Guest Reviews
- Guest (7/5): Nice place close to coffee shop - Coffee shop opposite very nice Battered front door and the door to the flat was old and only a cheap Yale lock , didn’t feel very secure.
Some damp in the property, didn’t affect our stay but was unpleasant to see
No wardrobes to hang clothes anywhere !
- Mich (8/5): Amazing location at a decent price - -the self-check in and out process is smooth and easy, all necessary information are sent to us prior to our stay.
-we didn't interact with the staff in person but through our communications, they are courteous and answered our questions
-we had the whole apartment to ourselves so it is quite spacious and private
-basic amenities like toilet paper, shampoo, iron, ironing board, utensils are all provided
-the location is nice, nestled in a line of shops in a quiet and beautiful street
-very close to the Circus and the Royal Crescent
-decently furnished
-beds are comfortable and i slept well
-the heater works just fine, I was a bit confused with how it works so it was pretty cold on our first night but once I figured it out, it kept the place at a decently comfortable temperature
-there's netflix in the TV, we didn't use it but definitely a plus for those who do
-reasonable price -we found a strand of hair in one of our pillows, so maybe the pillow cases and sheets are not properly washed from the last stayers
-the window in the smaller room doesn't stay open, I am assuming it's something faulty
-there's a small flight of stairs leading up to the apartment, but I understand not much can be done about it since it is an old building. Didn't bother us too much but this may be an issue for elderly or those with big luggages
-no washing detergent, so you will need to pack your own
-would've been nice to have a rack or some hangers to hang our clothes
-price is quite steep for early check in, so we didn't opt for this option
- Clarke (10/5): Very pleasant - Excellent location in attractive street, very close to the Royal Crescent. Nothing

- Balagopal (9/5): - Location
- Antoinette (8/5): Apart from the initial check in issue we had a lovely at the property and would stay again. - Location was great. It was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Shower was good and kitchen had everything we needed. Not being able to leave our luggage before check in was very inconvenient as traveling from overseas makes it difficult to arrive at exactly check in time. The cost of checking in early was over the top especially when you consider how much we paid for the five day stay so it was a major issue for us. We think compared with other places we have rented that a more flexible policy would be a great improvement.
- Christine (8/5): Happy, everything you need, easy stay, close to the town to walk. - Clean, fresh and a good space. Close to walk around town, interesting location to experience Bath living. Huge towels! Good bathroom.

- Mette (10/5): It was a really nice and quiet place in a very beatiful part of town. - Location was perfect.
The flat was nice and clean.
The bedrooms had a nice view to the street.
The bathroom was good including the shower.
We didn’t use the living room and kitchen, but it looked fine. Nothing
- Halil (10/5): -
- Paul (10/5): Perfect place to stay for easy access to all areas - Quiet area but with easy access to the town. It was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The windows really needed a good clean, the windows looked awful from the outside which when seeing it for the first time didn’t make a good impression
- Tanja (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect and plenty of cafés, shops ect close by The sofa bed it is a bit wobbly.
- Sarah (10/5): We came to see Robbie Williams but as we had never been to Bath before we thought we’d turn it into a mini break. We had - Location , the inside was really lovely , it was clean. No tea towels or oven gloves.
The sofa and chair in the lounge area very uncomfortable but as we were out and about most of the time it didn’t affect us too much.
- Adam (8/5): Very good -
- Per (9/5): For our need this was perfect - Location WiFi would have helped
- Stephen (8/5): Very good -
- Willis (8/5): Very good - Great mattress The shower is a bit weak, and it's quite slippery stood in the bath
- David (10/5): Very good place to stay when you visit Bath - Everything was as described, very close to centre of town. Lovely place to stay
- Deborah (5/5): Passable - beds comfortable and flat was clean. no welcome pack so did not know WiFi code. Very cold heating very poor.
- Ray (8/5): Provided us with a good base to visit Christmas Markets. - Location excellent for Bath Christmas Markets. Everything in easy reach. Property was in quiet location and all that was required for a convenient comfortable stay. Stairs a bit steep for some but no problem for any in our party. Breakfast was enjoyed at the local Boston Tea Room, just a short walk from property. No shortage of places to eat nearby, hence property was used to relax and sleep. Tea and coffee supplied by property were good for our party. Property was warm and shower fairly easy to get used too. Daughter and wife would have liked curtains that shut out a bit more light, but not a problem. Would i stay again ? definitely. Many thanks to our host. nothing to dislike really. Property is old but ideal for our needs. I expected signs of age from an old building but was pleasantly surprised. Property is basic but comfortable.
- Nikoki (8/5): comfortable stay. Everything was clean and tidy - Location
- Adriana (6/5): Good value for price - It was easy to get into and the location was excellent The kitchen equipment was too basic
- Angella (10/5): Exceptional - Nice private apartment right in the middle of a cute area of businesses.
- Khaing (8/5): Very good -
- Pablo (7/5): Good - Location Small and a little outdated
- Kate (7/5): Well-located quiet apartment suitable for up to four adults in beautiful historic Bath. - Lovely location on a quiet street, right next to the historic crescent and Victoria park. A short 10-15 walk into main central area. Provision of tea, coffee and UHT milk. Uncomfortable mattresses. No toiletries aside from hand soap. Blinds on windows very bright and did not block out light. Couch bed not suitable for an adult person to sleep on therefore inaccurate in the description that it sleeps 5 people, really only suitable for four.
- Lesley (8/5): Great accommodation in beautiful city of Bath - Clean, reasonably spacious accommodation in first class central location, great value for money just couple of minutes walk to Royal Terrace and Victoria Park. Has everything required for a few days stay for 3 people Had bit of issue with shower but upon advising host was rectified in a timely fashion.
- Alex (5/5): Great area. Shoddy flat. - Spacious flat and great location. No care taken in interior of property. Walls and ceilings damaged by damp in places. Paint peeling off. Fittings in poor condition. No bulbs in sone of the light fittings.
- Krima (1/5): Disappointed - Beds were really bad quality, difficult to sleep on. Really small and definitely not a double bed.
The sofa bed was really hard
Lights broken- asked them to sort this on the first day but wasn’t sorted in the 3 days we stayed Not worth the money. Needs alot of things fixing
- Jacqueline (7/5): A well located and spacious apartment but some minor issues need to be addressed by the host. - Excellent location, spacious apartment ,well equipped kitchen. Good quality bed linen and towels. The couch was uncomfortable and hard. Many light bulbs were not working including in the main room where the lights flickered and went off, consequently we had to rely on a lamp. No wifi information was obvious and we had to locate the router and look for the numbers, some of which were faded. When calling the only contact number listed for assistance we were told that they were only the agents and we should contact Airbnb but we had booked through booking.com. A promised follow up call did not eventuate. The apartment information folder was not easy to find and full of old flyers and mail from previous tenants. The lobby was full of old papers and rubbish so first impressions were not great.
- Meldra (10/5): Beautiful, historical and comfortable stay! - The location is absolutely stunning and so many beautiful places are within walking distance. The property was very welcoming as there was already tea bags and sugar and milk on arrival... makes a great deal of difference when you have travelled for hours. This is truly a unique experience of being in a very historical building with lovey view all around. The host was very responsive and got back to any and all of our queries within minutes. Not applicable.
- Norma (8/5): Nice but cold appart - Location. 2 nice rooms It was too cold. The app was set at 14c when we arrived. Took a full 24 hours to get to 18,5. Please keept the flat at a normal temperature for your guest before arrival
- Susan (1/5): Bad - Location Dining room and sitting room lights flickered constantly. Dining room light hanging from loose wires. No bowls in kitchen. Bedrooms felt damp with damp stains around windows. Fitted bottom sheets threadbare. Bathroom carpet loose on bottom stair. Outside door to property very hard to open.
- Kirsty (10/5): Close to town, easy to find. - Close proximity to the centre of town and parking. Clean and easy to find. The sofa bed is very little. We booked for 6 but one of us had to sleep on the floor, I would have been fine except there wasn’t a spare blanket, just 3 double quilts so we had to use the throws off the beds as a blanket for the floor. Luckily it was warm and the floor isn’t to hard.
- Jing (10/5): Perfect - Excellent location Good enough
- Helen (7/5): Good - Missing light bulbs possibly to be eco friendly if that is the case swap the fittings. Dining room light unable to use due to flickering, and potentially dangerous was hanging from ceiling by one screw!
- Rhyannon (9/5): Most gorgeous location, walking distance to everything wonderful in Bath. - Absolutely brilliant location, fitted a family of five with ease. Good communication with the hosts.
- Pradeep (9/5): Superb -
- Irina (8/5): Nicely renovated apartment in central Bath - Nice 2 level spacious two bedroom apartment, recently renovated, new kitchen and bathroom, perfect for 3-4 adults
- Aki (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location! Very clean. Interior was nice as well.
- Steve (6/5): Great location - Location Beds not firm
- Benedicta (7/5): It was comfortable and good after everything - The location was great. It was very comfortable There was no microwave. The rooms were not spacious enough for two and the iron was bad. There was smoke coming out of it and burnt a dress
- Jeannette (7/5): Would love to stay there again if we visit Bath - The property is in a very good location, easy access to cafes and city centre. Everything is around 10 minutes walking distance. The washing machine was broke when we got in. The staff was helpful but the repairs never show. Luckily across the apartment there’s coin laundry.
- Malene (9/5): Superb - Perfect situated- in the centre, but still quiet.
- Luana (10/5): Fantastic place - To be truly honest, all places in Bath is amazing, was my 3’ visit, incredibly like always, I really recommend if u prefere a quiet place, is a bit more big than pic and really new. Communication smoothly, clear, quickly.
100% recommended. N/A
- Yiting (7/5): Good - Amazing location Firstly, interior design wasn't too impressive (floor isn't level and bedrooms should be more friendly to maneuver around. Secondly, the host wasn't helpful (asked for a fan and a hairdryer, but didn't respond).
- Sounavo (8/5): Very good - Great location. Easy walk from train station and to most attractions in Bath.Nice and Clean. Host was quick to respond to all questions. Not much. May be a few more things in kitchen like a frying pan wound be handy and a cushion for the sofa cum bed.
