• Honi (10/5): Snazzy. Excellent location and view and the pool and steam room were relaxing - The location, the view the comfy bed and pool were all wonderful. I had to leave.

If luggage storage is provided with reasonable price, it will be better. Some mis-understanding about the number of pax stayed in the hotel but it was solved properly.

После обращения в службу поддержки Букинг нам прислали инструкцию, но попасть в апартаменты нам так и не удалось из-за неправильного кода, и опять сотрудники не обращали внимания ни на сообщения в Букинг, ни на звонки на мобильный, ни на смс и на сообщения в WhatsApp. И только после того как Букинг отменил бронь, а прошло уже два часа с того времени как мы подъехали к объекту с нами связалась сотрудник апартаментов с вопросом: вам удалось заселиться? Мягко говоря странный вопрос. После она пыталась нас убедить что замок в порядке и она заранее его проверяла, хотя мы в роем пытались его открыть. Поразило наплевательское отношение по отношению к жильцам.

The apartment was very clean, well maintained and fully equipped with everything I needed. I had a friendly and pleasant chat with the owner which made the experience feel more personal and welcoming. The spa was a nice bonus and very relaxing. The location is excellent, with very good access to many attractions and easy transportation. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again

• Annie Jen (10/5): - The room overall was great, as it was well kept and nice, would recommend it to other oncoming guests as me and my son were deeply impressed. The host , Mohzghan was also very hospitable and warm , any guests should feel welcome when staying at this apartment, as her personality matches that of a golden retriever.

• Hayley (8/5): - Great view, location is on the quiet side of Docklands, comfortable, pool was nice. Communication wasn’t great, check in was very confusing. Once we entered our parking there was no communication on where to go from there to find lift and what level our room was on. You also needed someone from the apartments to access the building to get to the lockbox where the key is. The tv remote didn’t work so we couldn’t watch tv, had two very disappointed kids when it came to watching a movie for the night. No milk to make a coffee in morning.

We also had an issue with the internet, contacted the company, and it was fixed promptly. The TV remote battery didn’t work, so we were unable to use the TV during our stay. Also, there was a used dish sponge left in the kitchen; however, I found a new one in the drawer and used that instead

• Kayla (8/5): Great place and a friendly host. Only a few communication challenges checking in. - A very cozy stay once checked in. Property had everything we needed. Host was super friendly to talk to. Beds were extremely comfortable. Location was very accessible and the view was stunning - was nice that it faced away from the CBD too as made it feel like we were away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with Property was challenging at times. Didn't respond regarding how we could book parking, or phone call regarding this also leading to us finding parking elsewhere. Booking google form asked for a form of ID to be included. Also had to wait 20mins outside the building for check in information once arrived and then wait for someone from the building to enter so that we could access the lock box positioned inside the building. The milk pods supplied were also out of date and one of the bedroom windows was locked so we couldn't get fresh air flow in the second room.

Hosts were quite responsive to our queries and questions. Apartment was noisy - whenever there was a decent wind it 'howled' through the apartment. Initial check-in was interesting, if someone hadn't been coming out, we are not sure how we would get in. This was brought up, with no real solution offered other than ring them. This was further identified as an issue when our adult children wanted to go out after attending the event, we had to stay up for them to be able to safely get back in. Not very relaxing for us to finish our stay on. We were also given guidelines about being quiet from 10pm but it seems this does not necessarily apply to other tenants. The tenants below us had loud music playing and continual chatter until about 1:30 in the morning. We had to go out on our balcony and ask them to be quiet. Again, not greatly relaxing for us.

There’s a tram station right across that falls in the free zone, so it’s pretty easy to get to the CBD. Mozhgan is an amazing host and was kind enough to let me have an early check-in.

• Keough (10/5): A wonderful host, with a wonderful apartment, in a wonderful location. What else could you ask for? - Mozhgan was a wonderful host. We had great conversations, without being intrusive toward each other. I LOVED my stay. A great location, at the end of the route 11 and 48 trams, which are all free within the Melbourne Zone 1. The bedroom, bathroom, living space, and kitchen were all well appointed, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was SO comfortable, as I slept as well there as I do in my own. The view from the bedroom and living space is exceptional. Thank you Mozhgan. I loved our time together. Blessings to you and your family. Nothing.
