• Roksumroj (5/5): Need to fixing about smell and bedroom - The best thing of this property is LOCATION and LIFT In the pictures of this property will show 3 bedrooms but there is only available 2 bedrooms, and the washroom is smell very bad we need to buy room refresher to spray everywhere… is the worse things and washing machine not available to used…… but staff is quick communication

• Laura (10/5): Cómodo y auténtico - La zona de Okachimachi es espectacular tanto para tiendas como para restaurantes. Además la estación de tren te conecta enseguida con todo Tokio. Era súper espacioso con muchas habitaciones. Tenía para bebé todo lo que sale en las imágenes. Se filtraba olor a cañerías del baño pero parecía algo del edificio. Costo un poco encontrarlo, pero preguntamos en la peluquería de al lado (Eight) y lo encontramos bien.

• FARIDAH (8/5): - Excellent location, near to train/subway stations and shopping areas. Suitable for a small family or group with basic and kitchen amenities given eventhough it is an old apartment. The bad smell that greeted us when we opened the door. It came from the bathroom. The only bad thing we experienced.

• Norakmal Kamarudin (10/5): A spacious, clean, and well-located apartment that made our Tokyo trip incredibly comfortable. - Our stay at Okachimachi Staypia was absolutely fantastic. We were a group of five adult travelers, and the apartment was a perfect fit for us. With three separate rooms, everyone had their own space to unwind, and the overall layout was impressively spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax after a day exploring Tokyo. The apartment is located on Level 6, but access was very convenient thanks to the building’s elevator, which made moving our luggage easy. The entire unit was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is truly central, with both Okachimachi and Ueno stations just a short walk away. Whether it was sightseeing, shopping at Ameyoko, grabbing meals, or hopping on the train to other parts of Tokyo, everything was within easy reach. There’s also a wash & dry shop just nearby, which was really convenient since the apartment doesn’t have in-unit laundry. We also appreciated the well-organized rubbish disposal system, the landlord provided clearly labeled bins for each type of waste, which made it easy to follow local rules without confusion. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear check-in instructions, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend Okachimachi Staypia for families or groups. It’s clean, spacious, and centrally located, everything you’d want for a comfortable stay in Tokyo. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely book again in the future. Arigatou gozaimasu for the amazing stay! I have no complaints about the apartment at all, my only regret was traveling to Tokyo in July, as the weather was extremely hot. Next time, I’ll plan for a cooler season and I’ll definitely stay here again!
