• Marta (6/5): Wlasciciel mily ale nie wiem kiedy ostatnio widzial jak wyglada mieszkanie. Ma ono duzy potencjal i swietne polozenie al - Polozenie obiektu,bardzo wygodne łózko do spania. Mieszkanie niestety sprzatniete powierzchownie, klamka odpadajaca z drzwi wejsciowych za kazdym razem przy wejsciu(mimo zapewnien wlasciciela nie zostalo to naprawione). Brudna szafa wnekowa w pokoju, brudna szafka w lazience, kaloryfer,ktory odczepial sie ze sciany przy powieszeniu recznika. Tynk odpadajacy z sufitu w lazience.

• Nicoletta (10/5): Ηλιόλουστο διαμέρισμα σε εξαιρετική περιοχή - Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο Κολωνάκι, με θέα τον Λυκαβητό. Η περιοχή είναι ασφαλής, ιδανική για άτομα που ταξιδεύουν μόνα, και θαυμάσια από άποψη παροχών. Στον δρόμο όπου βρίσκεται το διαμέρισμα υπάρχουν μίνι μάρκετ, περίπτερα, καφέ, εστιατόρια και πολλά άλλα καταστήματα. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ηλιόλουστο και έχει μια υπέροχη βεράντα, απ' όπου μπορεί κανείς να δει τον Λυκαβητό. Η συνεννόηση με τους ιδιοκτήτες ήταν πολύ καλή, και η άφιξη/αναχώρηση πολύ εύκολη διαδικασία. Την πολύ καλή διαμονή θα μπορούσαν να κάνουν ακόμα καλύτερη μερικές λεπτομέρειες: για παράδειγμα, μια καφετιέρα και λίγος καφές ή τσάι στην κουζίνα θα ήταν ευπρόσδεκτα.
• María Teresa (10/5): Estupenda!! - La ubicación es perfecta, y la zona está rodeada de buenos restaurantes, bares y supermercados. Una buena terraza para descansar y la cama muy comoda. Para varios días de hospedaje estaría bien toallas y sabanas de cambio.

• EIRINI (4/5): Yes for location, No if you wanna relax - Great location, cute balcony view. Bed uneven and closet dirty and dusty - we couldn’t hang our clothes inside. Bathroom might need a shower curtain to absorb excess water as the floor was flooded while showering. A few bugs came up from the kitchen sink. Overall, we felt there was humidity in the room and it should have been cleaned a day or two before our arrival for the air to be renewed. Wouldn’t recommend it unless you are fit since it is on the 6th floor and it happened the elevator to be out of service.

• Orsolya (8/5): It was nice, we could check in earlier, the apartment was nice, missed a few towels, but had a wonderful time. - Beautiful view, it was exactly like on the pictures. A 10 minute walk-up on the hill from the metro station we were not expecting.
• Anónimo16 (8/5): - Cercanía al centro. Barrio muy tranquilo y con buen ambiente. Supermercados cerca. Terraza amplia. Aunque hay muchas cuestas, el bus 60 deja muy cerquita. Mercadillo de fruta y verdura los viernes. Muchas cuestas, difícil acceso con maletas. El metro está cerca, pero hay una cuesta muy empinada. Solo una toalla grande para una semana, le escribimos al propietario pero nunca nos respondió. Echamos de menos una toalla de manos y otra para el suelo de la ducha.

• Dimitris (7/5): Good location in Athens with view of mount Lycabettus. - In all a good experience. Slight attention to general cleaning and better washing of bed sheets and towels.

• Mehr (8/5): Overall a good experience. - It was a nice comfortable flat in a good location. It’s a bit of a hike from the metro station to the flat so would only recommend if you’re physically fit.
• Marina (7/5): Nice flat - The bedsheets were not best quality and the parking in the area is very tricky (even though in the description says there is parking). The flat was spacious and clean and close to the center.

• Mariia (7/5): Good - Couldn't ask for better location if we tried, so central and so safe, the apartment is nice and clean.Enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, there’s no hot water in the sink faucet. Curtain in the bathroom is highly desirable.
• Margarida (8/5): Very good - We had great 2 week stay. The apartment is in a really good neighbourhood walking distance to supermarket, pharmacy and 17-20 minutes walking distance to Ermou street . What we dislike but did not bothered us very much was there is no curtain in the bathroom and the apartment has only one pot and one pan. But other wise we will definitely stay there again

• Neemah (10/5): I loved it and would stay again. - It was in an ideal location, close to the city centre and cafes. It was clean and safe. It had a lovely balcony where I ate breakfast every morning. There was no washing machine.
• Jelena (9/5): Comfortable apartment, big balcony with seating. Best area in central Athens - Great location, safest area in Athens. The room has a comfortable bed and a spacious balcony with a nice view. Nicely designed. No big issues, the apartment is comfortable and nice, but the electricity seems to be overloaded and you need to watch what is turned on (heater + 1 appliance) for the fuse switch not to go off and also shut down the wifi. Maybe some kind of curtain on the bathroom window.

• Stella (10/5): I really wanted to stay in this neighborhood. Be prepared for the hills and steps. But I would stay there again in a hea - The location was perfect for me. I felt safe. It was very comfortable. On a high floor, great terrace. It was clean and quiet.

It's very close to Evangelismos metro station , 5 minutes walk . 20 minutes walk to city center , Syntagma Square .So you're not far from the center and are out from the noise and crowd of the city .The surrounding is perfect , very close to Kolonaki cafes and restaurants . The host was always available and very easy with the communication through booking messaging. The bed matress could be more comfortable ,as it was really too soft .But in the end it was still OK , not a big issue .

• August (7/5): Good - No communication with the host whatsoever. I asked if I could leave our luggage for a couple of hours after we checked out, because we had some time before our flight left. The host still hasent answered me even tough I write several times.

No issues with noise so good for sleeping. - It was very clean and for a change had useful things like olive oil, salt and pepper grinders etc. Things you need There were three table lamps but only one lightbulb. Shower was blocked. But all minor details reported to the owner so I’m sure they’ll be resolved

• Roslyn (6/5): A pleasant stay ..that could have been even better with a few minor improvements. - Many things to like.. clean, reasonably comfortable and good location (for us) . We had an enjoyable time. But a few things could be improved…. See below. There was no communication prior to our arrival to give us code to get key. It was very distressing at 9.30pm after long day of travel to be locked out and have to ring around to,get code. More and better pillows would have been appreciated. When showering, the water didn’t drain quickly so flooded the bathroom. At least 2 wine glasses would also be nice.
• Aaron (9/5): Penthouse stay - The location was excellent, very central to plenty of great restaurants, the station, and comfortable walking distance to the monuments. The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable, with a great balcony. The area feels very safe too and there are 2 supermarkets on the same road. Very handy! The 6th floor is a tough ask when walking up, and the lift isn't the safest feeling(!) but it's fine. The local bar is loud at night and feels a little raucous, but again, it's all fine.

• Elisavet (10/5): Excellent one room apartment at a great location - Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is clean and comfortable. There are restaurants and cafes nearby as well as all kinds of shops. Also lots of art galleries are in walking distance. 5 minute walk -uphill- you are on top of lycabettus hill where the view is exquisite! Everything was great!

• Astrid (10/5): When hip meets up with mythology 🩵🇬🇷 - Great location in hip neighborhood of Kolonaki. Delicious bakery, coffee shop, restaurants and best baklava in town only a few foodsteps away. Everything was perfect !
• Todor (9/5): Great for short stay - When I booked, the place had just one rating, a single 10. I was a bit suspicious, but decided to book anyway. And I'm grateful I did. The property is on the top floor of a six story building, but thankfully has a lift. You'll be close to Lycabettus Hill, which offers amazing views and is the best free cardio you can get. The street and the surrounding area is quiet, there are a couple of groceries, nice restaurants, dry cleaner, pharmacy and of course a coffee shop near by. The bedroom is decent size with a comfortable bed. The kitchen is tiny, but the fridge is large. Bathroom in good condition and clean. There is a huge terrace and I quite liked to sit outside with a cold Voreia in the evening. Not much to complain about. The only thing I somewhat missed during my three nights stay was a microwave, but I guess to eat popcorn while in Greece would be abominable anyway :) If you're staying for longer, keep in mind the kitchen is tiny and there is no washing machine.
