• Juan Pablo (10/5): Paceful - It is a good aparment for groups. The beds are very comfortable. They prepare the sofa-bed which was a great touch. The kitchen is nice and the landlord too. There is many mosquitoes, easily managable if you close the windows and turn on the AC.
• Noemi (10/5): Ottima, consiglio!!! - Io e i miei amici abbiamo soggiornato qui per raggiungere poi Vinci, quindi direi posizione perfetta, casa molto ampia e fresca, vicina al centro di Empoli. Ottima posizione anche per il parcheggio. Unico problema la doccia perdeva acqua, ma nulla di eccessivamente problematico.
• Jörg (8/5): Perfect base to go by train to Firenze and Pisa - We used the apartment as base for Firenze and Pisa. It is 30 min from the train station ( walking distance ) . Shops are in the city center 20 mins away. The kitchen is equipped with basics. You park the car just across the street on the riverbank. The host responds quick on Whatsapp/ booking.com and a problem was solved reasonable quick. The street in front has a lot of traffic during daytime but in nighttime it is calm. To Firenze and Pisa/ Livorno are frequent trains ( ca. every 20 min, 10/12 € return ticket) . The problem was solved to our satisfaction. No other complains.
• Albi (10/5): Overall fantastic - The owner was helpful and kind. The place was fantastic. The location had free parking nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and with lot of beautiful trees and green. The door didn't have a physical key, I am sceptical about tech because I work in the tech field and I know for sure I cannot trust computers. It would be nice to have also a physical key to lock the door for good when not in home. It would be nice to have an iron because all of tourist clothes are always creasy because of the bag folding.
• Mateusz (8/5): Very good - The flat is a part of the stylish house in Tuscany style located near to the road between two small towns (quite noisy on the balcony). The distance to the old town is around 20 minutes on foot. The big terrace available (it was pretty messy) with the balcony furniture and the washing machine. There are many parking places available in the front of the building (free zone). The equipment in the flat was sufficient but lacked clean (unused) dish sponge ☹. Bathroom utilities are quite old and used - they should be renovated or replaced. The table on the balcony should be repaired.

• Diana (6/5): Out of the center to “enjoy” the traffic sounds - It’s a big apartment. As a solo traveler the location it’s quite inconvenient, to get there without a car I had to walk on a very trafficked street, and with a trolley it was even worse as the street it’s not suitable for that. Then my expectation was to be outside the center to enjoy the quiet, which was not the case. Apparently I he neighbors were doing renovations by the wall adjacent to the bedroom, but also when they had the tv on or talking I had the feeling they were in the same flat. Furthermore the windows are one layer and on the side of the road, so you can hear all night trucks, cars, motorcycles with a high increase in traffic in the early morning. And considering the price and these fall baks it wasn’t a good deal for me.
