- Gábor (10/5): Kényelem, és természetközelség a belvárosban, ízletes ételekkel. - Illatos, tiszta szoba, patyolat ágynemű. Easy Wifi kapcsolat. A hely közel van a belvároshoz, s egy hatalmas park (Érsek-kert) mellett található. A becsekk és kicsekk is egyszerű, parkoló van bőven a panzió mellett. Egyszerre kényelmes és természetközeli. A személyzet kedves, jóindulatú, és segítőkész. A szakács jól eltalálja az ételek ideális íz-, és textúra-világát, az étlapon pedig mindenki talál valami különleges finomságot magának. A reggeli mellé én gazdagabban tennék zöldségeket, de ez ízlés dolga. Viszont minden szinten van 2 olyan szoba, amit csak egy ajtó választ el egymástól, és ha hangosabb szomszédot kap az ember, akkor ott mindent lehet hallani.

És végre egy hely, ahol a fürdőszobában jók a fények. 😄 A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. A reggeli színes volt és minőségi, gyönyörűen tálalva. A hotel elhelyezkedése is szuper. Egészen biztos, hogy visszatérő vendég leszek.

- Jozef (10/5): Exceptional - Accomodation was very comfortable, mainly the big bed. Whole hotel was opened only few months ago, so everything is new and very nice. The staff was friendly and professional. We are used to go to Eger regularly due to thermal pools and a very tasteful Hungarian kitchen. Maybe we will use their hotel service again. I think breakfast would be better served buffet style.
- Ujhelyi (9/5): Great place to stay - The room was very clean and the restaurant had great food, both the dinner and the breakfast were delicious. The service of the restaurant (mostly at dinner) could be improved by asking questions if we would like to have water while we decide on our order or would we like anything else, coffee at the end etc. All in all it was great, just little improvement suggestions.
