• Joris (10/5): Gewoon zeer perfect appartement. Ik kan niet anders dan 10/10 geven. Subliem. - Zeer mooi appartement. Volledig uitgerust met alle mogelijke faciliteiten (wasmachine, afwasmachine, volledige keuken, perfecte badkamer, ..). Zeer goed contact met eigenaar. We konden de sleutels gemakkelijk afhalen. Zeer centraal gelegen, me perfect zeezicht. Verschillende restaurants, bars, ... onmiddellijk in de buurt. Ook supermarkt in de buurt. Gewoon perfect. Niets want alles was zo perfect!!!!

• E. (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage und sehr gut ausgestattet. Gastgeber auch sehr sympathisch. Wir haben sogar einen Gutschein für zwei Cocktails unserer Wahl für die unten drunter gelegene Cocktailbar bekommen.

• Mary (9/5): - Really large balcony. Apartment has great width and roomy Convenient location Very loud music from Cocktail Bar underneath the apt was extremely intrusive. It began at midday and continued for 10 to 12 hours.

• Blaney (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is modern, very clean, and has everything you need a home from home. It has a central location for restaurants and bars. Or you can sit on the balcony and people watch. It's right on the front, so you have an unobstructed sea view, we sat out there in the morning with a cup of tea and watched the sun rise. Very well managed, we hope to stay again soon.
• Kevin (10/5): Location great and the guys below who we collected keys from were superb he even arranged our taxi back to the airport a - Rooms great and more than big enough for family of four including the balcony Only complaint the shower isn’t thermostatic any other taps running the water can go freezing or boiling but that’s a Spanish thing what you will find all over
• Helen (9/5): Superb - Spotlessly clean everything you could need Beingi above cocktail bar and my mistake thought there wasn't a pool.but on other hand we were told we could use one next door if we would like which was really kind
• Laetitia (9/5): 10/10 Accommodation - The apartment Casa Carmita is just wonderful, perfect location in the heart of Puerto Del Carmen with the added bonus of a sunrise in front of the terrace every morning. The apartment itself is very well equipped with all modern facilities, beds very comfortable and spacious apartment to accommodate four people Playa Chica and Playa Grande are a stones throw across the road and lots of lovely restaurants and bars very close. The management of the apartment is great. Alex is fantastic and he’s always ready to lend a hand where needed. The added complementary drinks for the cocktail bar below is a wonderful bonus and having a few there is a must the staff really know mixology. This really is a diamond accommodation. Grab it if you can😊 Hot water runs out quickly
