• Joe (3/5): It was an anonymous little apartment with a terrible bed. - The bed felt like it was made out of lead, or maybe wood. Very uncomfortable. I woke up with back pain each morning, so much that we left three nights early and checked into a hotel just to sleep comfortably.

• mick1975 (9/5): Fijne plek! - Een fijn, schoon en compleet appartement. Het is er rustig, je kunt er dus heerlijk slapen na een dag in de drukke, prachtige stad. De metro vind je dichtbij, brengt je voor een klein bedrag naar ieder punt in de stad. Supermarktje om de hoek. Ook leuke eettentjes in de buurt. Contact met de eigenaar is vlot en zeer prettig. Ik kan het niet bedenken. Ookal ligt het wat verder uit het centrum, geen probleem. Je bent er met de metro zo. Een uber brengt je ook zo thuis voor iets van 13 euro.

• Mariam kirvalidze (9/5): - We had a pleasant stay overall and the apartment met our expectations in terms of location and comfort. The host was responsive and communication was smooth. One important note for future guests: the street entrance door locks automatically from the outside, so it is essential not to step out without the key. Clear prior notice about this would be very helpful.

• Ana (8/5): Buena relación calidad precio. - El apartamento es tal y como se muestra en las fotgrafias, acogedor, buena calefaccion: así resultó muy agradable la entrada. La anfitriona dispuso una botella de agua mineral y capsulas de café para la llegada. Estaba muy limpio. En la descripcion del alojamiento no se nombra que se trata de un bajo, a nivel de calle. Por otra parte no supuso ningún problema: las puertas y ventanas están protegidas y está situado en una calle tranquila.

• Darya (7/5): Good apartment, just not quite right for us. - Nice design, and they provided everything we needed, including quality makeup remover and shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, soap, coffee, tea , etc. The apartment has an iron, a large TV, and is modern, stylish, and very clean. The host is extremely kind and responsive. It definitely looks better in the pictures, but it was okay. The only thing I didn’t like was that it’s on the first floor, with the entrance door opening directly onto the street, and all windows also face the street, which doesn’t feel very safe. The water drains poorly. Location is not the best, if you want to walk from the train station.

• Ouail (8/5): - Nous avons récupéré les clés sans aucun problème. L’appartement est idéalement situé, à proximité du métro, et parfaitement équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. La propriétaire s’est montrée très sympathique, disponible et à l’écoute Le seul défaut est le bruit. En effet, étant situé au rez-de-chaussée, on entend la nuit le passage des piétons, les voitures ainsi que les conversations des voisins donnant sur la cour, en raison de l’absence de double vitrage. De plus, des travaux de construction dans la rue commencent chaque matin à 8 heures.

• Stephany (10/5): Familia Abadía Sánchez - El apartamento súper amplio, ubicado en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo. Pudimos ir a mercar cerca, tiene centros comerciales y supermercados cerca (a unos 7 minutos caminando). Las camas estaban muy cómodas, las sábanas y toallas olían deli, todo super bien. Aunque queda retirado del centro de Madrid para los lugares turísticos, tiene facilidad de transporte público, lo que facilita llegar hasta esos lugares. Nos hizo falta un exprimidor para el jugo de naranja y les sugeriría dejar sal, pimienta y aceite para las personas que se queden más de un día (para temas de preparar los desayunos). Pero por todo lo demás, fue una estancia maravillosa, la recomiendo y me volvería a quedar.

• Arad (8/5): Very good - Great Apartment. Well-equipped kitchen and a comfy bed. The AC in the living room and bedroom was a lifesaver in the Madrid hot weather. A bit far from the city center (10 min walk to the Metro, then a ride of 15-20 minutes). No noise protection - you can hear the neighbors. Not enough electrical sockets (especially near the dining table where I planned to do some work).
• Chris (10/5): Secure, well positioned in a quiet traffic area. Close to transport & eating options - Spacious with plenty of natural light. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils. Microwave. The modern bathroom had a heated towel rail and rain fall shower head. Great water pressure and plentiful hot water. Ample storage space for clothes and lots of hangers. Washing machine and large drying rack. Big screen TV with cable options. Sofa comfortable. Good security on windows. Access to 2 metro stations, lines 1 & 9. One stop to Chamartín main heavy rail train station. Supermarket a short walk away as also the great bakery , Spelta. Lots of bars with basic eating options near the main road. It is necessary to keep the window shades down for privacy. This wasn’t a problem for us.
• Michal (10/5): Our stay was very comfortable, a great location and a helpful host - The apartment is modern, clean, very comfortable and very well-equipped (everything you might need). Great location, outside of touristic area with shops, restaurants, and the metro nearby. The host was also very helpful. The windows and doors in the living room do not block the sounds coming from the street, which makes it challenging to get a good night's sleep in this room.
