• Matt (7/5): Good location and good off road parking - Good size room, big TV and PS5 included decent facilities and good location Shower head mount was broken so had to hold the shower which was quite a let down. It’s a small issue but the biggest let down of the property

• Nela (10/5): Loved the stay! - Everything was very nice and clean, the beds were comfortable, there were curtains on all the roof windows, so there was no sun shininh at you in the morning. There is a fridge and a free coffee machine and a kettle you can use. The owners are very nice, they live in the same house just downstairs. Overall the value is very good for the money. The only negative thing about this property is the distance from Malmedy but its still 2km from the city centre and the way leads through a beautiful forest so it can be a very nice walk
• Smancine (7/5): Good - Guests can use the owner's kitchen at ground floor, while enjoying a dedicated space at 1st floor/mezzanine: a common living room equipped with sofa, TV, baby-foot, pool table, fridge, bar table and free coffe facilities (coffee caps, nice selection of tea/herbal tea and cookies). Spatious commun bathroom, with free toiletries and powerful hairdryer. Peaceful view over the green valley behind the house and quiet country neighborhood. The guesthouse is a bit isolated in the countryside (no restaurant or shop nearby); you need a car to get there and move around. As the mezzanine is open over the owner's living room and kitchen at the ground floor, there is no sound separation. The first floor/mezzanine are directly under the roof, so humid/cold is high especially when raining and/or if someone let the windows open (rooms are nevertheless equipped with electric heaters). Also pay attention not to hit to the roof spans. Small garbages at the mezzanine get quickly full and an organic bin is only available in the kitchen at ground floor. Paper and plastic waste is not sorted. Bed mattresses is a bit hard and cushions too flat/soft. Remote communication with the owner is not efficient: the owner is kind and available but slow to answer questions via booking.com.

• Koen (8/5): Top location not far from Spa-Francorchamps race circuit. - Warm and friendly welcome, everything clean and even towels for the bathroom. Nothing special in particular.
• Kathleen (1/5): Very disappointed - Shower was ok although bed was broken it was ok For a start sign for the guesthouse was very small and not directly outside the property we travelled 170miles on a motorcycle arriving at 4pm hot in need of a shower and a drink owners turned up at 6pm we sheltered in a scruffy out building to get out of the sun whilst waiting (check in time in the website says after 3pm!! )The owner showed us to the room upstairs gave us the Wi-Fi code we asked about the nearest restaurant those few minutes were all we saw of her all the time we were there!! No emergency information or info ref the accommodation we were unsure if we could use their kitchen as it felt like their personal space dirty washing up in the sink etc! We were unsure wether we could drink the water from the bathroom so boiled some to drink!!the tea coffee was very limited No milk!! Outside facilities were very poor the bbq was filthy rusty so food we bought to cook was wasted jacuzzi was deflated and dirty garden unkept everywhere looked in need of TLC!! No battery in the fire detector bathroom door wouldn’t shut ! We have used booking.com on several occasions and this is our first complaint wouldn’t stay here again.
• Claudiu (5/5): Unless you speak French, avoid - The host was impossible to contact via phone and email.
• Thomas (8/5): Staying close to the circuit - Location, friendly staff, facilities Room had no curtain/roller on the roof window, no towels for the first day or may have been in a different room.
