• Yarko (7/5): If you do not mind my having a lot of daylight and like white bright light - it is perfect! Otherwise the location will - Location is great. Really centrally in Madrid, very nice breakfast bar next door. It is not big, big enough for 4. Good bathroom, two toilets, two sleeping rooms, small kitchen, etc. Did not miss anything. Only two windows in the bedroom, that are at street level so cannot really open them. Though street is a walking street - so not too busy. But also the lights are almost all super bright and super white. So no way to make it cosy. Also glass bricks between living room and sleeping rooms - so when living room is used - sleeping room gets illuminated (with 6000K bright light)

• Domingos (8/5): What a gem! - Location! Location! Location! Superb cozy apartment a stones throw from Plaza de España. It boasts 1.5 bathrooms which made everything extra convenient for us. Kitchen equipped with all the essentials, good sized pots, a big fridge, stocked with spices... Apartments has aircons and tv sets in the lounge and all bedrooms. Kind and helpful staff. All sorts of restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops in close proximity. Apartment was impeccably clean. Groundfloor apartment without windows, so we could not enjoy nightly views of the city. An electrical issue does not allow the use of stove an oven simultaneously

• Lucie (10/5): A wonderful week in Madrid in November - Excellent location. Walking distance to most sights and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Delicious and varied breakfasts at the Mision Cafe right next door. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed. We would stay there again Nothing. It was perfect
• Eduardo (10/5): Me senti em casa! - Excelente estadia. O apartamento é muito bem cuidado, foi reformado recentemente. Bastante silencioso, limpo. Com roupa de cama, toalhas, aparelhos domésticos muito bem cuidados. As camas dos quartos muito boas e o sofá cama muito confortável também. Banheiro grande funcional e um lavabo excelente. Bom pra quem vai com pelo menos 4 pessoas. A localização do prédio é perfeita, a poucos passos da Gran via e na esquina da estação de metrô Plaza de Espanha. Diversos restaurantes perto e mercados para abastecer a cozinha. Gostamos de tudo. Única observação foi a máquina de secar roupa que estava sem funcionar.

• David (5/5): Excelente ubicación, insuficiente limpieza y falta de comunicación por parte del apartamento. - La ubicaciones excelente y el mobiliario del apartamento está muy bien. No me gustó que cuando llegamos, el apartamento no estaba limpio, ni las sábanas ni los muebles, había polvo en muebles, suelo sucio y cabellos en las sábanas y sofás. Hablamos con el interlocutor del apartamento y han quedado en reembolsarnos los 75€ de la limpieza, aunque aún no lo he recibido. A partir del tercer día la secadora se estropeó y del de funcionar, desde este momento intenté de hablar varias veces durante los tres días de nuestra estancia con el apartamento y no cogían el teléfono ni contestaban mensajes. Estuvimos 6 días en el apartamento y a partir del tercer día no teníamos a nadie por parte del apartamento para comunicarnos ante cualquier incidencia. Felipe, que era el interlocutor no respondía a llamadas ni contestaba mensajes, eso me pareció muy poco profesional. Si hubiésemos tenido una urgencia relacionada con el apartamento no había interlocutor.

• Nikola (7/5): Great location - Location, confor, clean apartmwnt Brightnesless (practicly shdowed windows only in bedrooms). There was not announced that there was some demage on the wall behind the door and the that the door from the bathroom is brocen. Price could be lower because of this.
• Petar (8/5): Hala Madrid - Perfect location, easy check in, well equiped apartment (washing machines, dryer, A/C Daikin, nespresso, Schneider power sockets and light switches..). You can tell that somebody really invested in it and the looks of the apartment is nice, in a good condition. Great wifi. Next door is Mision cafe and the breakfast there were amazing so no need to worry about your morning meals! There is barely no daily light since the apartment is on the ground floor and windows are just in the sleeping rooms. Color of the lights in the apartment is way to cool (white lights 6000K - it is just something that is not cosy for me). The noise isolation from the street and from the building entrance is poor. Television is a bit slow and the condition of the cookware is terrible, needs to be renewed.

• Jon (9/5): Superb - absolutely perfect location. easy walk to the all the best of madrid. 2 subway stations within 1/2 blk. on the smaller side, but we didn’t spend too much time inside anyway so not that big a deal.
• Konstantinos (9/5): Superb - Clean, close to the center, very nice neighborhood!Nice cofe in house, and in coffe bars close to the house. Expencive parking in the zone, 32 euro/day. Check in with obstacles. Host sould have an alternative communicator mode exept of ''what's up''.

• Sheila (8/5): Phenomenal location, clean and modern fully equipped flat. Great neighborhood close to metro - Loved the location. The beds were comfortable. The amenities were high end. Nothing was lacking. We will definitely be back. Excellent cafe with amazing coffee where breakfast and lunch are served 20 meters from the front door. The only thing I can think of that would have made an improvement would be to replace the see through curtain with a blackout curtain in the glass brick wall between the bedrooms and living room. One of us couldn’t sleep so went to read in the living room without realizing that the curtain didn’t block the light between rooms.

• Glenda (7/5): Beautiful apartment with great location but a hassle to get in and terrible communication beforehand - The apartment is really pretty and the location is super! We really enjoyed it :) and the fact that it had a washer and dryer was a great added bonus! The before part. The communication before was terrible! I would ask and wouldn’t get response. I even had to ask a day before if they could provide me with the address because they didn’t bother giving it to me. Made me very nervous with no need. Afterward luckly I was put through to Stef and she was great to communicate. And then te entrance was a terrible hassle!!! I had to download an app, make sure to have internet to make it work… that was the way to get in the apartment! And even once I had it working it wouldn’t always connect.

• Sarah (9/5): Very good and attentive. - Feels freshly remodeled, and fully stocked with everything we needed. There’s a half bathroom in addition to a full one, which worked well for our family of 5. In addition to the washing machine, there was a separate dryer that actually works well! This seemed rare in Spain, as travelers don’t have time to hang clothes on a line in humid weather, nor do the washer-and-dryer-in-one machines work well. Located right by the metro, and right beside an excellent cafe & bakery. Our host Stefany was extremely helpful, communicative, and attentive! Both bedrooms each had a full bed—and none offered the ability to be separated into two twin beds. (Also, queen-sized beds would have fit and been more comfortable.) The kitchen, living, and bathrooms are dark without natural light but are adequately lighted artificially.
