• YASMINA (9/5): Buena ubicación! - Ubicación y muy comodo. Limpio y bonito. Quizás faltaban algunas cosas, que a pesar de poder funcionar sin ellas, facilitan: microondas, mesa interna para comer, algunos utensilios de cocina (cucharas para remover, cuchillo de cortar…)

Кодовый замок на двери обеспечивает check in без встречи с администрацией. Если не открывать окна, то довольно тихо. Окна выходят на внутренний двор. Бельё чистое и свежее. В наличии кофемашина, в которой нет капсул и гейзерная кофеварка к которой нет молотого кофе. Администрация может позволить себе вход в квартиру без вашего ведома, да ещё и дверь за собой не закрывает!😱Этот инцидент имел место быть при нашем проживании. Это абсолютно неприемлемо! Как уже писали ранее, размер душевой кабины сделан для гномов 👎 Абсолютно не отрегулирован кондиционер- особенно, если вы будете спать в кухне на диване- дует прямо в голову. Кофемашина есть, а капсул к ней нет! Нет кухонных полотенец. Лифт работает с 10 центовыми монетами.

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Great location — close to the city center with lots of cafes and shops, and also near the port, which makes it easy and affordable to visit the nearby islands. Perfect for independent travelers!
• Lukas (6/5): Great location - affordable price - tiny shower - kitchen - balcony - The apartment was very spacious and there were enough furniture to work with. One Desk, two sofa-chairs and more than enough room for clothes. There is a small washing machine which is perfect. Balcony is long and enough space to hang your clothes to dry (no tumbler). Getting in was very easy, host was very friendly and always helpful. Toilet paper and cleaning supplies were plenty. Even detergent for the washing machine was around. Kitchen utensils aren't enough. There is a roomy kitchen with lots of space in the fridge and 4 spots for the stove, but not enough power (it seems) to run 2 of them at the same time with power level 9 -> one 9, the other at 3 or 4 ... sort of sending the wrong message with 4 kitchen stove spots and only 1 of them works fully at the same time. Not for cooking big meals. There was no wooden (or other material) ladle and many other utensils were missing, too. However, there were enough pans. Bathroom was good and clean, but the shower is tiny. I'm 185cm and 75kg (slim waisted) but had no turning space, I couldn't turn around in the shower. Very uncomfortable. My friend is 165cm and even he had problems. Not something for claustrophobic people or accessibility issues.
• Gabriella (9/5): Superb - Perfect location More precise information on the pdf sent before arrival about how to enter the building and how to access WiFi; however, someone has been available anytime via wa to help, answer questions and even provide an iron which was not included.
• Christine (9/5): Superb - Security and privacy. We couldn't get the cooker hot plates to function and there wasn't an instruction manual.
• Sridhar (7/5): Over all the stay was good, except the difficulty with the shower and A/c - Location is great, Porto Beverello is across the road, Metro station, cafes, city sight seeing bus stop, super store all are in walkable distance. Mario (Flat maintenance agent) was very helpful and friendly. His commitment and promptness is highly appreciated Shower cubicle is very very very small, even a 10 year kid would struggle to have a shower. A/c in main bed room is very old and did not cool the room.
