- Ellie (9/5): Would definitely recommend - Property was much nicer in person, fantastic location and had everything you needed. Obviously is not fault of the property owners. But the property does not have a lift so we had to carry suitcases up and down 4 flights of stairs!
- Boleslav (1/5): - Very disappointed in the accommodations provided by Polka management. Polka owns numerous units in the building, and only lets you know which unit you get 3 days before arrival. The pictures are very deceptive, they are a mix of different rooms of all units combined in a single gallery, so there is no way to tell which unit is which. For $740 a night we thought we were getting a unit with a mini balcony and windows. Our surprise was beyond belief when we had to carry our luggage to the 5th floor walk up attic apartment with all windows covered in solid white adhesive film, providing zero view to the outside (talk about "city views" as boasted by Polka), the windows were in fact facing a brick wall. Finally the main bed was a full size bed (not even a queen size), making it pretty difficult for 2 adults to share the bed, while the third one was stuck on a pullout couch located practically in the kitchen area. So yes, for over $50/night we were stuck in the attic (forget about the balcony) of a 5th floor walkup, with no windows, tiny beds, and no A/C. On the positive note, the facade of the building was very nice and located in a cozy part of town, and the management was responsive. Definitely wouldn't recommend it!
- Maud (6/5): Très bien situé et calme - L'appartement est idéalement situé, les hôtes ont été très disponibles, réactifs, sympathiques et arrangeants sur l'heure d'arrivée. L'appartement était propre et calme. L'appartement manque un peu d'équipement au niveau de la cuisine ( 3 assiettes plates pour un logement de 4 personnes, pas de passoire...). Il faisait très froid quand nous sommes arrivés mais nous avons réussi à augmenter le chauffage et des chauffages d'appoint sont disponibles. Mais logement très mal isolé surtout au niveau des fenêtre. Attention appartement au quatrième étage sans ascenseur. Le prix est un peu exagéré par rapport à la prestation proposée
- Julie (3/5): disappointing - location was really good really close to Piccadilly Circus we stayed for 3 nights the noise from the apartment above was awful it started around 10 pm and carried on into the early hours. Loud music, shouting, chairs dragging across the floor. Running and up and down the stairs

You’re close to everything, subway, shops, restaurants… Staff was reactive when we had wifi problems and sent someone right away. The furniture is way too big for the space and a bit outdated. The apartment is quite dark and not very agreeable. They charge 50 pounds for a travel crib with no proper mattress.

- Edward (5/5): Great location, not great communications - Location is great Communication was bad. Didn’t reply to messages on booking.com or text - perhaps not their fault in that my bank card hadn’t worked but they had then sent out a message asking what time I was due to arrive the day before check in, so I was unaware of the issue and they sent nothing back when I gave ETA and asked what the address was. So was stood in street for 30 minutes, with the next 30 in a cafe. Also Wi-Fi was patchy

- Eman (6/5): Pleasant - The location was 100/10 and the building was very safe it made me feel comfortable also very quite and has an elevator which is very convenient The internet was very poor every time I need to make a call or browse something on the internet I had to go outside the building to get signal we struggled a lot with network Also I paid for cleaning but they said they only come once during my stay! however she never came! but when I asked they said will make it exceptional this time and will send someone to clean! It made me confused
