Guest Reviews
- Nick (7/5): Long weekend stay with family, good location to visit the area. - Nice cottage, very modern Neighbours where noisy during the night slamming doors and running up and down stairs, the fridge needs attention, missing milk tray and freezer was full of ice
- arabella (8/5): Cosy well appointed cottage - Cosy, recently renovated cottage, in the centre of the small village with good heating. Ease of access with key code. Fridge is small if you are there for a longer stay. No coffee making equipment (although think this is going to be replaced.) A few basics like salt and pepper, info about things to do in the locality would have made it more homely.

- David (9/5): Beautiful cottage, steeped in history, ideal for walking sections of the nearby Cleveland Way. - The cottage had been converted beautifully from its original use and there was plenty of information about its history.
The location was very handy for Osmotherley and the Cleveland Hills and doing more sections of the Cleveland Way.
Communication was good ! I felt that the single bed, being up steps off the floor, could have done with some 'protection' on one side to stop you rolling out during the night !
We found that the latest time to eat at local pubs was relatively early... one night we drove up to the pub at Bullamoor to find that last food orders had been taken at 7.45 pm.

- Magdalena (8/5): Amazing cottage - The cottage was spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. The location of the cottage was also very convenient. The hosts were quick to respond and made us feel welcome. Overall we had a wonderful time. It didn’t have a garden but we expected that as it said in the description. The one thing I would love to have there, was a handheld shower head, as I don’t like to wash my hair every time I have a shower.
- Sue333 (9/5): Superb -
- King (10/5): The perfect home from home - Absolutely everything. Stayed here for the second time and It’s clean, tidy and comfortable. They have thought of everything you could possibly need and provided it. The rooms are cosy and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen/living room is immaculate. They are the perfect hosts and we will certainly be back again for the third and fourth time. N/A

Cottage, very clean, everything necessary and more.
Beds really comfortable, bedding crisp and clean. Shower tray filled up with water quickly, great care taken so it didn't overflow.

- Cross (8/5): Perfect base to explore North Yorkshire. - Perfect location for Dales, coast, NY Moors, York etc Kitchen sink in strange location within kitchen otherwise no complaints. Fab value, loved our stay.
- Michael (9/5): Superb - A nice cottage with lots of character. Comfy beds, good central location, friendly neighbours.
- Frances (9/5): Excellent VFM, and nicer than the photos indicate. The owner was very responsive. - The cottage really suited us for a short stay to attend a wedding locally. A garden would've been nice but there is not much you can do about that!
- Ashley (10/5): Nice & relaxed couple of days away. - Cosy & homely feel with lovely decor.
Quiet village location. There was nothing to dislike..
- Clifford (10/5): Clean and cosy - The cleanliness you would think it was a new place . The attention to detail you can clearly tell preparation wasn’t rushed and was very thoughtful.
- Janet (10/5): Excellent value for money, well equipped property, high standards couldn’t expect more - Breakfast not included, accommodation close to where I wanted to be. Accommodation was to high standard everything included to make perfect stay, comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Can’t say there was anything wrong with the accommodation. Hosts communicated to ensure stay was good. No complaints necessary. Thanks
- Keith (10/5): It had everything like home. Will stay again in the future. - Everything. There was nothing to dislike. Like Mary Poppins says - ‘Perfect in every way’.
- King (10/5): Amazing place to stay - Clean, comfortable and great location. The owners have really gone above and beyond with the little touches like providing spare toothbrushes, games and colouring for children.
