• Hugo (10/5): - Good apartment with a nice balcony, location ideal with metro station a few minutes away. Vittorio is a wonderful host and helpful in all situations and sends recommendations of restaurants etc. in Naples. The apartment has airconditioning and a good kitchen and it was clean. I would recommend this apartment! The bathroom had some problems but they were taken care of during our stay.
• Kristina (10/5): Wunderbare Silvesterzeit in Neapel und im tollen Materdei - Ganz tolle Wohnung im Centrum, Umgebung ruhig und sicher. Alles zu Fuß schnell erreichbar, sowohl Geschäfte als auch Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, man fühlt sich wie Zuhause. Alles was man braucht ist da.

It’s perfect for people who li - Great location near the M1 line and nice local shops for great food. Great to have a balcony to sit out on! streets were a bit noisy at night but that is to be expected in a big city.

Couple of shop with groceries and café bars next to the apartment The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The landlord Vittorio was very very helpful and always available with providing all important information's. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

Everything was clean, we felt right at home. ♥️ The little balcony was very cute and had lovely view to all sides. Great location right by the metro. The owner was extremely nice, he was always available online to answer all questions and ordered us a taxi for our trip to the airport.

• Bernhard (9/5): Superb - Due the good guidance of Vitorio, who made checkin/-out simple, gave advises on possible disturbances in public transport we had an interesting, relaxed and smooth stay in Neaples. The flat was one reason of it. Especially with the metro nearby, the pizzaria and the good food-shop downstairs. The style of the flat, moskito- protection and aircondition made it really comfortable. The noise level of motorbikes and cars in the city. It takes some time to get used to it.

Metro is 2-3 min away by walk, there is no struggle to reach most of main museums, restaurants, famous streets and etc. as well. View from the windows/balcony is totally nice. Vittorio is truly helpful, all necessary information and more is shared on time. By the way, near the entrance in the apartment are made on of the tastiess pizzas.

• Adi (6/5): ok apartment, but not central and not in a very friendly neighborhood - The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was nice, waited for our arrival and provided us extra keys to the apartment and ordered a taxi for us to the airport. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, which was very difficult to reach with our bags, and on an everyday basis after a day of sight seeing. The neighborhood is 3 metro stops away from Via Toledo, but there are not many cafe's and restaurants, so you have to take the train if you want to go out. Also, we personally did not feel very safe walking around the area surrounding the apartment (the streets rights below the apartment were ok, but 10 min' walk from there it felt really unsafe).
• Cosmin (9/5): Superb - The studio is spacious with nice design and very well equipped. I appreciate small details such the candles, aroma diffuser and the nintendo game. Viitorio is a great host; he gave us a great list of places to see in Napoli and also he offered us a late check-out.

• Katharina (9/5): Superb - The apartment was clean and has everything you would need for a nice trip to the city. The best thing was the balcony, which allows you an overlook over the little street crossing, was perfect for breakfast in the sun or relaxed evenings with a drink. Vittorio was a very nice host and we could always reach out to him for questions. He even ordered a taxi for us to the airport.

Next to the building you will find a lot of groceries shops. Host is very helpful and friendly, ready to help every step of the way. We highly recommend this property for anyone who travel to Naples.

He answered all our questions very fast and guide us on how to navigate the city., where to eat, and find transportation to go around. The apartment is very clean and cozy. Even Vittorio provides breakfast for the first morning. The shower was a little tricky, but he helped us to figure it out. The apartment is a few minutes from the metro where you can reach the city very easily. The balcony was a. Plus. I highly recommend this property.

• Yahel (10/5): Would definitely come back to this beautiful apartment - The (green-themed) apartment was gorgeously designed and instantly felt like home. The bedroom was wide and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The AC (eventually) warms up the room nicely, and we kept the bedroom door closed whenever we left the apartment (with the AC off), and that was enough to keep the room warm during winter. The apartment was very clean, except for a few crumbs on a couple of plates, but it wasn't a big deal, even for a neat freak like myself. Vittorio was a gracious host and supplied us with extensive, helpful information about the city even before we arrived so we could use it to plan our trip. The shower is a bit challenging - finding the "sweet spot" for the water temperature is difficult, and the shower head could use refreshing. No elevator means climbing ~65 stairs every time, which could get tedious (but well worth it!). There's no heating in the corridor/kitchen, so going to the bathroom/shower in the winter could get chilly.
• K (9/5): Excellent place for a short stay in Napoli. - Quite cosy but airy and very clean apartment with cooking equipment in a safe (looking) and (relatively) quiet neighbourhood, just a block away from the metro station. Beware of the stairs (we did not mind at all) and a bit strange soft bed. But Vittorio was always reachable and pleasant to deal with and the quality-price ratio was good. All in all we would happily return for a short stay next time too!
• Cynthia (10/5): Our stay was comfortable, near things for daily living and extremely affordable. - it was so light and had all the amenities necessary to make it a self sufficient, comfortable stay. The distance to grocery stores, the pharmacy, banking, and the Metro was a comfortable 2-5 minutes. It was a ways from the sites, 2-3 metro stops or 7 stops to get to Garibaldi for day trips to Pompei, Herculaneum and Amalfi. It is in the top floor with no lift so climbing 3 flights after a full day of walking ruins or coast towns was difficult.

The apartment is also in a nice and calm area, with a lot of food and coffee places close by (and one of the best Pizza places.) We would definitely come back!

The bed is comfortable and the kitchen fully equiped, which was really nice. It's smaller than i thought, but still super cute and comfortable for 2 people.

• Ivanov (9/5): An awesome apartment with a great host! - Vittorio (the host) was very approachable and welcoming. He gave us some guidelines about the city and its most famous places and restaraunts to visit and responded to every question we had before and after we checked in. He also left us a small breakfast free of charge, which was really nice of him! The apartment itself was great, it was clean and tidy. The furnishing was done by someone with great taste and the apartment has a really great vibe (we were in apartment #3). The apartment itself has a Metro station on a 3 minute walking distance that is 1 stop away from the center. There are shops, pharmacies and restaurants nearby to the apartment. The carpet in the bedroom was a bit slippery and the toilet is a bit too high. Everything else was perfect!
