• Cristina (8/5): - Muy buena ubicación. Cerca del centro y del barrio de Navigli, que está muy animado por la noche. Dejaron cápsulas de café, infusiones y sobres de aceite y vinagre, así como botellas de agua. Un buen detalle. Se ve que son apartamentos reformados buscando optimizar el espacio, pero el espacio no se alarga como un chicle, es el que es. El salón-cocina muy justo para 4 y un dormitorio muy pequeño, ni sitio para dejar cosas ni casi para pasar. Pero por el precio que tiene y la ubicación merece la pena esa pequeña "desventaja".

• Robbert (8/5): Goed verblijf. - De ligging is prima. De accommodatie is verbouwd van 1 slaapkamer naar 2. De 2de staat in open verbinding met de keuken, wat qua geluid niet echt fijn is. De leefruimte is wel erg klein geworden. Nu is het natuurlijk wel zo dat je veel onderweg bent en dus weinig gebruik maakt van deze ruimte. Er zit een vaatwasser in de accommodatie, maar er is maar voor 4 personen servies en bestek. Vaatwasser heb je dus niet echt nodig.

• Ozlem (5/5): Passable - The location and smart key check in-out system was so good. They should be more careful about cleaning. The thin duvet that they left on the beds were so dirty , there was yellow stain on it and I realised when the cover was off after that I didnt use it and put it inside the cabinet. Plus they should leave extra towel if they rent for a family.

• Kylie (5/5): Unpleasant stay - The location is good. Quiet and safe. The difficult check-in process. We didn't like online check in and had to upload our private information on their website. Many rules, facilities was poorly provided. At the day to check out, 20 min before 11.00, a staff knocked our door to remind us. He stayed outside and waited that made us feel rush and uncomfortable.

• Thuan (4/5): Unsatisfied and not worth the price at all - The apartment is located near the center of Milan. It is situated near the park which is lovely. The whole apartment is clean with enough amenities. The instruction on how to get access to the apartment was tedious and confusing. We were confused on why there would be a need for the apartment and room doors app. I pretty much prefer someone in person to meet up and hand me the keys instead of the whole bizarre setup like this. After observing other apartments on the same floor, I noticed ours was the only one with this horrendous code lock. Why not use the normal manual lock?? This is the MOST ridiculous place I have seen so far. The lock could not recognize the magnetic strip on the key instantly and we sometimes needed to try a few times before we could lock the door. On our second day, the power suddenly went off forcing us to make a call to the host. Her English level was terrible as she spoke with a strong Italian accent and could not understand us clearly. Then I had to us WhatsApp to send the message to ask if someone could come to check the power outage.
• Berthine- (8/5): Very good - The apartment was within walking distance to many different sites. It was clean and spacious and opposite a small park. The area was quiet. There is a bus stop within less than a 1min walk and it connects to many other transport options. The air-conditioning was not powerful enough for the rooms and it was a very hot week and we could not sleep well due to the heat. The windows did not have insect screens so when we tried to open them up at night for air we got bitten by mosquitos. The smart lock took a couple of tries to figure out how it works but it was convenient for check-in and out.

• Laura (8/5): Pleasant stay in a very beautiful city as Milan. - The location was very close to the center of Milan, near a small park. There are coffee shops nearby. The apartment was clean and well equipped, but we didn't spend too much time inside. The rooms are quite small. The drainage of the sink in the bathroom wasn't functioning well. There was water on the shelves of the fridge. We found a sock under a bed, that wasn't ours.

• Shpendi (8/5): Apartment tailored for short stays, lasting few days. Good loaction for getting around the downtown. - Location good, short distance to Duomo and Metro. It takes s stroll to reach these destinations and others in the downtown area. Getting access to apartment by means of v-keys didn't work for me. The description of the procedures for unlocking and locking the door/gate was not easy to understand, should be written better. It quotes door handle instead of lock device.
