• Miriam (8/5): - ruim appartement met prima bed. Keuken van alle basis benodigdheden voorzien. oven, magnetron, vaatwasser. Nesspresso of filterkoffie kun je kiezen dan regelt de eigenaar het voor je. douchen in bad was een uitdaging. er hangt een boiler en je kunt de douche niet op hangen. ook is er een raam waar je voor staat

• Marco (10/5): Tutti i comfort e la gentilezza a due passi dal lago - La gentilezza e la disponibilità di Niki il proprietario, sempre prontissimo, ottima posizione vicinissimo al lago, la camera a piano terra con veranda sul giardino veramente comoda e rilassante. Niki parla italiano e ha fatto il possibile per darci due sue biciclette da usare tutta la settimana. 🔝 Nulla
• Monika (8/5): - Nagyon jóbaz elhelyezkedése, mindenhez közel van (strand, vasútállomás), az egész környéket be lehet járni innen indulva. A házigazda nagyon segítőkész, kedves. Nem volt ilyen.

• Martin (9/5): Ideal gelegen zu Aktivitäten am See und viele Restaurants - Herr Krassnig ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der auf unsere Wünsche immer eingegangen ist. Zu den Appatments gehört ein schöner Garten, den wir nutzen konnten.
• chiacchia82 (8/5): Ottima posizione in quartiere tranquillo - Appartamento al piano terra adatto a chi ha bambini per il giardino comune con giochi e tavolo da ping pong. Cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario, TV in lingua tedesca. Ottima la posizione se volete andare a fare il bagno nel lago. Quartiere silenzioso e pulito, nelle vicinanze due supermercati, la stazione e un forno. Un ringraziamento particolare a Niki per la sua gentilezza. Forse servirebbero delle zanzariere alle finestre

• AnnaKali (9/5): - Mieszkanie na samej gorze wiec ladny widok. Duzo miejsca, szafy z polkami (co nie jest oczywistością), kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe rzeczy. Właściciel bardzo przyjazny i pomocny. Wszystko starsze ale czyste i wystarczające. Łazience przydałoby sie odświeżenie a w oknach moskitiery (muchy). Internet w jednym pokoju nie działał.

• Zuzeeck (8/5): Perfect place for your stay close to the lake - The location is great, close to the lake, very close to the train station, you can take a train to Klagenfurt or you can cycle there right from the house. It´s a calm and safe area. The host is amazing, very nice and helpful, our daughter even got a present from him upon our departure. The apartment is big, well furnished and we liked the garden and the balcony. I noticed some complains in the comments but it´s obvious the host is trying to improve everything, there was a coffee machine and all kids of kitchen utensils. We got a card from the host that saved us a lot of money on entrances and train tickets. The furniture is old but we didn´t mind it at all and the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak. No big deal, we were satisfied overall.

The owner was helpful and even gave us a ride to the airport and let us stay in the apartment on our last day as we had a late night flight Nothing to dislike
• Eimantas (10/5): Exceptional - Great host & location. Host was probably the nicest one I have ever met. We expected sort of a budget apartment but it had all of the facilities you would usually have at home. Totally recommend!
• Yuliya (10/5): Clean apartment with convenient locatiin - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Austria. The location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the train station, and close to the lake, both the public beach and free access areas. My upper-floor apartment had exceptional views of the garden and mountains, and I loved relaxing on the terrace. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering me a lift to the airport and providing a bicycle for free to explore the area. He also gave me a card that allowed free local transport and discounts for many attractions. The lake nearby was stunning—clean, warm, and with beautiful views The only downside was that other guests were smoking on their balconies and in the garden, which I could smell from my balcony,as a non-smoker. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for its comfort, convenience, and hospitality.
• Tamás (8/5): Simple spatious apartment at an excellent location - The location is excellent, beach, restaurants, supermarket, train station,etc. all within 15 minutes of walking distance. The apartment was simple but spatious. The garden is a bit under-maintained, the swings for chlidren, garden furniture is neglected. It could be a much better place to relax if it was a bit more taken cared of and the grass was cut.

It is within walking distance from the train station, beautiful beach, and cafes. We appreciated our host's hospitality, friendly approach, and efficiency. It was smooth communication and if we needed something, Niki immediately accommodated our request. We felt that we were welcomed like at home. Niki is a great host and a very nice person. I hope that we can come back and enjoy the calmness and beauty of the place again.
