• Akemi (9/5): 2回目でしたが、やはり清潔で、空調も良く、滞在しやすかったです。 - 綺麗で、静か、何でも揃っている。他の人との接触はなく、鍵の受け渡しも簡単。 特に思いつきません。

• 関口 (9/5): やはり素泊まりで10万は高いです。 - 段差がなく、ワンフロアが広いので、ワンコが走り回れました。 ⚫︎ゴミ箱の上の窓にはロールスクリーンもカーテンもなく外から丸見えなので、ハンガーにバスタオルをかけて凌ぎました。翌朝、外から確認すると、「高さがあるので見えないでしょう。」的な感じに受け取れましたが、やはりロールスクリーンなどあったほうが良いと思います。 お風呂から出てすぐの窓ですし。 ⚫︎コロコロが、使用された後剥がしてなく、髪の毛や埃が付いていて不潔でした。 ⚫︎ゴミ袋、排水溝ネットの替えがないのが不便です。 ⚫︎敷地には柵がなく、誰でも入って来れてしまうのでセキュリティ面が不安でした。 ⚫︎事前のメールでは、暗証番号で解除して鍵を取り出す。と記載がありましたが、暗証番号などなく、ただ鍵が入っていました。
• Akemi (9/5): コンビニも近く、静かで、部屋は清潔。何でも揃っていて使い勝手がいいです。チェックインとアウトも簡単シンプル。また利用したいと思います。 - 良かった点は、アメニティやキッチンの充実はもちろんなんですが、ドライヤー、バスのシステム、電子レンジなどの色々な器具が、ほぼ最新のもので、使いやすくとても便利でした。また、玄関のドアの開け閉めが静かで、感心しました。 環境も静かで、部屋は清潔、ルームフレグランスも良かったです。 強いて言えば、小さなことですが、トースターがアラジンで可愛く食パンが4枚焼けるのはいいのですが、10分近く200度で焼いても、焼き色はつきますが、サクサク感がなかったです。大きな問題ではありません。

• shizuka (10/5): 想像以上に良かった - ペットと一緒に過ごせる環境が良い まわりに飲食店が少なかった
• Kyoko (9/5): - 清潔で、グループでもプライベートが確保でききる作りでした。ドライヤーや掃除機、台所家電が高級で使ってみたかってものばかりで楽しかったです。ペット連れでしたが、備品もしっかり用意しておりありがたかったです。最初キイボックスの開け方が判らず手間取りました。電話連絡で確認しましたが、動画や文書にもう一言あればと思いました。 旅に出る前からの問い合わせ含めとても丁寧に対応していただき、気持ちのよいやり取りができとても良かったです。
• Yuka (9/5): リラックスと利便性がひとつに - チェックインに手間取りスタッフの方に連絡したところ、すぐ丁寧にご対応いただけました。お部屋はとても清潔で広く、コンビニやスーパーが近くて便利でした。専用ドッグラン(芝生)は雑草がきちんと刈り取られていて塀も高く、安心して使えました。ハンモックやシアタールームのおかげでより滞在時間が楽しめました。 玄関とトイレのアロマが香りが強すぎて、やむを得ず滞在中は外に置かせていただきました。キッチン窓にブラインド等が無く丸見えなのが気になりました。100均で買えるようなグッズでもいいので、カーテンを設置していただけたら嬉しいです。鍋の取っ手(着脱式)が1個しかなく、鍋とフライパンで同時に調理したい時不便でした。部屋から直接ドッグランへ出られないのもちょっと面倒でした。

• Yuka (8/5): 非日常を味わえる家族旅行 - 広々としていて清潔感もあるラグジュアリーな空間だったと思います。 ゴミ袋がなかったので、事前案内に持参必要とあったら良かったと思います。

• SOO JUNG (9/5): 清潔で快適な滞在 - 施設が新しく清潔で綺麗だった点。11月上旬の滞在で夜は冷え込む時期でしたが、お部屋も暖かく、家電類も揃っており、バスタオルなども綺麗なものが準備されていて気持ちよく過ごせました。ハンモックやシアタールームは子供たちが大喜びで親以上に滞在を楽しんでいました。 ロケーションはツルヤなども車ですぐの場所にあり利便性は高いのですが、大通り沿いなので軽井沢の自然の多い静かな夜を求めている方は予め立地を確認された方が良いと思います。

• さゆり (10/5): 最高でした😍 - なんと言っても本当に清潔でとっても綺麗で、アメニティーも揃っており、文句無しです！今回は愛犬も一緒に宿泊で、犬用のグッズ(お皿、ウエットティッシュ、トイレシート)等、細かいところまで気遣いされており感動しました。　シアタールームまであり、こちらもたっぷり満喫しました。また機会があれば絶対に来たいです！！ ありません！

• KOZUE (9/5): 犬連れで快適にBBQもできる貸別荘 - とても清潔な場所で、玄関トイレ等にディフューザーが置いてありとてもいい香りに包まれて部屋に入った瞬間から素敵でした。家電も充実しておりワンコ用の素敵なベッドも用意してありました。 BBQは備品をレンタルし食料は持ち込みで買ってきてとても快適に過ごせました！ 色々な備品は揃っていましたが、できればお風呂のイスと小さくてもいいので鏡がもう一つ欲しいなと思いました。

• Lan (8/5): 全体的に快適に滞在できます。ありがとうございました。 - 部屋は綺麗、設備は新しい。BBQのお肉は美味しい 枕は柔らかく低いため、2つ用意するが、高めの枕があるとより良いかと思いました。また、BBQのお肉以外、野菜もあると良かった。部屋の防音性はあまり良くなく、車の音や振動が伝わってくるので、耳栓などあると安心。
• NAOMI (10/5): 最&高 - とてもキレイで清潔感があり、滞在中は家族全員とても快適に過ごせました。 シアタールームもかなり楽しめたし、ペットに必要な備品も揃っていたのでありがたかったです。 次回はぜひBBQも楽しんでみたいです。 ほぼないのですが、、 その土地柄の気候、気温が分からなくて、思ったより寒く感じました。室内が冷房で冷え切っていたので、夜は暖房をつける程寒く感じました。 でもベッドが暖かく、気持ちよく眠れたので問題なしです！
• HAYASHI (4/5): - 家電も揃っており、広々としたお部屋でした。 コーヒーは、賞味期限切れ、食器一部は人数分の物が無く 連泊するにはハンガーの本数がもう少し欲しかったです。 洗濯後の折り畳みでも良いので干すものが欲しいです。 濡れたタオルが洗濯する方法しかありませんでした。 絨毯は、ペットOKなら無しでも良いかと 前の？以前の方のペット排泄失敗からか、臭いが残ってました。 ペットが粗相した時の、スプレーなど、置いてあると良かったのかと思いました。
• Anne (10/5): Comfortable and clean and spacious with sufficient hangers and luggage’s - Love the pleasant air refresher once you step into the villa as well as in the toilet . The ladies in my group love the comprehensive and complete kitchen for cooking ; oven ; rice cooker etc . This villa provides small olive oil for cooking ; salt and pepper too … very hygienic and clean Especially good it comes with automatic dishwasher … makes cooking after whole day of travelling a breeze and relaxing bonding . Great 10-15 mins drive to supermarket for groceries ; restaurants ; Prince Shopping Plaza etc Highly recommenced to my friends and family who are visiting Karuizawa in future
• Beel (9/5): Superb - Overall very good and super clean. Proximity to the road, projector difficult to use, it would be great to put some cables like HDMI to help the guest to use their own device on the projector as this room is a very good asset in the villa.
• Emma (10/5): Exceptional - Loved this place, it was a perfect holiday house, we had a great weekend skiing. The location is not super close for walking or train but as we had a car it was only 10 minutes to drive to the ski resort. Great kitchen, super comfortable.

• Kee (8/5): Very good - Spacious and a very good location near the town with free parking onsite The apartment was not cleaned when we arrived at 7 pm - towels on beds, trash left by previous tenant and we had to wait for an hour and a half while the team cleaned up. The team responded quickly but it would have been good if this had not been overlooked in the first place.

• Chomel (10/5): Beautiful brand new house in a good location. - Beautiful new house that is extremely clean and well-equipped with all the amenities you need. Perfect for a family of 4. If you have more than 4, i think you can use the floor mattresses in the hammock floor upstairs. My youngest girl really liked the Tv room where she could hang out to watch TV. The ceiling was low (so i knocked my head a few times at the entrance), but it was such a cosy and cute room. V good use of space. There was a good washer/dryer that we could use for our laundry too. They even provided the detergent. We didn’t have a dog but it is a dog-friendly accommodation. There is a lawson right opposite the road so it’s quite convenient. Parking was easy too as each house had a dedicated parking lot. I would definitely consider staying here again if i visit Karuizawa. Nothing in particular.
• Renita (10/5): A beautifully designed home conveniently located in Karuizawa - A beautifully designed house with state of the art electronics! I was highly impressed with the microwave/oven, washer dryer. Sleeps 6 comfortably thought there is only one bathroom and a separate toilet. The house was kid friendly and both my kids loved sleeping on the futons on the split level above the movie room. The location was super convenient and there was parking directly at the property. Thank you to the very responsive staff who came at night to pass us more hangers as we had quite a bit of ski stuff to hang. Thank you for a lovely stay! The pillows were a bit flat and the heating took some time to warm up when it was colder at nights.

• Thomas (10/5): Exceeded expectations - Amazing place to stay. It was basically like a show-room house with brand new things. Super clean, beautiful, excellent location. Cool facilities with things like a home theatre, hammocks, and so on. Host was great and easy to deal with. Our favorite thing is that it had a personal dog run so our dog could run around and have a great time. I thought I came across a photo of the dog run as like barren and muddy so I wasn't that excited, but actually it was all grass (real grass)! Lots of room to park. Everyone in my party of four people were instantly impressed. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in Karuizawa. If I could pick out something that I didn't love, it would probably be the pillows - super soft and felt like almost sleeping on nothing. I mean I know everyone has their own personal preferences so maybe this won't be an issue for others, but wasn't a big fan of this.
