Paul-Gerhard (9/5): Komfortables Penthouse - Appartement in guter Lage - Schönes Penthouse - Appartement mit sehr großzügiger Außenterasse direkt am Yachthafen. Strand und Innenstadt fußläufig (etwa 10-15 Minuten) zu erreichen. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Preislich wohl am oberen Rand des Angemessenen. Aufgrund des guten Levels der Wohnung ist der Preis noch ok.
