• Gaia (9/5): - Appartamento comodo e ben tenuto, in una zona comoda per raggiungere le spiagge principali di Maiorca. Quando siamo giunte all’appartamento non avevamo ancora ricevuto il codice per le chiavi. Dopo numerose chiamate e messaggi, la proprietaria non ci ha risposto. Fortunatamente abbiamo incontrato una signora che ci ha aiutate. All’interno dei mobili della casa c’erano degli alimenti abbandonati e marci.

• Fabrizio (8/5): Bell'appartamento, vicino a spiagge e servizi - Bell'appartamento molto spazioso e ben attrezzato. Molto gradita la possibilità di prendere in prestito ombrelloni ed attrezzatura da spiaggia. La piscina è piccola ma piacevole, diventa un po' troppo affollata se utilizzata da tutti gli ospiti. Le foto della prenotazione mostravano un ampio terrazzo, l'appartamento che mi è stato dato aveva solo un piccolo balcone

• Christin (8/5): Freundlich, sauber und tolle Lage - Die Unterkunft war toll und es war alles da was man braucht. Die Lage zu den beiden Stränden war hervorragend und auch die Gegend war angenehm ruhig. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Sie hat uns sogar einen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Ebenso konnten wir Strandspielzeug benutzen, worüber sich vor allem unsere Tochter sehr gefreut hat. Es war alles sauber und auch die Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Da wir nur 6 Tage da waren, mussten wir uns um das Toilettenpapier selber kümmern. Zwei wurden allerdings zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei zweimaligen Papier ist das natürlich ziemlich schnell aufgebraucht. Müllbeutel wurden auch nur einmal gestellt, sonst mussten man sich darum selber kümmern. Im Hof sind aber ausreichend Mülltonnen vorhanden.

• Julian (10/5): Spacious and comfortable apartment with pool in a great location - The apartment was just wonderful. Exactly as shown in the pictures, yet much more charming. Very nice pool, larger than we expected! Well-equipped kitchen, good AC, and during business hours the front desk is staffed and beyond friendly and helpful. Excellent location, walking distance to two beautiful and picturesque coves, and less than half a block away from a small supermarket with anything you might need -- could not have been any more convenient. Restaurants and shops are not a far walk, and the public parking directly across the apartment was a huge bonus (as street parking is very limited). The shower was great, and having a washing machine in the bathroom was super convenient, as was the ample balcony space to hang things to dry :) Loved the clean towel service, too. Had a great time in Mallorca and loved staying in this apartment! If I had to say something negative, just that the TV is surprisingly small, around 20" or so, and the WiFi signal level was extremely poor and with a very low speed, all of which made streaming movies a challenge... and yet this did not take away from the experience of our stay in any way. Would absolutely stay here again!

• Jenny (9/5): Fantastic family apartment - Great space, nearby to the beach, local shops and restaurants all within 15-20 min easy walk. The apartment was brilliant with an outstanding outdoor area, really easy to feel at home. Only one minor thing, I didn't realise there wasn't a washing machine which was a little tricky but otherwise it was just a fantastic space and trip!
• Karen (9/5): Lovely top floor apartment with amazing terrace - By far the best thing about the penthouse apartment were the 2 large terraces that were well furnished with shaded areas and even a BBQ. Apartment and communal areas spotlessly clean. Kitchen small but well equipped with a decent sized fridge. Pool area usually quiet as only shared by the 4 apartments. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful allowing us to store our luggage at checkout and making bathroom facilities available. 2 beaches nearby and bars and restaurants well located either in the Cala Ferrera area or further afield in Cala D’or centre Some updating needed to the apartment in the bathroom and the kitchen areas however everything is fully functional and I hope any future improvements don’t impact the charm of the property

• Alberto (8/5): Very good - The apartment is great. It has everything you need, beautiful, comfortable, the swimming pool, easy to park, etc.. The only bad thing is that it is impossible to sleep due to noises at night time. there are chickens around making noise all night and the young people doing parties in the apartments next to this one. And also at the weekend you can hear the music from shows... So no good if you want to rest..
• Daniel (10/5): Spacious apartment in a quiet and convenient location. - A very comfortable apartment in a quiet yet convenient location to the main area of Cala D’Or. It was a great space for 5 people with all the amenities to feel right at home. There was always convenient parking for one rental car, and the pool was great to dive into after a day of exploring the island. The balcony was also great to relax on for a few drinks before and after dinner in the evening. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable and we had to place a chair on one corner in order to prevent it from collapsing and folding. Perhaps we set it up incorrectly though.
• Margarita (7/5): Nice apartment for small family in a quiet zone. - The apartment is well located, close to beautiful Calas in a quiet and safe area, it was nicely clean and was functional for our family needs on this vacation trip; we didn’t use the pool bur it looks nice and well maintained. It is smaller than we expected, there’s only one bathroom, they do not provide beach towels or allow to be taken out of the building those provided, the a/c works fine but the “control touching” or operating equipment policy is not clear and seems intimidating, parking is accessible but it’s a public lot so you may take time finding an available spot, and finally you have to go up 2 floors by stairs.

• Tibor (10/5): Great rooftop apartment with nice view and common pool - Amazing property and amazing hosts. The pool is super nice. You’re close to the beach and the rooftop apartment is huge. The flat needs a bit of renovation but all in all it’s fantastic and we will come back for sure.
