• JEAN JOSEPH (1/5): La seule chose qui peut être bien c’est la proximité du centre ville - Nous avons été reçu après 45 mn que la personne arrive nous apporter les clefs . Alors que celle ci nous a envoyé un message pour nous avertir qu’il fallait payer 20€ de plus si nous arrivions après 20h. Nous avons loué 2 chambres dont une avec salle de bain privative et en réalité nous avons eu 2 chambres sans salle de bain. Mais 2 salles de bains dans le fond d’un couloir bain à partager avec 12 personnes. Ceci n’était confirmez à notre réservation. La saleté l’inconfort et que nous ayons été trompé sur le descriptif de la réservation .
• Espejo (1/5): Bastante mal - El sitio en todo el centro, no necesitas coger el coche para nada, si acaso para ir al imaginalia Se supone que entraba a las 15:00 y no me llegaron las instrucciones para entrar hasta casi las 16:00, tuve que llamar más de 20 veces hasta que me lo cogieron para recibir las instrucciones de acceso porque no podíamos entrar. Para colmo sobre las 3 de la mañana se fue la luz y no volvió hasta casi las 10. El dueño se preocupa lo justo de estos alojamientos

• VICTOR MANUEL (6/5): - Buena ubicación y fácil , rápido y buen trato con la persona que te contacta, nos reservó parking y llamó la atención a los de la habitación de al lado cuando lo necesitamos. Portal sucio y horrible, ascensor de pena., da hasta miedo El sillón de la habitación tiene dos rajas, el baño tiene moho y humedades en techo y moho en silicona de ducha. Se oye absolutamente todo de la habitación de al lado. Tienes que entrar con una aplicación que te abre la puerta del portal y después la de arriba y después tienes un código en el manillar de la habitación para entrar, una vez dentro no hay llave ni tarjeta todo el rato tienes que hacer la misma operación si te quedas sin batería en el móvil no entras, deberían avisar de esto es importante. No volvería

• Jamie (2/5): Lots of big issues.. - The apartment itself was nice, I dont have any complaints about that, but unfortunately we had a few issues.. One big issue is the location.. This is on a party street, and in the night Im not kidding I had to hurdle my way through crowds of drunk people to get into the building.. making sure my girlfriend was safe. Its not right to not warn or advertise of this. Furthermore, we had our electricity cut during our stay.. this simply isnt acceptable. The apartments are basically 4 separate compartments in one big apartment, so everyone must be using a lot of electrical appliances at once. It seemed based on the hosts response that this is a common occurance. The lift.. did not work. So walking up 4 flights of stairs is not fun. And again no warning. No consideration that the guests booking might have trouble walking up flights of stairs.. Poor. Finally the WIFI. It was un-usable, 0 signal whatsoever getting to the room, which is a shame. Because the Smart TV was actually pretty good.. but you couldnt watch anything because you cant connect to the WiFi. Look, Im sorry for the harsh review, but it is the reality.. You need to do better.

• Robert (7/5): Central Apartment - The apartment was in a great location and made it easy to explore Albacete. It was clean and spacious Arriving on a night where everything was closed around it made it a bit hard to locate. The elevator didn't stop on the floors properly, which made it a bit difficult with our bags.

• Isabel (5/5): Was ok - The apt size was very good .The bed very confortable. No kitchen .The apt have a microwave/grill type but nowehere to wash the disches. No hand towels and the bath towels was the same for 3 days . I ask to be booked a car park , however was no booking .After spoke with the managment he told me i could park after a couple hours . The price was 15 p day .However when i collect the car next day no booking was made and i had to pay the notmal car park rate for clients without booking a lot more . Book yourself the car park via their app and cost you only 9.50 p day .

• David (9/5): Absolute bargain - Very spacious and spotlessly clean, perfectly located in a very busy area of the city. Check in performed through mobile app which opened front door to property and door that took you to apartment floor which was very convenient. Good bars and restaurants near by with plenty of choice of good cheap drinks and tapas. Hearing was very strong and kept you more than warm during cold winter nights Bathroom and shower are a little small but it caused no problems

• Austin (8/5): Great place, the bedroom room needs aircon - The place is massive and we had a lot of room. The staff are super helpful. The bedroom had no fans and was extremely hot, we had to sleep in the living room as it was the only place with air con. Also it's not a full kitchen, only a small oven.

• Tzubi (8/5): Very good - Newly renovated, good condition of furniture, clean. The apartment is located on pedestrian street with many bars. It's not easy access with the car. Very small bathroom.
