• Mercedes (10/5): 100% Recomendabl - El apartamento estaba muy bien. Tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia de 5 días maravillosa. Bajando unas escaleras o por ascensor, estás a 2 minutos de la calle más comercial que da paso al Paseo Marítimo de Puerto del Carmen. Nos encantó el detalle de Marcial, con productos de cortesía para nuestros días de estancia. Las camas muy cómodas y una terraza donde desayunábamos y cenábamos todos los días. Tuve un despiste y me dejé un objeto personal y rápidamente contacto Marcial conmigo para hacérmelo llegar. Cómo conclusión, nos ha encantado y hemos estado de 10 en el apartamento. La verdad que nada
• Torsten Jepsen (9/5): - Sehr gute Lage, große gut ausgestattete Wohnung, reibungslose Kommunikation, Begrüssungskorb, perfekt ausgestattete Küche Matratze des grossen Bettes unbequem, Betten im zweiten Schlafzimmer sehr einfach. Familie im Erdgeschoss teilweise recht laut, Aussenanlage könnte besser gepflegt sein.

The property was clean, very well equipped and in great location. The beach was 5 min walk, shops 2 min walk but area nice and quiet. The owner of the apartment was very communicative and helpful with everything. There was nothing bad about the property.

It is equipped with all the listed amenities, and the location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the center. I would especially highlight the dedication of the host, kind, communicative and available at all times. All recommendations and praise!
• Barbara (9/5): Hübsche Wohnung in super Lage - Die Lage ist absolut perfekt. Die Wohnung war schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Willkommenspaket ist absolut toll. Der Vermieter war kurzfristig erreichbar. Mir hat der Pool gefehlt, aber ich hatte eh Pech mit dem Wetter. Ansonsten hätte ich gerne Polster für die Terrasse gehabt.

La vue sur le centre commercial, mais on voit aussi la mer derrière ;)
• Clionadh (10/5): Fabulous apartment in a great location - The location was excellent. It was close to both the old town and the strip. The apartment was very spacious with a nice balcony. All the essentials were there (washing detergent , dishwasher tablets etc). The apartment was exceptionally clean and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We stayed there with 2 kids and were provided with cots and high chairs. The apartment and location was also very safe. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Situated right behind the Soco Shopping Centre it is in a very central location close to a large supermarket, near a bus stop (opposite Burger King) with regular buses to other resorts such as Playa Blanca and Costa Teguise, and also very close to the strip and beach. Even though it is so central it’s a very quiet location situated in a cul de sac away from traffic noise. It also was very comfortable with comfortable beds and well equipped. • Nicola (9/5): Perfect location if you’re not bothered about seafront - Location was absolutely perfect, quiet and just one street behind the main strip. Added bonus you could use the shopping mall lift to get to the seafront. Nice little touch with the welcome basket of nibbles and water. Host was amazing and very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Check in was extremely easy. Apartment has everything you could need. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Only thing I would suggest that could be changed is the drainage on the shower. Found on the first day that the shower is lovely and powerful but the water doesn’t drain quick enough so ended up with a large puddle on the bathroom floor.

• Karl (10/5): Great apartment in a fantastic location - clean, comfortable, well-equipped and quiet. - The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay, from the welcome pack (including tea, coffee, milk and snacks) to the appliances (including dishwasher and washing machine) and small practical things like the safe for valuables, plenty of clothes hangars in the wardrobes and reusable shopping bags for the supermarket. The air conditioning was really welcome after spending time outside in the heat! It's located in a quiet cul-de-sac so was generally very peaceful, but is only 3-4 minutes walk to several shops & supermarkets and less than 10 minutes walk to either of the beaches (Playa Chica was my favourite). The host was very communicative and provided all the check-in information in advance as well as some local advice, and also checked in mid-week to be sure that everything was okay. I had a really enjoyable stay!
• Noreen (10/5): - Everything! It was the perfect stay. Good location, shower was great, well kitted kitchen, comfy beds. We felt safe always, very happy with our stay. The supermarket in the shopping centre is brilliant and so handy. Not a complaint but the driver dropped us to the wrong apartment. Our host was very responsive with help. It’s just behind the SoCo shopping centre (fyi!)

The property was clean and had everything that I needed for my stay. Marcial, the person in charge of the property, was very helpful and always available to answer questions if needed. I can’t say that there was something that I didn’t like, it was a pleasant stay.
• Vanessa (10/5): CLEAN APARTMENT, GREAT LOCATION , SO COMFORTABLE. VERY HAPPY WITH IT 😀 - When we arrived at the apartment, the first impression was that the place was very clean and tidy . There was a lovely welcome basket waiting for us when we arrived. We were so happy to see it after a 4 hour flight, it was a lovely touch . Television was set up in a way that you just sign into your own Netflix or Disney+ account . It was so handy as we could watch English television. The location of the apartment was brilliant literally walk across the road and go down the steps, and it brings you onto the main strip where there's loads of shops, restaurants, and, of course the beach . My mother and I felt very happy and content here for the week. If we go back to Puerto Del Carmen, we will definitely be returning to this apartment. 😀

• Cristina (10/5): Super, central, sunny apartment - Centrally located between old town and the promenade.. Quiet location behind SOCO shopping centre. Spacious, first floor, very clean and comfortable apartment. Supplied with all essentials such as shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper. 2 hairdryers one is fixed to bathroom wall, the other can be used in any room. Kitchen well stocked with utensils including toaster. Welcome basket of food and water was very much appreciated. Safe supplied for valuables. Sunny, south-facing balcony. Nothing not to like.

Friedly, helpful host who contacted me to hear that everything was ok. Unproblematic check-in and check-out. An apartment I really recommend to both couples and families. I would love to come back
• Istok (10/5): We were staying there for 9 days and had a awsome time. - The owner was waiting for us when we arrived at 2 o'clock in the morning due to delayed flight. Very quiet location, grocery store nearby, notso far from the beach, great balcony. Clean towels for the bathroom and the beach. Due to our late arrival I asked the owner if he could buy us some beer, and he bought us a 12pack and put it in the refrigerator. Great! No cons.
