• sr (9/5): - Tolle Wohnung (8) im 3. OG. Sehr hochwertig und ansprechend. Alles da, was man braucht. Zentrale Lage und sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Wunderschöne Umgebung und viele tolle Bauwerke, Kirchen und Seen. Die Parkplatzsituation ist eine Katastrophe. Obwohl wir die Parkuhr bezahlt haben, trotzdem 2 Strafzettel bekommen für irgendeine Regeln der Parkordnung (?). Eine Alternative gab es nicht. Das Parkhaus schließt um 20.00 Uhr und die öffentlichen Parkplätze haben die gleiche Parkuhr Regel. Das war das einzige Manko, aber schwerwiegend! Für uns ein Grund, beim nächsten Mal ggf. eine Ferienwohnung mit Parkplatz inklusive zu wählen.
• GABEBO (8/5): Alles gut für einen Wochendaufenthalt - Lage und Ausstattung der Appartements Nr. 7 im DG war für 2 Leute gut und ausreichend. Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder im Innenhof. Leider schwierige Parkplatzsuche wg. Anwohnerparken. Letztendlich haben wir unseren PKW ca. 750m von der Unterkunft kostenfrei am Straßenrand abstellen können; Alles gut ! ca. 3,5 km zur Regattastrecke NIX
• Albert (8/5): Bim Bam Brandenburg - Goed gelegen, alles aanwezig. Comfortabele bedden Warm water werd iets te snel koud. Veel kerkklokken, maar daar kan de eigenaar niets aan doen😁

• Claudius (7/5): Bis auf die Stufen schon ganz gut. - Sehr zentrale Lage Für ältere Gäste nicht zu empfehlen, 53 Stufen bis in das 3. OG sind ganz anspruchsvoll. Sollte man vielleicht deutlicher im Angebot erwähnen. Fliegengitter an wenigsten einem Fenster wären angebracht.

• Elias (9/5): Zentral und Sauber - Das Aparment war sehr zentral gelegen. Man konnte komplett Brandenburg zu Fuß erkunden, da alle wichtigen Dinge von dort aus fußläufig waren. Ich kann noch hinzufügen, dass der Bäcker nur etwa 100-200 Meter entfernt ist von dem Aparment.

• Tuula (9/5): - Location is excellent. Accessibility good, from railway station by tram and then 200 m walk. Place was clean and had enough furniture. Cutlery and cooking equipment was stored above garbage bin! There were only 3 small plates, 2 big plates and no moddle sized glasses. For 1 week stay I would like to have more equipment for cleaning, like vacuum cleaner.

• Susanne (9/5): - Ich bin geschäftlich in vielen Ferienwohnungen bereits gewesen, aber keine Ferienwohnung war so hervorragend in der Küche ausgestattet, wie diese. Dafür kann der Betreiber der Ferienwohnung nichts, aber die Lage mit den Parkplätzen ist sehr bescheiden. Wenigstens muss man keine Parkgebühren aber 18 Uhr bezahlen, jeder ist die größere Herausforderung einen Parkplatz überhaupt zu finden an manchen Tagen.

• Beate (9/5): Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. - Die kleine FeWo ist schick und mit Charme eingerichtet. Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist hervorzuheben. Für kleine Personen sind die Küchenhängeschränke sehr hoch und man kommt somit schlecht an das Geschirr. Eine kleine Leiter oder Fußbank wäre hilfreich.

• Jana (4/5): Nicht wie erwartet, schade. - Die Lage. Teilweise nicht sauber in der Wohnung, der Müll draußen stand und lag offen vor überquellenden Tonnen!!! / Aus dem Wasseraufbereiter im Bad lief Wasser, das sich in einer Schüssel sammelte und roch. Gardinen waren teilweise oben abgerissen, schmutziges Kochgeschirr und Besteck. / Die Parkplatzsituation war katastrophal. Wir mussten weiter entfernte Parkplätze anfahren, um überhaupt einen Platz zu ergattern und haben deshalb fast 100 Euro zusätzlich fürs Parken ausgeben müssen. So rechnet sich das nicht … SEHR ÄRGERLICH, deshalb sind wir auch früher abgereist.

• Anita (9/5): Will stay again! - Cosy, spacious and very clean apartment. It is located In the town centre and close to the shops and eateries. Thanks for the phamplets and brochures of attractions and activities in Brandenburg an der Havel which are placed in the living room. I have utilised it by engaging a freelance tour guide for a 2 hour walking city tour in Brandenburg an der Havel. The staircase leading to the apartment since it is located at the 2nd floor.
• Reisemaus50 (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, komfortabel und benutzerfreundlich eingerichtet. Die zentrumnahe Lage war sehr komfortabel. Man konnte viele Ziele gut fußläufig erreichen. Leider war mit der zentrumnahen Lage aber auch ein sehr problematisches Parken verbunden. Die Stadt Brandenburg bietet jedenfalls in der Umgebung der Ferienwohnung keine touristenfreundlichen Parkmöglichkeiten. Die wenigen vorhandenen sind permanent belegt und die Beschilderung ist sehr unübersichtlich.
• Karla (7/5): Lage und Ausstattung gut, Verbesserungspotential in Sachen Sauberkeit und Inventar. - Lage und Ausstattung sind gut, Fahrradabstellplätze im verschlossenen Hof. Langes Haar im Kühlschrank und verschmutztes Gefrierfach. Wasserhahn an der Spüle war locker, bestimmt nicht erst seit gestern. Hätten uns Hinweise für eine günstige Parkmöglichkeit gewünscht. Fast überall nur Anwohnerparken oder begrenzte Zeit. In der Nähe gibt es einen Parkplatz mit Tagesticket für 5 €. Wohnung im DG war gut warm und ist im Sommer wahrscheinlich richtig heiß.

• Margitta (10/5): Ein einzigartig schöner Spätsommerurlaub in einer tollen Wohnung und einer schöner Stadt - Genaue Beschreibung zum Einchecken, große schöne Wohnung, Vorflur super , um Schuhe und Garderobe abzulegen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, 2 separate Schlafzimmer, Ess- und Wohnbereich in einem!!! Die Betten waren sehr gut , Platz für unsere Sachen war genug, alles zum Kochen und Anrichten gab es, selbst einen Backofen! Das Bad ist groß und modern, die Dusche riesig. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren angenehm im Gebrauch, nicht etwa, wie schon erlebt, verwaschen. Der Hofbereich ist urlauberfreundlich eingerichtet, sodass man draußen sitzen kann. Fahrräder kann man dort ebenfalls abstellen. Müll und Flaschen sind in einer Hofnische abzulegen, auch nur ein paar Schritte. Die Wohnung war warm, d.h. wir brauchten durch das tolle Wetter nur die Badheizung. Da wir eine Wohnung zum Hof hatten war es außerhalb der Schulzeit absolut ruhig. Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt gelegen, es sind nur wenige Meter zur Fußgängerzone und allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das einzige Problem ist wie in der ganzen Stadt die Parkmöglichkeit. Das kann aber der Vermieter nicht ändern! Auch sollte man bedenken, dass in der Schulzeit sehr früh der Lärm der nebenan gelegenen Grundschule schallt.( nur als Anmerkung, ist nicht negativ gemeint, nur sollte man damit umgehen können!)
• Egon (10/5): - Sehr gute Lage. Bei der Ausstattung sieht man, dass hier mit Herz und Verstand gearbeitet wurde. So stellen wir uns eine FeWo vor. Eigentlich mag ich keine Unterkunft ohne Parkplatz, wenn man als alter Mensch Kilometer laufen muss, um vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung zu kommt ist das nicht gut.

• Anja (7/5): - Sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen, da Sackgasse. Die Fahrräder konnten wir gut im Innenhof überdacht abstellen. Die Betten waren bequem und bei geschlossenem Fenster hat die Glocke der Katharinenkirche nicht gestört. Die Vorhänge an allen Fenstern waren zu lang, so daß man häufig drauftrat und teilweise fehlten sie. Das Besteck in der Küche (3 Messer, 3 Teelöffel, aber viele Gabeln) war knapp bemessen. Die Einrichtung im Wohn-/Esszimmer schien mir etwas zusammengewürfelt.
• Rolf (10/5): Super Ausstattung und Sauberkeit - Kontakt auch immer freundlich und schnell möglich - Die Lage in Fußgängerzone ist toll zum Shoppen oder abends mal eben essen gehen. Die Ausstattung ist super sowie die Sauberkeit. Die Betten in unserem Zimmer waren ideal für uns. Der Hinterhof ist auch ganz toll und viele Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Raucherecke - super Fahrräder könnten gut und sicher abgestellt werden. Der Nachteil der guten Lage Die Kneipen sind bis sehr lange in der Nacht extrem laut. Reisende mit Kfz haben hier Probleme 95% sind Anwohnerparkplätze restlichen 5% wenn einen bekommt nur gegen hohe Gebühren - gilt für das ganze Stadtviertel. Ideal also für Fahrradtouristen oder Bahn- TaxifahrerInnen

• Tatjana (9/5): - Die Lager ist super, direkt am See, sehr schöne Gegend. Ich hatte eine kleine Appartment mit Balkon und kleiner Küche, sehr gemütlich, sauber, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Parkplätze direkt vor der Wohnungstür stehen zur Verfügung, es gab immer viele freien. Ich würde die Wohnungen am Margaretenhof auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. VG Tatjana

• Michal (10/5): A beautiful apartment in a beautiful location in a picturesque city - The apartment was very clean and nicely equipped, beds were comfortable. The apartment is located right in the centre of the town, so everything is near. Communication was clear and conscise, getting keys was a breeze. There's a bar right across the street that generates some amount of noise, fortunatelly the bedroom was to the other side, so we only had to keep kitchen window shut.

School and church next door so bells at 7.am and children playing from 07.15. Music, although quiet, from late night club opposite. Cure: close living room windows.
• Paul (8/5): Very nice place and we would definitely stay there again! - Nice and central and well equipped. It had a very nice vibe and the courtyard and barbecue were an unexpected surprise. One of the two rooms we took had quite a lot of noise from the pub opposite at night. Also, the bells from the church were quite loud, as was the noise from the school playground next door. At the smae time, as we were out most of the time, it didn't really bother us at all.
