• Julie (10/5): C’est un 10 sans hesiter, parfait. - L’accueil et la rapidité de communication via booking est très agréable. Sa situation géographique est excellente avec son joli quartier bohème animé, pourtant il n’y a pas de bruit la nuit ce qui est apaisant pour se reposer après une longue journée. La chambre était très bien isolée. Les équipements sont qualitatifs, l’appartement est bien agencé avec de l’espace et surtout très propre, ce qui est un point à souligner à Istanbul. Cet hôtel offre vraiment le sens du détail, j’ai énormément apprécié cet hôtel lors de mon énième passage de quelques jours dans cette ville de coeur. Ca sera certainement ma meilleure adresse et mon nouveau QG. Un grand merci Rien.

• Emanuel (9/5): Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders Serkan und Selim waren tolle Wächter im Eingang. - Es gibt mehrere gute Optionen, um Frühstücken zu gehen. Auch ein Supermarkt ist in 2 Minuten Nähe. Der Balkon könnte ein bisschen grösser sein.

• Stefanie (9/5): Gerne wieder! - Super Lage, sehr saubere Unterkunft, die Ausstattung war klasse. Für geräuschempfindliche Menschen könnte die Straße etwas laut sein. Uns hat es aber gar nicht gestört.

• Ilona (9/5): Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Perfekt auch für längere Aufenthalte - Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber und gemütlich. Es gibt viele Sitzgelegenheiten, zwei Balkone und im unteren Bereich sogar einen eignene Raum für Spiegeltisch und Kleiderschrank. Die Gegend ist hübsch, es gibt mehrere Cafés, kleine Geschäfte und einen Supermark gleich gegenüber. Der Taksim-Platz mit mehreren Verkehrsanbindungen (U-Bahn, unterirdische Standseilbahn) ist auch nur ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. nichts

• Tamara (9/5): - Wir hatten die oberste Wohnung 4OG. Wahnsinnig toller Ausblick vom Bette wie auch aus dem großzügigen Balkon. Die Wohnung war wie neue, sehr sauber und die Betten waren sehr gut. Es gibt nicht schöneres als einen anstrengend Stadt Tag auf diesem Balkon mit der Aussicht mit einem kleinen Raki zu beenden. Wunderschön! Zudem hatten wir den Hotel Shuttlservice zum Flughafen genommen Preis-Leistung Top!! Es könnten ein paar mehr Gläser geben. Eventuell auch Raki-Gläser. Aber das ist kein Stern Abzug! Einfach ein kleiner Hinweis

The building has been renovated, everything in the apartment is new and nice. I will definitely come here again because everything is perfect and beautiful! A small but very small minus for the bed, it's too soft for my taste!
• Oosterhof (10/5): Het guesthouse verdient een grote pluim. - Dat er 24/7 iemand van de staf aanwezig en behulpzaam was. Het appartement was ruim, goed ingericht en met een onzalig lekker bed. Er was geen geluidsoverlast. De ligging was niet vlak bij alle toeristische attracties van istanbul, met met het openbare vervoer goed te doen.

• Sergey (9/5): Приятный отель хорошего качества - Всем привет! Мы уже раньше жили в этом отеле в мае 2025 и нам он понравился. Отзыв я писал в тот момент. Поэтому мы тут второй раз. Нам нравится этот район, всё рядом - и улица İstiklal и площадь Taksim Meydanı, но отель при этом находится в стороне от этих мест, но в пешей доступности до них и можно также спуститься до Galataport и до пристани Kabataş. Можно спуститься на фуникулере от площади Таксим или пешком, это тоже не долго. Рядом с отелем много кафе, есть небольшой Migros (30 метров от отеля) с необходимыми товарами и ещё примерно в 300 - 400 метрах от отеля есть большой Carrefour Gurme, где есть даже свежая рыба и все необходимые продукты (в т.ч. пиво, вино, крепкий алкоголь, мясо, оливки, салаты и т.п.). В номерах отеля есть всё для приготовления пищи и некий набор посуды, поэтому наличие магазинов рядом - очень кстати. Микроволновки нет, но есть духовка. В номере чисто и приятно. Санузел хороший, напор воды без проблем, вода всегда горячая. В каждом номере свой газовый котел и можно самому регулировать отопление, для зимы это очень актуально. В феврале нам было тепло. Советуем Вам воспользоваться услугой трансфера от отеля до аэропорта, эту услугу предлагали в момент нашего проживания на ресепшене. Мы заказали трансфер в аэропорт и это было очень удачной идеей, так как это даже немного дешевле, чем официальное такси, но самое главное - это без дополнительных наценок и накруток, которые так любят делать турецкие таксисты. Они постоянно обманывают туристов, придумывая дополнительные деньги за вымышленные платные дороги, туннели, за мосты и т.п. Будьте внимательны, и наш совет - берите из этого отеля трансфер до аэропорта, это надежно, комфортно и не дорого. Немного шумно днём и вечером от скутеров - доставщиков еды, но примерно к 23:00 всё практически замолкает и до утра вполне тихо под окнами отеля. Иногда ночью проезжают редкие машины, но в целом они не беспокоили нас. Это не минус отеля, это просто наблюдение. Днём нас в номере не было, ночью мы спали нормально. Ночью конечно не идеальная тишина, но нам было вполне нормально спать. Сковорода с антипригарным покрытием в номере была только одна и была очень маленькая, я бы рекомендовал купить больше разных сковород в номера.

The layout, furnishings, and view are amazing and high quality. The mattress in our room was next level comfortable. The location was perfectly located in the heart of the hill, but also on a quiet back street. There are cute cafes and shops nearby, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. It looks even better than the photos and has all the amenities you could possibly need. The staff were lovely, helpful, and went out of their way to translate into English and assist us. We were able to check in early, and they kindly offered luggage storage on our last day, which was so convenient. The location is perfect—vibey, with lots of bars and restaurants, close to transport, and right next to a supermarket. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Istanbul! Nothing!!

• Alexey (9/5): Очень чистая и красивая квартира со всеми удобствами в легкодоступном и тихом месте. - Прекрасное расположение, очень тихий немного "хипстерский" район в пешей доступности от всех достопримечательностей, Босфора и площади Таксим. Приятный и дружелюбный персонал, готовый прийти на помощь. Квартира очень чистая с достаточно хорошей мебелью, красивым деревянным полом и всеми удобствами. Мы провели новый год в этом апарт-отеле и были приятно удивлены тишине на улицах и отсутствию фейерверков. Кроме того, мы так же воспользовались услугой трансфёра в аэропорт на обратном пути, что было очень удобно, так как нам не пришлось тащить чемоданы по переходам метро. В целом квартира превзошла наши ожидания и мы прекрасно провели семейный отпуск в Стамбуле. Хотя мы были в квартире зимой, иногда пахло канализацией так как у кондиционеров, очевидно, отсутствуют сифоны в сливных трубках конденсата, которые подключены напрямую к канализации здания. Поэтому даже в спальной при закрытых окнах ощущался довольно сильный неприятный запах канализации. Сами кондиционеры чистые и практически новые, так что это больше похоже на ошибку монтажников кондиционеров или сантехников. Под обоими раковинами так же установлены гибкие сифоны, которые часто не всегда правильно изогнуты (из-за оплошности установщиков или по незнанию горничных при уборке номеров) и тоже могут приводить к появлению запаха, так как при слишком большом спрямлении сливной трубки исчезает гидрозамок. Кроме того, подключение стиральной машины к канализации в нашем номере не имело уплотняющей резинки и сифона и поэтому из под раковины в душевой комнате так же пахло канализацией. Вероятно летом, запах может быть ещё сильнее. Если владелец решит проблему с канализацией, то квартира будет просто идеальной!

• Seyedehkosar (10/5): Great Memories! - the place is spacious, clean, bright and lovely! The neighborhood is amazing. The staff are super helpful and friendly. We had a balcony to the city skyline which was amazing. The experience ia absolutely worthy! The location is on a hill, so it may not be fully suitable for people with limited mobility, especially due to the stairs. The connection to the metro at Taksim Square is convenient and not too steep. However, the route to Kabataş station is quite steep and involves climbing many stairs. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay and used taxis occasionally, which made getting around easier. One thing that could have improved the experience is housekeeping, as no cleaning service was provided. With this addition, the stay could easily have been a 10 out of 10.

Приємний персонал, який готовий відповісти на всі питання. Розташування ідеальне, менше кілометра до площі Таксим, до 500 метрів до трамваю на набережної. Навколо багато кав'ярень та кафе, але жодних дискотек та гучних місць. З зачиненими вікнами взагалі вулицю не чутно. Це мої п'яті апартаменти в Стамбулі, наступного разу я б зупинилась тут знову. Новые апартаменты, полностью оборудованные, качественный ремонт, посуда, кухонная техника - все, что нужно! Внимательный персонал! такого нет)
• Lund (9/5): Fantastisk beliggenhed i moderne lejlighed med lys og gode faciliteter. - Moderne og pæn lejlighed, hvor der var et fint køkken med godt indhold. Der var altid en person ved indgangen som var meget hjælpsom og venlig. Vi fik hjælp til nogle oplevelser, og gode råd med på vejen. Det var absolut perfekt beliggenhed i et skønt område med caféer, butikker og rolig atmosfære. Kun 10 min gang til Taksim pladsen, og 7 min ned til metro ved havnen.

• Roy (9/5): Great location. Very comfortable. - Even though this is technically a hotel room, for practical purposes, it's a very spacious apartment. There's a full kitchen, complete with stove, oven, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, breakfast table, etc., living room, and bedroom, A/C. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was good size w/ good water pressure. Access to public transportation was pretty good - 10 min walk to Taksim Square/buses in one direction, and waterfront/T1 tram/buses in another. 15 min using public transport to Hagia Sophia/Blue Mosque/Cistern, etc. There's a small grocery store just across the narrow street that has fresh breakfast breads, juices, fruits, veg, meat, etc. 1 block up the street is an intersection with coffee shops/restaurants on each corner. This is located on top of a hill, so if you're walking to Taksim or down to the waterfront/T1 tram, be prepared for a hilly walk. Taking the most direct route to the T1 involves taking very steep stairs, so be be in good shape, especially on the way back up. You probably don't want to do take the stairs at night, even though they're fairly well lit and it seems safe enough from a crime standpoint. The alternate route adds about 5 min to the trip, but doesn't involve the stairs, just steep streets. Ubers are plentiful and provide cost certainty, unlike taxis, and are a good way to get back to the hotel, especially at night or if you are carrying a lot of packages. As far as the actual apartment/room, the only downsides were the valve to switch between the hand-held shower head and the rain shower was broken, so we could only use the hand-held unit. There's a washer/dryer all-in-one unit, but the writing on the panel is in Turkish, so I had to locate instructions in English on the internet and download, but even then, we still couldn't figure out the dryer function.
• Aybek (10/5): - Отличный чистый номер (апартаменты) со своей кухней, спальней, зоной отдыха и просторной прихожей. Есть вся техника, кофемашина со вкусным кофе. Не было тапочек, уборку номера нужно просить делать, нет графика. Балкон очень узкий.
• Mahsa (9/5): Happy stay - clean, newly renovated apartment, high-quality furniture, and kitchen tools, spacious Hilly streets from the tram station back to the apartment, but the Taksim area is hilly, so we already knew when booking this apartment. detergents like dishwasher tablets were not enough for 6 days of stay, but they provided them promptly upon our request

• Lauren (10/5): - It’s our fifth visit to Istanbul, and my fiancée and I both feel that this is the best accommodation we’ve stayed in! The location is really excellent, in a vibrant local neighbourhood with plenty of nice cafes and eateries, but still within walking distance of all transport options (ferry, metro, bus). Our room (the corner room) was spotlessly clean, with an incredibly comfortable mattress (and not too soft, which is often a problem for me), flooded with natural light, and well-equipped with everything you may need (including small touches like Rituals products and a Nespresso machine). Finally, the staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. We had an issue upon check-in, but they resolved it well: they listened to us, and were patient and understanding, in spite of the language barrier and our tiredness after a very late and delayed flight. We’ll definitely stay there again!
• andonova (10/5): Fabulous - Everything was absolutely perfect! There’s no better place to stay in Istanbul. The neighborhood is peaceful, within walking distance of all major attractions, and just a 5-minute walk to Istiklal Street. The area is full of some of the city’s best recommended restaurants and cafés. Our host welcomed us with a big smile and genuine hospitality — he even helped us with our luggage upon arrival, which is something you don’t see very often. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and felt brand new. Bright, spacious, and quiet, with an amazing view. We truly felt at home here. This will definitely be our go-to place for every future trip to Istanbul! absolutely nothing
• Grigorii_V (10/5): - Уютные апартаменты на 3м этаже - чисто, хороший ремонт, отличный бесшумный кондиционер, большой TV с хорошим выбором каналов. Удобная кровать и подушки. 10 мин пешком до остановки Каботаж, оттуда можно уехать в любую часть города на трамвае, метро, или пароме. Правда обратно с остановки придётся подниматься в горку, но это не критично - можно взять такси, или подняться на фуникулере и немного пройти. Площадь Таксим и ул. Истикляль в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Прямо напротив, буквально 1 минута пешком, небольшой супермаркет, в котором можно купить необходимые продукты и напитки. Нет микроволновки, но мне она особо была не нужна. В духовке можно легко приготовить пиццу, которая продаётся в супермаркете.

• Eun Jung (10/5): - We have previously stayed at a very nice hotel in Sultanahmet but Istanbul guesthouse beats it by miles! The room was extremely spacious (very rare for Istanbul) and everything was brand new. There is an elevator so no need to worry about carrying your suitcase up the stairs. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, helped us book a taxi to the airport at a very reasonable price. Lots of cute little shops and cafes in the area, and easy to get to train/tram/bus stops to get to wherever you need to go

Чистые, продуманные до мелочей номера: от посуды до стиральной машины и посудомойки. Можно было бы сказать ещё много хороших слов об этом арпарт-отеле, но скажу коротко: приезжайте, не пожалеете! Когда поедем в Стамбул ещё раз, обязательно остановимся здесь! Спасибо всему персоналу за комфортный отдых! Такого нет.
• Val-87 (10/5): - We absolutely liked everything! The appartment is very comfortable, clean, modern, with all amenities needed for the comfortable stay (including iron and a good hair dryer). The stuff is super friendly, especially the hosts at the reception, who were always ready to help or answer questions. On top of that all, the location of the appartment is superb, it's in a trendy district full of nice trendy places to hang out, walking distance to the port, tram lines going to main attractions etc. Most sincere ten out of ten ever :)

Personel zawsze uśmiechnięty, życzliwy, pomocny. Szczerze polecam. Wszystko naprawdę ok.

• Brandon (10/5): - Everything was spotless, with quality appliances, and a fantastic fully equipped kitchen that made it feel like home from home. Staff were attentive and the location perfect - nestled in a charming neighbourhood with wonderful restaurants and coffee shops around the corner. We loved the fact that it's adult only, beautifully maintained, and the renovation of this historic building has left it fresh and elegant, almost like new. We originally booked 8 nights, extended our stay by another 3 nights and even returned before flying back home. This is a gem in Istanbul and well worth the stay! The road does seem a bit of a thourogh fare, so when the French doors or windows are open, you can hear the traffic noise.
