We are very satisfied and highly recommend it to everyone who wants to be in the heart of Istria, to feel its charms in the best way. Tamara is an excellent host, very cordial, accommodating, discreet and inconspicuous.

• Massimo (10/5): ottima permanenza. consigliassimo - personale disponibilissimo e accogliente. wifi e bellissimo televisore ultra piatto 60 pollici. condizionatore e ottimi infissi. a 1km dal borgo di grissignana. in realtà mi é piaciuto tutto. è un po isolato nel senso che intorno non ci sono locali commerciali come bar ma è a 1km da grissignana dove ci sono bar e ristoranti. è così vicino che sono raggiungibili anche a piedi volendo
• Grandval (7/5): Muy bien, pero un poco lejos del pueblo Groznjan - el Desayuno no estaba incluido, pero la ubicación, no era exactamente en el pueblo sino a 1,7 km desde la casa Tuvieron un problema técnico y nuestro apartamento con terraza se lo dieron a otro huésped (me preguntaron antes si me podían cambiar de apartamento) pero me dijeron que era un problema técnico (pensé de agua o electricidad) pero fue por un problema en la reserva, y cuando se los comenté, (tuve que insistir) solo me devolvieron un 15 % sobre el importe, yo creo que debería haber sido mas. La atención de Tamara que fue la que nos dio las llaves y estaba para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos fue muy buena.

• nils (9/5): Prettige tijd - Prachtig appartement, erg schoon en hygiënisch. Gemakkelijke host. Het appartement ziet er als nieuw uit. Het paneel van de douche kwam los en de afzuiging van de douche leek het niet altijd te doen.

• Slobodan (9/5): Prelepi dani u Grožnjanu. - Ljubazna i fleksibilna dobrodošlica. Prostor udoban i veoma funkcionalan, posteljina besprekorna (spavali smo kao bebe). Domaćini nenametljivi ali prisutni i na raspolaganju. Divni Grožnjan i Parenzana na pešačkoj udaljenosti. Boravili smo u vreme festivala...nezaboravno. Sa prijateljima i porodicom, preporučujem vam da odete tamo. Snabdevanje je izazov, treba planirati unapred. Nadostajala nam je terasa ali sa tim smo računali.

• Sanja (10/5): Perfect! - The apartment is absolutely beautiful and brand new. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and there’s even Netflix and a huge TV for relaxing evenings. The host is extremely friendly and welcoming — one of the kindest we’ve ever met. I would truly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The location is peaceful yet conveniently close to everything you might need. You can really tell that a lot of care and attention to detail went into making this place feel like home. We would definitely love to come back!

• Miha (8/5): Nice and cosy - Nice and cosy appartment. The kitchen could do with a few extra dishes/pans/pots and utensils; there is no hanger for towels, but otherwise it is a nice and quiet place. It was a bit cold in the bathroom as there is no heater there. With a few extra details it would be perfect.

• Mateja (10/5): Charming stay near Grožnjan - Everything is as shown in pictures, even nicer in reality. The location is peaceful and picturesque, the building newly renovated and the apartment itaelf very comfy and charming. Also, it was spotless and the host was very friendly! There are no dislikes, but I would suggest installing some hangers for towels in the bathroom, they’d come in handy :)
• Urska (10/5): Exceptional - The owner is very kind, ready to help and she even prepared bicycles for us to use. Apartment is new, clean, comfortable, 10 min walk away from Grožnjan. Unfortunately we stayed only one night. Unfortunately, the main road to Grožnjan is closed and the detour is past the house and the pleasant terrace of the apartment.
• Tanja (10/5): Exceptional - Beautifully decorated apartement in an old, renovated building. The view was stunning, looking on Grožnjan and surrounding hillsides. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean.
• Laura (10/5): Wonderful time in the truffle region - Everything was newly renovated and beautifully decorated, our host was so thoughtful and nice, she provided us with everything we needed. She also made sure that there were enough mosquito repellent methods available to use, we only had a few flying around when we arrived but after the first day, we saw zero after plugging in the mosquito repellent. The kitchen was well equipped and we had no issues cooking some basic meals, there even is a full sized oven. The terrace was a nice addition as well! There wasn‘t anything not to like.
• Ivan (10/5): Clean, comfortable and friendly - New, spotlessly clean apartments with all the basic stuff that a traveler needs for a couple of nights. Free parking and Wifi included. the host was nice ,welcoming and friendly. They also organized a storage for our 8 bicycles. Recommended! Not really a big deal, more like a suggestion: We couldn't find a waste bin in the room , maybe there is one but we just couldn't find any (apart the small one in the bathroom).

• Michael (10/5): Well equipped, beautiful and peaceful. - It is exactly as per the photos. It is a newly renovated and very well equipped apartment. Beautiful contemporary design while retaining some original features. Everything in the apartment worked really well especially the aircon. I didn’t use the coffee machine so can’t comment but was pleased they provided a kettle. I always worry about parking but there are spaces right outside owned by the property. I was on the third floor so had a lovely view of the rolling hills. The location is so peaceful and Groznjan can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The mattress was firm but that’s how I like them so no complaints from me.
