The place was clean.
Nice touches with milk and chocolate brioche. Another bathroom would have made the stay even better. However, we knew the property only had one bathroom when we booked it, so it wasn’t an issue.

Large house with good facilities One bathroom for a max of 8 people is sometimes a little uncomfortable and bathroom was a little worn.
Lock on the front door may need replacing
- Vicky (10/5): Comfortable and clean in the perfect location. - Fabulous location, great options for food and walking distance to the arena which was the purpose of our visit. Convenient and reasonably priced carpark over the road. Comfortable and clean. Just prefect!
- Michael (8/5): Overall a pleasant stay. - Pleased with the accommodation, bedrooms excellent, appreciated the heating after a downpour, very clean and close to a small shop, pub and cafe. Walking distance to Albert Dock and Liverpool 1, avoid parking at Liverpool 1 cost £20 for 6 hours, we were lucky to find free parking close by. Better than I expected. One bathroom wasn’t ideal with a teenager and the front door needs fixing, felt insecure. Everything positive about our stay with the exception of the front door, without it being fixed wouldn’t stay here next time.
- Whiteley (9/5): A lovely house, very close to Events arena. - The little touches - milk in the fridge, toiletries in the basket in case we forgot anything - was really appreciated! There was some noise from the bar opposite - but wasnt horrendous
- Penny (8/5): Great location and everything you need - Great location near the conference venue for us. 4 double rooms for 4 adults and a baby. It was ideal. Didn’t manage to park on the road but there was a reasonably priced car park across the road so the was really useful too. One bathroom for 4 bedrooms was the only downside - but it’s manageable if you know - and we did so this isn’t a complaint, just a fact and the only thing that in a ideal world would have been more useful.
- Ethan (10/5): Great location, amazing spacious home, clean and comfortable stay! - Great location and a very spacious home, 4 double bedrooms and a very clean environment, right next to uni accommodation if you have any friends you are visiting like we did. Nothing the only problem we faced was the parking as it was a weekend and the brewery across the road was very busy! But that’s nothing that the owner can change!
