty, with different patterns of window blinds of multiple designs. • Eulery (1/5): Bad - Nothing, the worst place to be. We Couldn't wait to leave so we end up spending the day outside and just came back to sleep. The check in meant to be at 1pm, but when we called the host was rude and had the odacity to tell us that the room isn't ready because there's someone using it, asking us to come back at 2pm which after we complain over the phone he agreed for 1pm. The room was so dirty and disgusting to even look at it, The curtains was a piece of dirty rolling plastic which dropped when we tried to close it. The bed cheats and pillow had stains as if someone slept there 3 minutes ago, There was no bed or blanket for the child, so I had to ask the host why when we paid for 3 people, The host brought a brown dirty mattress which I had to use my clothes to cover it due to the condition. I decided to put my son on the bed with wife and I slept on the floor instead, Anyone coud just walk inside the room because it doesn't have any lock, so whatever you go out you have to take everything valuable with you because you can't lock the door from outside either. My child wanted to use the toilet so He tried to open the toilet door but someone was already inside, the person rudely scream at us using obnoxious language continuously swearing words and stayed in there for almost half an hour. When he came out, The Toilet floor was sticky so disgusting that we refused to remove our shoes. The kitchen stank badly, The bins were full with rubbish around it. You aren't allowed to have the key for the house, so every time u leave the property you have to call the owner to open the front door which felt uncomfortable and irritating. We decided to go out and visit family members, We returned to the property back at night around 11pm . Guess what we had to call the owner again to open the front door.
• Family (1/5): scammer - nothing it was advertised as pet friendly and he wouldn't let us in we did not stay here he said his family room was not big enough for more than 2,he was very rude and was not bothered that we drove 6hrs and was left without accommodation attitude falsely advertised and takes people in because it's more profitiblle and sends you away

I booked for a family room and turned up to find 1 double bed which the host would not refund or put another bed in also don't go with photos of house as it is not how it is lies its a dump!!!!!!!!!! Host is dishonest and lies YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!! The whole experience booking dot com useless for help cut off 5 times
• M (1/5): Avoid this place. - It was dirty, bed was broken, no lock on the room door, no toilet paper in the bathroom. Was only one pillow although we did said it will be two adults. Bed was so broken the only one person can sleep. Bin was smelling like it has not been emptied for ages.
• Paget (1/5): Don't go there !! - Nothing The fact that the ad states that pets are allowed but they wasn't, ended up paying another 300 for kennels..I had only booked the room because if the pet . broken bed , broken tv , a window looking into the room from the hallway. No balcony as stated. Two sonss staying there couldn't sleep as the host and guest very loud until early hours. Paid for a week , had to find alternative accomodation for 6 nights as my sons couldn't stay there after one night

• M (5/5): Its in zone 4 so quite far from London. - Walking distance to bus stop n near to tesco I booked for 3 persons but in the room only has 1 queen bed. At least they so have shower cream n syampoo n kettle for a hot water.

• Alexandra (1/5): Bad - We arrived perfectly, first the host didn't answer my phone, when I called him the day before, no hello, nothing just "Ugh?" thats it, it felt a bit sketchy but fine, anyway we arrived thed he opened the door in his pyjamas, he was obviously living there, watching football, eating popcorn, we booked a double room on booking and he said we have booked only one room. I put in the booking application that three of us are staying there, me my boyfriend and sister. I filled up the names, I also called him and inform that it's three of us, he also seen our names on the booking. Anyways he didn't want to show us the original room, what he claims we "booked" then he offerd us another room bigger in which we can stay in, don't know why. It was really dirty, smelt really badly, the kitchen was a mess, the garden? Broken glass, dirt and mess everywhere. I have a younger sister and I just didn't feel safe there, there was a lock in our bedroom, but still I was scared. I am really sad about the money, It's a lot and we couldn't afford anything else. We wanted to go back to the place to take some pictures, but I was scared because he didn't want to even show us our "original" room. People, don't book this room and don't use this host. You will be disapointed. Alex

• Mohamed (1/5): a scam house , does not exist - this is a scam house which does not exist , we booked , we paid through booking full payment , then we sent them a message that we will check in at 12.30 pm night , when we arrived there at 00.45 no one answered the door nor answer the phone nor the whats app text message , we send them more than 30 messages and we called them 100 times , me and my colleagues we end up sleeping in the car as was a festival and all hotels were fully booked , it is located in a dirty neibourhood area , with impossible to park your car , please do not book this place ever and never its just a scam nothing
• Chirimuuta (1/5): AVOID!! - AVOID!! I am not usually one to leave reviews but this has to be done in hopes it may help someone else. Note how defensive the host is despite more than a dozen people having the same experience. That in itself is a huge redflag! My Partner and I have recently moved out of our previous place of residence which was being sold and had around a week whereby we actually did not have our own property whilst awaiting confirmation to move into our new flat. It is unfortunate that the current cost of living is having such a huge impact on our economy to the point that housing is massively affected to such ridiculous lengths that one is expected to pay £75 a night for properties such as ‘Relevant Properties’ which in reality should actually be named ‘Irrelevant Properties’ due to it’s disgusting condition. Although I appreciate, I do probably take cleanliness too seriously in comparison to the average human, it says a lot when your laid-back low maintenance boyfriend is also mortified by the state of a “guest house” such as this one!! Firstly, on arrival, there no mention of how we would be able to access the front door as there was no key provided however, the host was able to let me in and out when needed which was okay I suppose providing it was just a nights stay. I was shown to the room whilst waiting for my partner and within 5 minutes I felt mortified. The room smelt as though a sweaty teenage boy had been rolling around in it. The bed was dirty and no effort was even made into making up the bed. I asked whether the room was cleaned before I arrived, and I was told yes which was a blatant lie. There was dust all over the sides of the bed and random pieces of rubbish as well things clearly belonging to other people. There was no lock on the bedroom door to the point where even my partner had the host walking in on him laid in bed whist, I was in the shower. He was soo angry and horrified we couldn’t get out of there fast enough. The bathroom was very very gross!!! Everything could have been better in all honesty. I was not expecting something impressive as this is what happens when you require somewhere to put your head for a night however I was utterly shocked with the overall condition of the entire property. Nothing, I would not advise anyone to stay at this property under any circumstances, better pay more and have something decent than to have to stay in this environment, Not worth it and truly a money making scam for anyone looking for a short stay,

One of the rooms the door is through view, and the mattress are on the floor. The second room has 2 beds where there is no space in between. No locks in the room inside or outside

• Marie.s08 (10/5): Cheap and landlord very welcome and friendly - The landlord was very polite on the phone. Even phoned me to make sure everything was alright including the morning. Was very cheap to stay here compared to other prices in London and free parking on the street so was able to leave my car there whilst we went to shaftesbury theatre.

No pots,plats,cups,spoons NOTHING. My room didn’t have a lock, the lock was on the outside of the door. It was really cold downstairs. The fridge it’s a tiny fridge with no space for nothing. Luckily i was just there for one night

• Tom (1/5): DO NOT BOOK EVER ITS A SCAM - Absoluty nothing this is purely a scam, DO NOT BOOK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. The property is listed with so many amenities, private parking, rooms with balconies and tvs, also a bar and jacuzzi is listed. In reality you get absolutely nothing but a complete set of lies, deceit, and ultimately cost me my weeks money plus the stress and financial pressure to find alternative accommodation. The property is situated in a really bad area of welling and there is no secure parking as stated, upon arrival I had to video call the owner who told me the front door key is left under the matt and must be returned there after we let ourselves in. THIS IS A MASSIVE SECURITY ISSUE FOR STARTERS, basically anybody could access the property at anytime if you found that key. After been directed through video call at the rooms I immediately could tell this is not what it seems. The house was utterly filthy, riddled with damp due to no HOT WATER OR HEATING been on, although the property does supply it we had to manually turn it on and told to wait for it to warm up. (I'm a contractor who had been on road and work for over 12hours and just wanted a shower and bed, clearly neither was going to happen there) As I raised these issues during the call, the owner became aggressive and showed various signs of threatening behaviour. The house had clearly been lived in prior to our arrival as various rubbish bags where found in kitchen area along with used and new laughing gas cannisters found on worktop. The worktops had crumbs on them, and there was no kitchen ware at all located again as stated. Due to the various issues I said there was a misunderstanding and I wouldn't be staying there, it then came to light he was renting out each individual room instead of the house again not stated. Due to valuable items, no locks on doors and the fact the front door had the key under mat at all times I didn't feel safe or my belongings. I also felt there was alternative motions the property was used for and what might of happened If we indeed stayed there.
