• Shuo (8/5): Awesome, a bit humid. - Super great location, even if it’s located on a big street, it is luckily not noisy. The owner is very friendly, was already waiting for us when we arrived. Despite it is in Sicily in the mid of May, the room is quite humid.

К сожалению было шумно с улицы. Если с маленькими детьми или у вас бессонница, то это не ваш вариант. Хотя на этом острове тихо не бывает нигде.

• Emma (9/5): - Perfect location, safe area and close to the center. Around a 10min walk to main street with all the restaurants and shops. Very clean apartment with all the amenities we needed. Very helpful and friendly hosts. The patio was a bonuspoint. The walls were very thin so we could hear the neighbours in the building, but mostly it was quiet after midnight and it didn't necessarily bother us.

• Pavel (10/5): Exceptional - It was amazing! 🤩 The flat was crystal-clean, well smelled. Washing machine was very good to have, so we used it once (a washing powder etc were provided for free). There were no problem with parking at all. Chiara met us, showed us a flat, helped with some interesting us points on the map. Welcome vine and water were provided. Available coffee machine was working and taste was very good. WiFi speed was also fine, one of the best in Italy. I can highly recommend this property and many thanks to Chiara for accommodating us.

The apartment was nice to come back to chill a bit - The apartment is close to the old town and once you find your bearings, most of the attractions are within easy walking distance eg Capo Market, Massimo Theatre etc. lots of nice eating places close by. Although there was everything needed for our stay, space in the kitchen area was very limited with little space for cooking/preparing anything. It wasn’t an issue for us as we sit out every night but for my one wanting to eat in the apartment might want a bit more space.
• Leonie (9/5): A great apartment, on ground level, with lots of room which enabled a most enjoyable five days in Palermo. - The apartment was spacious and well furnished, with a private courtyard to the side, with table and chairs. I appreciated finding milk in the fridge, not to mention a welcoming bottle of wine. Most of all, the owners took the time to meet us at the apartment to orient us to the amenities and the district.
• Anonymous (10/5): Brilliant apartment, ideal location- can’t wait to visit again - The location of the apartment is excellent, lovely restaurants and bars nearby and only a 5-10 minute walk to the busy centre with great sights, loads more restaurants and some good shops too. The apartment was spotless, and so well kitted out. Everything we needed was there - including a bottle of cold wine in the fridge. Can’t recommend this place enough Honestly can’t think of anything. It’s great!
• Veronica (10/5): Cosy, comfortable, welcoming apartment within walking distance of unforgettable sights in Palermo. - Very welcoming even though with flight delays we arrived well past midnight in a rainstorm. Kept in constant contact with us to advise on travel. Well equipped comfortable space and so well located. Good reasonable restauraunts within 150 metres. Food shop for basic supplies and bakery nearby. Palermo is littered with uneven broken footpaths. That said I felt no sense of threat in the area. Sights are outstanding so it's simply a case of accepting the rundown appearance of the city.
• Pelikan (9/5): I highly recommend this apartment - This apartment is located very close to the historic center of Palermo. It takes about 6 minutes to walk to the Cathedral. The street where the apartment is located is quite busy, but it doesn't bother me. personally, I prefer living in such an area than in some desolate alley without lighting, and there are plenty of them in Palermo. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Towels, clean bedding, iron and ironing board, cutlery, dishes, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, TV, fridge, dishwasher. There is also dishwashing liquid, dishwasher capsules, washing powder and other chemical articles that may be needed to clean up after yourself during your stay. The owner of the apartment welcomed us very warmly and showed us around the apartment. In the fridge we received a welcome bottle of wine, beer and a carton of milk :) The apartment has both heating which works perfectly and air conditioning. The bed is very large and the mattress very comfortable. I highly recommend. And if I ever visit Palermo again, I will definitely stay in the same apartment. A very tiny downside is the small surface of the countertops in the kitchen, where there is not much space to prepare a meal. This is really a trifle compared to all the pluses. The apartment has no windows, which is normal in most apartments in Palermo, but the light coming from the lighting next to the entrance door was enough to illuminate the living room.
