• Andrew (10/5): Great quiet flat in perfect location - Perfect location, quiet and away from main hustle but walking distance to everything we wanted to see - very close to transport links and the main food hall too. Hosts were great and provided plenty of tips and suggestions. My wife suggested a mirror in the main bedroom but other than that we had no issues at all

• Christina (10/5): Perfect location with great amenities! - Enjoyed the location, layout, luxury amenities, and room darkening curtains. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t know we had to go down a narrow/steep set of stairs to get to the lower level where our room was. However, we did not ask the location of the room before booking so this was our fault. We are able-bodied so going down and up was okay. There is a railing on both sides of the stairwell so this helped. Bringing luggage down and up was the only difficult parts, but we only did this once during our stay so it wasn’t a big deal. Might be difficult for elderly to get down to the lower level rooms.

• Samantha (10/5): - We had to book last minute due to a flight cancellation and André was absolutely fantastic. The room was so warm and cosy and clean and we had the best night's sleep after a stressful time. The mini kitchen is very well equipped and all the small details are taken care of (e.g shampoo and conditioner and things you need when the airline doesn't give you your bag!). The location is excellent for walking into the centre and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. 100% recomendable

If you are unsure on where to book whe - The property is excellently located with quick access to the centre especially, via tram or even walking. The Host was absolutely fantastic, giving clear communication throughout our stay including recommendations of local activities and places to eat. The room itself was very well presented, clean and the bathroom in particular was very nice. The bed is comfortable and there is also a small kitchen-like area available. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anybody visiting Amsterdam, I shall try to rebook myself the next time I visit the city. There was nothing not to like about this property.

• Snowden (10/5): Definitely recommended. Quiet, comfortable, well equipped, great location. - Central location with easy public transit nearby. Wonderful, well-equipped bathroom. Coffee and mini refrigerator in room. Quality, comfortable mattress and bedding. Quiet. Would have been nice to have a hot plate to cook hot food in a skillet and/or a microwave. Apparently this is not permitted for this type of accommodation.
• Ellen (10/5): Heel fijn verblijf op super locatie! - Wij hebben een superfijn verblijf gehad in dit mooie appartementje (een week). We hadden een slaapplek nodig voor een conferentie in Amsterdam en dit was perfect! Super centraal gelegen in een hele leuke wijk. Alles binnen handbereik. Het appartement zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien, lag zelfs lekkere koffie, thee en ook shampoo etc voor ons klaar. André & Inez zijn uiterst vriendelijk en waren altijd bereikbaar als we iets nodig hadden. Wij zouden hier zo opnieuw verblijven! Nogmaals bedankt voor alles!! Geen enkel minpunt! :)

• Maximillian (10/5): Exceptional - Truly fantastic place. Our host was very attentive and gave us some good recommendations for the area. The place itself is spacious, immaculately clean, and newly renovated with some really stunningly-luxurious finishes. The location is really good—you're very close to most of the places you might want to be as a tourist while getting to feel like you're in a very quiet, "real" Amsterdam neighborhood. Although the ceilings are high and the windows create a surprising sense of space, the rooms are unavoidably still in the basement. You're not gonna get much light and no views. Staircase down to the place is very steep, as is typical in Amsterdam, so be careful coming home at night! :)

Inez and Andre are very helpful and they made us feel welcome. The location is excellent you can walk or take the tram and in a few minutes you are at the heart of Amsterdam, but also this neighborhood is amazing with great cafés and restaurants (that you mostly find locals!) There is not an elevator yet, but it will be in the future.

The moment we stepped inside, we were struck by the tasteful and elegant décor that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every detail, from the stylish bathroom and curtains to the charming artwork, was thoughtfully chosen, making the room feel like a true retreat. Cleanliness was impeccable; the room was spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with plush pillows that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The location of the accommodation was perfect. It was conveniently situated, everything was just a short walk or bike ride away. The hosts.. andré and Inez are the most friendly welcoming people who are just around the corner and happy to help with anything Overall, this stay in Amsterdam was exceptional. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located room with a beautiful aesthetic. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to the city! Nothing to complain everything was great 10/10
