Had a great 4 days stay, location is excellent few mins distance to Shonbrunn Palace and close to train stations, apartments and villa are spotlessly clean and newly renovated. Our host Adam is exemptional, very welcoming and helpful with any of our requests. He even went beyond by hosting BBQ on our last day. Thank you Adam and we look forward coming back to Vienna. • Petra (6/5): - Lage ist gut, nahe der U-Bahn, Nähe Schönbrunn Reinigung dürftig, besonders der Boden. In der Küche nur ein Tuch zum Abwaschen, kein Geschirrtuch, allgemein etwas abgewöhnt.
• Carmine (1/5): - Das einzig Gute war die Nähe zu Schönbrunn und der U Bahn Absolut enttäuschend!! Schon der Start war chaotisch: Der Vermieter war nicht erreichbar und die Check-in-Daten haben wir erst mit über einer Stunde Verspätung bekommen. Die Wohnung hat extrem nach Rauch gestunken – offenbar wurde drinnen geraucht. Selbst als Raucher war das kaum auszuhalten. Insgesamt wirkte alles eklig, dreckig und fast schon irreführend dargestellt – vor Ort hat es mit den Fotos nichts zu tun. Die Unterkunft ist billig gemacht und heruntergekommen – einfach nur Pfuscherei. Man fühlt sich dort alles andere als wohl, eher unruhig und unsicher, weil auch die Tür sich nicht richtig schließen lässt. Der Garten konnte ebenfalls nicht genutzt werden, obwohl es anders dargestellt wurde. Hier wird ordentlich kassiert, aber geliefert wird so gut wie nichts. Eine Frechheit sondergleichen. Leute, lasst die Finger davon !!!

• Denise (6/5): Einfache Ausstattung in guter Lage - Die Lage ist sehr nah zum Schloss Schönbrunn. Die Aufteilung der Wohneinheit war gut. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Ausstattung zum Teil unvollständig und abgenutzt und sehr spärlich eingerichtet. Die Schränke hängen schief oder sind nicht an der Wand fixiert... Ein großes Bild ist während des Aufenthalts herunter gefallen. Im Badezimmer hing ein Kabel von der Gastherme herunten... In der ganzen Wohnung habe ich leider keine Haken gefunden, wo man etwas aufhängen könnte.

• Kitti (10/5): - A szállásadó nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedés, Schönbrunn kastély kb. 3 perc sétára van.
• Joris (7/5): Prima locatie voor 4 personen. - De ruimte en dat ze veel uit handen nemen. Ligging aan de weg. Voor de ene kamer was er veel licht en geluid gedurende de nacht.

• Nora (5/5): Die Lage ist sehr gut, da das Schloss bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist. - Die Lage ist grundsätzlich sehr gut, da sich die Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Schloss befindet und dieses bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch der Hausmeister, der sehr freundlich und bemüht war. Er hat versucht, die Situation so gut wie möglich auszugleichen, und hat uns netterweise frische Handtücher und Kaffeekapseln gebracht. Leider war es in der Wohnung insgesamt recht laut. Direkt davor verläuft eine stark befahrene Straße, und sowohl der Autoverkehr als auch die Straßenbahn waren deutlich zu hören, was besonders nachts das Schlafen erschwert hat. Außerdem war in der Wohnung ein deutlicher Zigarettengeruch wahrnehmbar.

• Farouk (10/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit reibungslosem Ablauf, netten und hilfsbereiten Besitzern sowie sauberer Unterkunft. - Alles lief reibungslos und ohne Probleme. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett, hilfreich und haben alle wichtigen Informationen klar und rechtzeitig mitgeteilt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlen konnte. Wir hatten eine relativ entspannte Nacht und konnten gut abschalten. Auch der Garten war am Abend sehr angenehm und ideal, um noch kurz zu entspannen. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

• Jennifer (5/5): Zum NUR SCHLAFEN für eine Nacht ok - -Das Bett war sehr bequem. -Es war sehr ruhig Nachts, ruhiger als in vielen anderen Unterkünften in denen ich bisher war. -Die Lage ist großartig -Das Schlafzimmer an sich war für den Preis echt in Ordnung. -Check-In war unnötig kompliziert -Die Ausstattung war sehr dürftig (ausgenommen Bett, dafür besonders die Dusche) und alles hat aufgrund alter Flecken und Möbel sehr schmutzig gewirkt (auch leider der Kopfteil des Betts), obwohl die Reinigung selbst denke ich an sich schon recht gründlich gemacht wurde. - Der Apartmentteil (Küche & Flur, Toilette & Bad) haben morgens EXTREM nach Kanal gerochen. Man kann ganz gut schnell lüften aber erstmal ist das echt unangenehm.

• Lynn (5/5): Disappointing city break - Location was good for visiting Schönbrunn Palace and public transport. The landlord did move us to a 2nd apartment which was of a slightly better standard. First apartment we were given was poor quality. Very sparsely furnished and very cold. Insufficient bedding, cutlery, crockery. Faulty heating and shower.

• Anna (4/5): Für spontan und eine Nacht Okey aber die Luft drinnen war einfach kaum ertragbar - War kurzfristig frei und auch günstig Das Bett und Laken waren einwandfrei und sauber War ebenerdig ich hab mich nicht getraut über die Nacht das Fenster zu öffnen. Weiters denk ich dass in der Wohnung geraucht wurde, der Geruch wurde versucht zu überdecken somit war eine ganz komische Luft/Geruch in der Wohnung. Den Kühlschrank habe ich über die Nacht leider ausschalten müssen da er so laut war

• Jarosław (3/5): Never ever go there in the winter! - Very good localization, just across Schoenbrunn, close to U-bahn stations. In summer there will be a problem because windows open directly at a busy street. It was terribly cold. The central heating did not work at all, and we got just one electric heater, which was not turned on before our arrival. I guess it was 10 degrees C inside when we entered. Morover the entry door was not air tight and there was wind throu it all the time.

• Dimitrije (2/5): - Soba mnogo manja nego u oglasu. U ovo doba godine, stan je leden koji ima malo grejalica koja ne može da ugreje ceo stan. A pritom nismo dobili ni peškire kao u opisu, sve u svemu prevara da vam uzmu novac.
• Kacper (2/5): - The room did not match the photos of the apartment we had booked — we were assigned a completely different room, and when we reported this to the staff, we were told that someone else had already been accommodated in the apartment. The room we received was definitely smaller and more poorly furnished. Worst of all, we reported that the radiator was not working (the staff were aware of this when they checked us in) — a portable electric heater was used to heat the bedroom! The bathroom was not heated at all; it was difficult to take a shower without freezing at the same time. The room was cold; I should add that we were traveling in winter and there was frost outside at night. Renting a room in a tenement building with a broken heating system is unacceptable, especially in winter! Initially, we called the number provided on Booking, but instead of answering the call, the owner contacted us via SMS and did not provide answers to our questions. He also ignored the fact that we had been assigned the wrong room.

Mir ist das egal, aber wahrscheinlich ist es nicht geeignet für Personen mit Katzenallergie. - wenige Parkplätze - etwas weiter weg vom "der Stadt" selber

• Ihor (4/5): Холодно та не зручне розташування найближчої парковки до квартири - Адекватна ціна , реакція персоналу на проблеми , але в цілому питання не вирішено глобально Розташування не зручне, машину потрібно ставити далеко від апартаментів , заїхали в апартаменти а там 10 градусів , опалення було відключена , на вулиці мороз,. В квартирі не має солі , цукру ніхто на зауваження від попередніх орендавців не відреаговано , шановні не вже важко купити пачку солі та цукру у всіх квартирах які орендували завжди є.

• Natalia (6/5): - Jak na Wiedeń dobra lokalizacja w rozsądnej cenie. Blisko dwie stacje metra, tramwaj. Bardzo wygodne duże łóżko. Czysto - Brak klamki od wewnętrznej strony drzwi. Trzeba było na maska odkręcać zamek i złapać drzwi od góry przy futrynie, aby je pociągnąć.W dodatku żeby je otworzyć trzeba najpierw otworzyć na oścież drzwi od łazienki bo inaczej jest za mało miejsca, - Bardzo zimna podłoga - Małe kubki na herbatę - Nie działająca poprawnie płytka indukcyjna - Otrzymaliśmy mieszanie bardzo zimne - Brak działających kaloryferów. W zamian jest grzałka która co prawda bardzo dobrze grzeje, natomiast musiała chodzić cały czas bo inaczej mieszkanie się bardzo szybko wychładzało - Bardzo mały zlew w łazience - Za krótka zasłona od prysznica i płytkie wgłębienie przez co po kąpieli łazienka cała mokra i brak rekwizytu którym można by było ją wytrzeć
