• Agnieszka (8/5): Miłe miejsce, obsługa przyjazna i komunikatywna - Miejsce czyste i przyjemne (widać morze z balkonu :)). Wygodna lokalizacja zarówno na spacer do centrum jak i na zwiedzanie okolicy. Brak światła w korytarzu oraz układ przestrzenny pokoju - łóżka pod wiszącymi szafkami nie są najbardziej komfortowe do spania.
• Carina-maria (7/5): - Sehr sauber und heimelig. Tolle Lage zwischen Badestrand und Stadt. Das Bett war für einen Erwachsenen Mann zu kurz. Und der Lichtschacht sowie das Fenster ins Wohnzimmer von unserem zimmer aus sorgten mehr für lärm von Nachbarn bis 2 Uhr morgens am samstag oder den anderen Mitbewohnern die von 2 Uhr bis 5 Uhr nachts am Freitag ihre Sachen packten und essen mussten als für frische Luft.

• Yuliia Tkachova (10/5): - Mi è piaciuto tutto: dalla posizione perfetta, alla vista dal balcone, al servizio attento e premuroso e alla comprensione del proprietario degli appartamenti. Lo consiglio a tutti. La migliore opzione a questo prezzo a Bari, se volete assaporare il sapore italiano.
• Marianna Delvecchio (4/5): - Die Lage war sehr zentral. Dass Bari touristisch geworden ist, verstehe ich. Aber wenn man über 40 € pro Person verlangt, erwarte ich zumindest, dass ich mich in meinem eigenen Zimmer wohlfühlen kann. Das Zimmer, das wir bekommen haben, hatte zwei „Fenster“: Eines ging in einen geschlossenen Innenhof, wo wir ständig die Nachbarschaft reden hören konnten, und das andere führte zum gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer der Wohnung. Dort saßen Leute, und durch das Fenster war sogar die Überwachungskamera sichtbar – wir fühlten uns dadurch die ganze Zeit beobachtet. Deshalb blieb der Vorhang immer geschlossen. Wir hatten sogar Angst, das Fenster zu schließen, weil das Glas sehr instabil wirkte und leicht hätte kaputtgehen können. Das gemeinsame Bad ist meiner Meinung nach eine absolute Fehlentscheidung und wirkt, als wolle man Touristen einfach nur abzocken. Bari ist kein Portofino – diese Stadt braucht Touristen, die sich nicht von überhöhten Preisen abschrecken lassen, sondern sich willkommen fühlen. Leider war diese Wohnung für uns nur eine Enttäuschung.

• Freue (5/5): Meh - Posibilidad de dormir en camas individuales hasta 3 personas. Muy rebuscado la manera de pago y poco clara. Al entrar en el edificio hay caca de rata (no en el alojamiento), la ducha era extremadamente pequeña, no entraba. Y habia solo un baño para las habitaciones, el cual siempre estaba ocupado. Tambien, debido al sistema que tiene, una noche llegue y tuve que esperar 40 mins a que abran la puerta ya que alguien la habia trabado desde adentro.

Bardzo udany pobyt. Polecamy. W zamian za niedziałającą kuchenkę gazową powinna być udostępniona chociaż mała płyta elektryczna, to jedyny minus, zabrakło mi opcji, ze jednego wieczoru zrobię prosty makaron i zjemy na balkonie...a jednak w mikrofalówce i na grilu elektrycznym to sie nie uda...

Bien lire avant de réserver. • Caméra Bien que cela soit dit il y en à précisément 2 dont une pointe directement sur la fenêtre de la chambre 1, c'est assez invasive même si je peux comprendre le point de vue sécurité. • Chambre 1 L'aération n'est pas top, vous avez une fenêtre sur le salon donc vous pouvez facilement entendre le bruit du salon et il n'y a pas d'intimité. • Cuisine Très peu fonctionnelle, pas de four ni de plaque. En général nous trouvons que le rapport qualité/prix n'y est pas du tout, c'est très cher pour le peu d'équipements et le type de logement.

• Barnabás (9/5): - Overall we had a really nice experience in the apartment, no broken things, the AC was working, which was really important in 40°Celsius. The beach is just 10 mins walk, so it is in the perfect location with cute restaurants nearby. The street is a but noisy because the windows don't close very well but I guess it's part of the Italian life. Highly recommend the apartment 😊

• Rhys (6/5): - Good location with a kitchen and well maintained bathroom. Staff was nice. Kitchen was good but couldn't use the stove top or oven as it was covered up and didn't have a toaster. There are 3 rooms in the apartment and the one we had didn't have windows as it was situated in the middle of the apartment and is next to the common area separated by a piece of glass. We thought our room would include a balcony with street views but did not. Also had to pay a deposit through private international bank transfer which was a bit annoying, would have preferred if this was done through booking.com. Also couldn't use the elevator to the apartment complex as it was out of service.

• Guest (3/5): Practical for one night - Staff was nice and accomodating. Remember that you share the flat with other guests. There is no mattress protection and beddings are of poor quality. One of the room does have windows ( only a window into the shared living room). Payment is done half cash and with no receipt.

Czysto, woda ciepła i piękny widok z balkonu. W kuchni nie ma kuchenki ani piekarnika, monitoring wewnątrz apartamentu i malutka wspólna łazienka, okna nie są szczelne na dźwięki, więc jak komuś przeszkadzają dźwięki ulicy, to warto wziąć zatyczki.

Upon deep inspection it became clear but after a friend and I both looked at the booking, it wasn’t extremely clear. In the past when I have rented shared spaces it was made very clear and was in bold in the description

The only thing I would advise is a radio or TV in the shared kitchen to create an atmosphere. It would also be good if there was an iron.

• IOANNIS (8/5): VFM stay, clean place, nice host, good for budget traveling. Would visit again. - Not so far from city center 20 min walk. Clean room & apartment and tidy. Very good communication with the host and helpful. Good price for what you get overall. I didn’t really like that there are cameras in the public spaces. I think it needs a renovation to 2025, place’s age is showing and it’s not so appealing.
