Guest Reviews
- Macey (8/5): Had what we needed đ - Lovely & friendly host who was very helpful. Good location & not far from centre Issues with shower. There was a pipe on the floor which seemed to flood the bathroom anytime someone would go for a shower
- wayne (8/5): -
- stacy (7/5): very clean room, and helpful polite hosts -
- Ord (1/5): - Nothing Overcrowded described as 2 double beds and a single but it was 2 single and a double
- Paula ` (7/5): Good budget Aparthotel - Cheap and rooms fitted the whole family Xx
- Amanda (8/5): Ok for 1 or 2 nights - Friendly and helped secure parking Small cramped rooms but its Blackpool, decor mis match.
- Mohamed (1/5): -
- hall (10/5): - It was close to central pier, the room was very clean .
- Anthony (8/5): Friendly welcome, and nice clean rooms made for a pleasant stay - Welcoming host, rooms were clean with adequate bedding and towels provided. Parking was easy with free street parking or a reduced rate public car park if needed Rooms were a little small for us, but as we were out all day and only used them for sleeping the space was ok. WiFi was patchy
- Gary (8/5): As a one night stop over location it suited me well. - Simply the location and price
- Jill (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay here. - Plenty of room for us. 2 bedrooms. Great shower. Friendly and helpful hosts. Great location and parking discount. Clean property. All good
- Victoria (6/5): A typical 80âs B&B not upto todayâs standards. It was clean but very dated mismatched decoration. - The owner was lovely and welcoming The smell of fried food, and the location was very dirty & scruffy Not the propertyâs owner fault
- stuart (2/5): Bad back - The owners were very friendly Very dated not enough chairs for all of us to sit on building needs lots of work and decorating. 5 different wallpapers in one room. There is tape holding things in place and cable ties. Noise at night i know its not the owners fault. But then noise at 5.06 am that the people then came into the building and carried on making noise for an hour. Beds squeezed into rooms.
The whole building needs a complete overhaul furniture and decorating and fixtures. Myself and the wife ended up with bad backs from the bed.

- Young (10/5): Clean spacious rooms - Clean, spacious, and owners were friendly. Parking was 5 quid for 24hrs with the hotel (and if you look at the back of the ticket you can use that ticket for some other car parks in Blackpool). We had 3 kids and 2 adults in the party and the family rooms worked well. TV worked with decent channels and free wifi. Not an actual complaint but people may want to know its about a 10-15 minute walk to the main strip of Blackpool. Very good hotel for a weekend or long weekend away but probably not suitable for more as there isnt much to do there. Just a comfy, clean place to rest your heads after a day out. Not suitable for wheelchair users.
- Abi (10/5): - The hotel was a great place to stay for our weekend trip. My boys had their lovely own room. The apartment was clean, fresh and well laid out. Staff were friendly and helpful. The parking discount was great too. Location is great for everything fun Blackpool has to offer. Nothing
- Hayley (7/5): - Super helpful and friendly owners The area and very small for a family of four. But depends on how often you will be there. If just sleeping it's ok. But very cramped as only two rooms.
- jennette (6/5): -
- Muhammad (8/5): Good for a short stay and Good value for money! - close to main attractions and good value for money, Friendly staff. The mattress wasn't comfortable.
- Laura (10/5): A great weekend - The property was close enough to walk to all amenities and Blackpool front, but was very quiet at night (even though it was BH weekend) so we had a great few nights sleep. The location also meant we were conveniently right next to a car park. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and they were knowledgeable about the area. They had a fantastic manner with our children! It was great and suited our needs.
- Louisa (10/5): - The owners was very friendly and helpful,
Lovely couple.
The room was clean, beds comfortable, and great size for our large family of 6.
Quiet area. Really good value for money, will definitely return.
- Abdulrhim (9/5): -
- Aaron (8/5): - The staff was friendly and the bed very comfy There was two bedrooms but only 1 tv and it was very small
- Ian (7/5): - Good spot for prom TV had no aerial connection, so couldn't put TV on
- Mrs Bianca (7/5): Great little place âşď¸ - Loved the location of the place, close to the football ground and only a short walk from all of the main attractions. Hosts were lovely and polite and interacted with all 3 of my children. Great value for money and the rooms were very spacious. We had our own fridge and a table and chairs which was also great. There wasn't much to dislike, yes the decor is dated and the bedding is colourful and mismatched but life would be boring if all liked the same thing. They have clean and good value for money rooms who cares about the colour of the walls or the bedding. We had a great time for my daughter's cheer competition and the room was comfortable we slept soundly and had zero issues. We would stay again.
- Sarah Louise (10/5): - Lovely, friendly host. Spacious and clean rooms, definitely family friendly. Very good location near the city centre. Will definitely be coming back.
- Vanessa (9/5): - Lovely owners who made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable beds. Nothing to dislike would definitely come back
- Kogler (10/5): -
- Leanne (10/5): Will come again - Everything! Everyone was nice, friendly and so helpful, the hotel was clean and close to everything Nothing it was all fine
- Andy (8/5): -
- Jamie (7/5): No frills - We weren't looking for a 5* room we wanted cheap and cheerful. the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly, at this price what more do you want?! Would definitely book again! Thank you
- Gulam (6/5): Nice clean apartment just needs more space. - Very clean Nice smell and to be a bit more spacious, the shower was going from hot to Cold very hard to get it to normal.
- Lisa (7/5): - The room was spacious and very clean good tea coffee and sugar and milk amounts mugs was provided
Beds were comfortable and clean afresh smelling The shower was small
Towels were small but acceptable
And not enough pillows only one per person
Staff were polite but hard of understanding English
- Wendy (9/5): -
- Jeeh (10/5): friendly staff and very welcoming - yes
- Emma (8/5): Lovely hotel, the hosts where welcoming and great communication responded quickly via message. There hotel was clean and - I was really happy with our accommodation we stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor, it was clean and everything needed for our stay There wasnât anything we didnât like about the property
- Declan (7/5): -
- Tracy (10/5): Excellent stay with welcoming and helpful owners - Both Yang and Jin were extremely welcoming, helpful and polite. They greeted us and our children daily with beaming smiles, always offering to give a helping hand with the pushchair or bags. The children thoroughly loved their stay to the point they did not want to leave. The apartment was very clean. N/A
- Griffin (4/5): Bad location, overpriced and poor facilities, but nice staff members - Friendly staff and good parking options Booked an âapartmentâ but it was one big room that had a partition,it was very small, photos were a little deceiving, wallpaper and decor looked very bad, tv had no signal, WiFi only worked by the entrance to the room, not in any of the rooms, the road the hotel is located on is very rough and derelict, doesnât provide basic facilities such as an ironing board or iron, on departure of the the hotel my partner stripped the bed and noticed dried blood on the mattress protector. Extremely basic and gave hostel vibes. Hotel provided a good nights sleep for somebody that wants to spend minimal time in the room
- Mikey (8/5): Comfortable. Clean . Welcoming and probably the nicest in Blackpool for a decent price - We had a really good night at this property. We rented a 2 bed apartment with its own bathroom for 7 of us (2 kids 3 adults 2 teens). After 2 hotels took my money and then cancelled we panic booked and the reviews were awful but The place was immaculately clean and facilities were what we needed for a fair price. Close to everything we needed in Blackpool and the Owner and his wife were lovely too us and we couldn't have had a nicer stay :) thank you x Nothing that we didn't like ... but because we booked on the day due to booking.coms errors with two previous hotels we ended up on the top floor which was a little difficult for myself and my mother whom have respiratory problems though as fools we do choose to smoke so up and down Although it didn't do us too much harm and as stated we had booked very last minute for 7 so we were very grateful
- Sarah (1/5): Terrible!! AVOID. - Nothing. I didn't like one thing about this property. Had booked this property for a week for 7 people, 3 adults 4 kids and 2 of the kids having disabilities. Wee arrived late in the evening time got out to be told are apartment was on the top floor. As soon as you walk threw the door the smell that hits you is absolutely horrendous. The owner was very rude stated that a child with cerebral palsy didn't look disabled, absolutely no need and infront of her. Got up to the 2 bedroom apartment eventually after going up 3 steep stairs cases with very heavy luggage which we where also offered no help with. The rooms where terrible, beds crammed together, the smell again was disgusting, the beds were stained and the single bed mattresses had springs poking out everywhere, how anyone could sleep on them is beyond me. The double beds where hard as a road, may as well have slept on the floor. Being on the top floor also there was no fire exit other than the front door. The bathroom was terrible the shower curtain was help up with duct tape and the bath/shower was duct taped the whole way round. Absolutely disgrace of a property and owners. We where there late at night so couldn't get another property to stay till the next morning. When leaving asked the owner for a refund and he was so rude and refused this, exact words where told is contact booking.com. so we had to pay for this stinking property then go book a hotel so the kids could enjoy the rest of their first holiday away. I would avoid at all costs. The worst experience I have ever had travelling and the stress that it added to myself and my family.
- Goodwin (8/5): - Location was good and easy to get to the front owner was very helpful and welcoming Rooms could do with updating but had everything we needed
- danielle (10/5): -
- Keila-scott-88 (10/5): - Polite friendly staff Everything was ok
- Mathew (10/5): Great experience - Super friendly staff, nice and clean
- Tj (8/5): -
- Steven (9/5): Excellent clean and facilities were enough for a night - Location N/a
- Jo (1/5): - The room was not reflective of the online pictures. We didn't feel safe staying with our 2 young children so we didn't stay in the end. Cars were rallying round the street where the apartment was. The property needs updating and not advertising as family friendly as it had a strong smell of cannabis inside the property. I do not feel the price reflected the property at all as it is in poor condition, this may not be something that is put across to the owners by guests as they may not want to offend them.
- ian (10/5): - Everything was fantastic. All was great
- Graham (10/5): - Friendly host, happy to help with anything, parking next door and location was ideal, kids loved it and would happily stay again
- Dixon (10/5): - Very acommodating to our families needs and incredibly helpful especially with us using a double pram. The room was a perfect place to relax after a busy day and the beds were more than comfortable. Would happily stay again.
- Sean (7/5): -
- Sawant (10/5): - Hospitality and cleanliness
- Paddy (7/5): Sound - Everything was fine
- Downer (10/5): -
- Melia (8/5): - The owner was very helpful and polite. The accommodation was great for a big family just to get your head down for the night. Nice and quiet milk coffee were provided, and a fridge to store drinks no complaints Everything was great for us
- Holly (7/5): -
- anthony (7/5): Great place for a large family, group. - It was quick and convenient to collect the keys from the hosts, who showed us to our room and left us to get on with it. We were in Blackpool to see the illumination. The room was basic as you would expect for the cost. Everything was clean. There is a microwave and toaster in the common area, and a fridge in the room, with a small selection of refreshments, coffee, milk, tea, sugar. Very close too the beach. Quick walk to the McDonalds and Taco Bell. We were fortunate to get street parking. Not much. You get what you pay for. It was just a place to leave our bags and sleep. The hotel is self was
- James (8/5): -
- Rachel (5/5): Hosts were friendly, the street the hotel is on we as a family didnât feel safe đ the room was spacious and clean but th - Spacious Terribly maintained and awful decor
- Jeanne (8/5): Great for a short stay! - Very friendly hosts, very clean, good location to walk to the merlin attractions/north pier/tower. Nice to have 2 separate rooms for the price as it was easier with young children. We managed to move things to allow our travel cot too. Under counter fridge helpful as we took our own breakfast items. The hosts kindly provided a milk in the room for teas/coffees so that was much appreciated. On street parking. Small oil heaters in the room, easier to manage the temperature rather than some places that just stay hot. I really liked this as we hate being too hot at night! Toiletries in the bathroom, good sized bathroom, easy to bath the kids.
We were in late / straight to bed both nights we stayed and this was perfect for what we needed. A shelf for a light/drink would have been useful ilas the double bed was right up to the wall.
The pictures were clear and this property more than met expectations for what we needed for 2 nights.
- Marian (10/5): Excellent budget stay with incredibly warm and helpful hosts - Wonderful
Welcoming hosts for who nothing was soo much trouble Nothing- it was exactly as we expected
- Emma (1/5): We never stayed we had to book another hotel because of how bad the experience was - Nothing Dirty, rude owners, cold, room in the basement when we wasnt told

- debbie (9/5): -
- G (10/5): Friendly host, spacious apartment in a convenient location -
- Mimnaugh (10/5): - Everythin was spot on no issues and in a really quiet street Nothin

- Clare (8/5): Good for family needs - Nearby parking, large comfortable room, tea/coffee provisions, large family bathroom with separated toilet for privacy. - Emma (9/5): -
- vicky (9/5): - The staff were lovely and accommodating. They even called me to say my 3 year old had left her sunglasses there, which was a lovely thing to do. The room was a nice size. It had all you needed for a comfy stay. it was a good choice for the amount of money it cost. Although I had a lovely stay, the bed wasn't so comfortable for my partner.
- Michael (7/5): Good value for money - Cheap and cheerful, could do with somewhere to hang clothes Dirty street and run down properties.
- Daria (9/5): -
- James (6/5): -

- Janet (10/5): - The friendliness of the couple who run the hotel. I loved everything about the place we stayed.
- Elliot (10/5): - Owners were great
Premises was is for the location and type
Cooking facilities would be great in family room but sadly do cooking. Street was poorly
No cooking facilities
- Kevin (10/5): Ok for our family's 2 night stay - Hotel owners were very nice and were always available for any issues, The Hotel is itself is very quirky, with some features that need to be seen to be believed, I wasn't expecting much based of some of the other reviews but it turned out fine for our base to sleep and we found it acceptable for two nights. Parking at the Lonsdale Rd carpark right next to the hotel was a bonus and even without the hotel discount this is probably one of the cheaper carparks for 48/72 hours in the area. The light in the hallway part of the apartment can't be turned off, probably by design as it would form part of our fire exit, this meant we had to keep the doors closed on each of the two rooms during the night. The TV just couldn't get a signal on 95% of the channels.
Sadly the street outside is terribly run down, with many building either derelict or converted to very low quality housing or HMO's, creating uncomfortable feeling walking past, Luckily there is a footpath down the edge of the carpark to the town centre that avoids all this but its something to be aware of especially at night.
- Amir (5/5): -
- Ann (10/5): We would definitely book again - Great location, great hosts, flat was very spacious and immaculately clean, met all our needs perfectly.
