Guest Reviews
- Sandeep (6/5): - Was a decent place other than the physical space. The apartment was a lot smaller than the photos led me to believe. Although it did accomodate my family of 4, using the bed and two tatami mats (which were nicely folded and organized in bags), it was not an easy set up. Required moving the table away into the kitchen space, and was even then hard to move around the the mats at night to get to and from them. I think this would be a good place for 2 or maybe even 3 people to stay, but four was crowd.
- Luyen (8/5): - Clean... older facility without recent update, but has all amenities.
- Jin (10/5): - Good communication,shopping,grocery,will be back.
- Karen (8/5): - This apartment is in a very convenient location in Shinjuku and had all the basic amenities we needed like washing machine, kitchenette and wifi. It is a very small studio apartment with a super small bathroom. It was advertised to accommodate 4 people but only had one double bed and a small 2 person couch. There are two twin futons and bedding to roll out for sleeping additional people on the floor. We had to move around the coffee table every night to make room for the two futons. So when arranged for sleeping, every bit of floor space was occupied. I was with my kids and we had a fun sleepover mindset but if you were 4 adults you might not be so comfortable packed in this apartment together. Perfect for a couple or 2 adults 2 kids who like the floor sleeping set up.
- Karan (2/5): - The property is completely mispresented. It cannot accommodate 4 people. It was filthy with even the basin clogging. Wirew everywhere. Things shown in the pictures missing such as the rug on the living room floor. Apartment is in a commercial building which is not mentioned in the listing. It has nail salons as it's neighbours. Something we with kids would never stay in. It was so bad that from day one we were requesting for a way to move out and get a refund. Eventually we had to move out in 3 days even though our booking initially was for 10. It was no possible for us to stay any longer in that place. It's the worst experience we have ever had and now we are struggling with Expedia to get a refund after providing them with documented proof of all our issues.
