• Hien (9/5): Good value and excellent location - Very Spacious and clean. The apartment was in a very good location. Close to cafes, shops and casino. My only suggestion is that the mattress needs to be change in the one of the room (one close to the bathroom). It was quite thin and sit level with wooden bed frame so wasn’t too comfortable sitting on.

Trams really close. a couple of nice pubs close enough to walk and have hunch have a pub lunch. Balcony and bedrooms were a little small,

• Anne (7/5): - Great location with useful facilities nearby. Safe. Limited TV access as there was no connection to free to air channels. Internet signal was low so tv apps streamed intermittently. Was only a fitted sheet on the beds and one of them was dirty. The rest of the place was clean though.
• Chloe (8/5): This apartment was clean, spacious and perfect for a family of 4 on a short stay in Melbourne. - The apartment was in the perfect location, had a tram stop right below, a lovely coffee shop in walking distance and a spectacular view of the city and water. The apartment was a comfortable size for 4 adults and the amenities were great. The place was tidy and clean. The owners were very easy to communicate with and very prompt in their responses. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the second bedroom was quite small, but fine for sleeping. The lounge in the living room was not big enough for more than 3 people and was not super relaxing.

• Sanjay (8/5): Served the purpose - Served the purpose of, in south bank , very close to CBD , station , next to Tram , supermarket Basic facilities - no dishwasher , beds not very comfortable, kitchen utensils basic , not even salt and pepper dispenser or any tea bags Locking the property tricky and has to be learned !

• Julie (8/5): Really enjoyed our stay - Was a nice, warm and clean apartment. I was pleased we did not have to collect the keys at night. I do wonder if there would be an easier way to get them. It would also be good to have information about rubbish and trams in the apartment.

• Christine (7/5): Pleasant comfortable 2 bedroom reasonably priced accommodation close to the CBD - Clean, comfortable, walking distance to South Melbourne markets and the CBD, quiet (with the windows closed), spacious enough for 2 couples, good useable kitchen with large fridge and freezer, good water pressure in the shower. A little noisy and windy with the windows open (the apartment is situated very high up above some very busy main roads). We experienced difficulties with the check in with missing fob/key due to circumstances out of the control of ourselves and out of control of the hosts, which was stressful so close to Xmas (we were temporarily looking at a situation where we would have to find alternative accommodation) however to their credit the hosts did problem-solve this and were very apologetic and keen to make amends.

• Darren (8/5): A very good stay near the south bank area that is very spacious and convenient enough to get into the city - The property was spacious and clean. The staff were really nice and responsive. The bed mattress was a little uncomfortable
• Luke (10/5): Amazing Stay & Service here - If you need something like I did, Ask, and I'm sure they will try help - The apartment was amazing - awesome view from the 24th floor (with Balcony for some fresh air) and not noisy at all even being on a busy road downstairs. The actual complex is impressive also. Mcdonalds and Servo across the street for 24 hour convenience of everything you need. Supermarkets within walking distance and well serviced by Uber Eats etc. Apartment was modern, clean, roomy and well equipped. Everything I needed was there, except for a Iron and Ironing Board... The listing didn't say they were included so I was happy to buy my own - however texting the owner they promptly offered to buy them and drop them around so I looked sharp for my conference the next day. Amazing service from people who actually care about their guests experiences. PS. Happy to report this beautiful apartment now includes Iron, Ironing Board and a Hair-dryer (which I didn't use because I don't have much hair but Im sure it will be useful for future guests) Overall Great service and nice place to stay - will be my first go-to the next time I need to stay in Melbourne City. Can't recommend highly enough - was only a 7 minute walk to the Convention Centre (about the time it takes me to eat a McMuffin and have some Coffee) Really well located and good value perfect for a business trip - I loved it! Nothing to not like about this spot. Great location, clean and modern with everything close by
