• Gabriele (9/5): Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Anlage verbracht! - Die Lage wunderschön und der Garten sehr gepflegt, das Pool ist sehr großzügig und perfekt für die ganze Familie! Die Apartments sind geräumig, sauber aber auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig!

Lejlihed “ lidt slidt” , men super beliggenhed ved stranden og i rolige omgive - Beliggenhed, pænt udendørsområde, gartnerne holder det så fint . Lamin og købmand, de sødeste mennesker . Poolen ren , osse her sød poolmand . Dejlig balkon og gode senge Vi havde en aircondition som ikke virkede i det ene værelse , vi tjekkede ind lørdag og den fungerede først torsdag . Ikke varm vand . Køkken udstyr minimal, man skal spørge rengøringsdamen , hvis man har ønsker !! Besværligt.
• Amina (10/5): Peaceful and private - I was really lucky to find this serviced apartment. The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable. The whole place is quiet and relaxing — perfect as I needed to unwind and get a good night’s sleep. The pool is well kept and private for only residents, and the staff are friendly and always ready to help. Overall, a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back when I need to get away from it all.

• GMLogica (9/5): My Go-To Place in The Gambia - I’ve been staying here on and off for the past five years, and I absolutely love it. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The pool is now for residents only, which is fantastic — sometimes you get the whole place to yourself to read or unwind without any noise or crowd. The staff and services tick all the boxes for me. There’s a good breakfast during the tourist season, but since it’s a serviced apartment, you can easily prepare your own meals if you prefer. Great location, calm and ideal for working or relaxing away from home. Overall, a consistently excellent stay with amazing staff and service.

All was in order as expected, and the minimarket was nice and handy to have. The gardens are my favorite part, and my apartment was situated right in the midst of it. • Abdoul (10/5): Excellent apartments - I love these apartments! Great location, little shop to grab last-minute supplies, the apartments are clean, spacious and have everything you need for self-catering. I was booked into one of their newly renovated apartments, which was nice. There is also a nice cosy lounge/restaurant, should you need breakfast (but you have to notify in advance during the low season, I am told). The Property is ocean front. Best part is the pool...So quiet and private, it's only for residents' use. Thank you, team Seafront, as always. -
• Anonymous (9/5): Just what you need for a hassle free stay in The Gambia. - Clean and super spacious accommodation with stunning gardens and ocean views, lovely gardens with lots of seating and lounge spots. Very big pool to lounge or sleep around undisturbed. The property is very safe and the staff are very attentive to your needs. Units were very comfortable with a few very minor issues, which were very quickly resolved. Lovely golf course at the Fajara Club, which the reception arranged for us. Enjoyed the coffee shop for breakfast and sandwiches during the day. The property has a helpful night manager who can arrange takeaway orders with restaurant recommendations etc, for you when you cannot be bothered to go explore. Will definitely be booking long-term here once i am ready to relocate to The Gambia for work.
• Gmlogica (9/5): Wonderful spacious apartments perfect for a quiet and private stay. - Came to The Gambia for work and wanted a living space I could walk around in whilst I had meetings, etc Rooms are super clean and tidy. Housekeeping lovely. The complex is tranquil with few apartments, and at times, I had the entire pool to myself! The location of this residence is perfect, beachside with only a 5-minute taxi ride to shops/bars/restaurants in Senegambia. You can take a walk down the coastline, which takes slightly longer. There is also a shop in the complex where you can buy what you need to prepare whatever you need in the apartment. If you need a good cup of coffee, there is a lovely little lady in the coffee shop called Awa who prepares a mean cappuccino. I had some of my meetings here. Many thanks, I would for sure stay again on my next business trip. Would like more fresh fruit options in the shop, but I was told that happens, but only during the high Tourist season.

• Mamadou (1/5): Care free attitude - Nothing Advertising a service when they fully knew that it was off season in The Gambia and the place was closed for maintenance I only knew this when I was at the gate It was only by God's grace that I managed to find a place at time of the night Very unprofessional to take and confirm a booking when not in service Care free attitude is astounding
• Glendene (1/5): Very disappointing - The wedding area When we arrived for our wedding we had 2 one bed apartments already booked from earlier in the year. We then double checked the booking the week before. On the evening before the wedding day when we arrived at the hotel to check in we were told that there were no rooms available for us as there was an electrical fault in some rooms. They informed us that other guest arrivals had to be moved to other hotels and they tried to put us in the hotel next door which is just about a 2 star hotel. After much complaining and reminding that our wedding was the following day in the same hotel and speaking to the hotel owner, we managed to get a room, by moving out a long term occupant who was not there. The room was dirty as it had not been cleaned for several days. We could not stay there so we took all our wedding stuff and stayed at a Friends apartment for the night. On return early the next morning of the wedding, we tried to get our second room but this was not possible. We had to use the one room for everyone to change both male and female. This delayed the start of the wedding by half an hour.
• Lene (2/5): Disappointing - Wonderful location by the beach. Calm and quiet. Friendly staff. Big rooms. Water often missing in the tubes. WiFi only in one room. Restaurant didn’t have many of the dishes on the menu card. We had payed 300 euros extra for a sea view but got a garden view, and no refund possible. Compensation by using the restaurant, but it was not easy.

• Elisha (8/5): Very good - We loved the friendliness of the staff - especially Umar Bah was really accomodating us and made us feel like home. Apart from that also the food and the pool was really nice! We'd love to visit again soon. We did not like the beach area - but as there was a cold wind, it was okay and we did not go there too much.

• Sarah (8/5): beach front hotel with first class staff - The hotel was well positioned right next to Bijilo beach with easy access to the sand. The hotel boasts a great swimming pool and a beach side restaurant which served a lovely breakfast and dinner . All the staff were very helpful and friendly . Our apartment had a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens we had issues with the water supply to our apartment . we were only at the hotel for 24 hours but during this time we lost water about 5 times . when we rang reception we were always told there was an issue with the tank . I ended up taking cold showers down by the pool . The apartment itself was a little tired especially the kitchen area

• Rebecca (8/5): Do try the restaurant! We really enjoyed our stay. - The room was excellent, (a bit dark as low watt spots), set in lovely well kept grounds. We loved the pool area, staff were wonderful and the breakfast which is included (continental) was great. It included croissants/ pan au chocolate, cereal, yoghurt, and a fruit platter. You won’t be disappointed if you eat at the restaurant at night either. Really good food. Their portion sizes are huge, and they do excellent pasta dishes / was amazed at their tasty spaghetti bolognaise. The water was temperamental - a couple of times there was none. But we called reception, and was soon sorted.

I have never been bitten so bad ! Bitten more at this hotel than the last 3 weeks in gambia! As its high season and high prices I suggest high maintenance is needed - cut grass weekly keep it low limit mozzies Couldn't sunbathe in garden due to high grass and mozzies pool sunbeds not enough sun umbrellas for customers too hot stay in sun without them and can't even sunbathe on beach as no sunbeds didn't expect this from 4 star hotel Waiting time for food in restaurants is slow ! Ordered Indian meal usually serve naan bread with main course - nope not here 30mins after I finished meal still not arrived when I enquired said they will ask chef and seemed annoyed when I said cancel the order as its too late! Maybe some lessons on serving food is required Paying by car slow doesn't work so I suggest you pay in dalasi More organisation between staff is needed at checkout asked for full bill to be settled was given it paid it then as about to leave chased and told there is more to be paid! Not really.professional approach as would expect from 4 star Hotel its not massive complaints my point is if the hotel is charging high prices which I paid then I demand and expect a high level of professionalism for my.money
