• CRISTINA (8/5): Struttura valida come appoggio per spostamenti in treno e con i mezzi pubblici di Roma - Molto comoda vicino alla stazione Termini
• Nikolaj (9/5): God størrelse lejlighed tæt på Termini - Lejlighed med meget god plads - store værelser, god plads til at spise - kun få minutter fra hovedbanegården i et sikkert område, der ikke virker alt for turistet. Gode spisesteder og indkøbsmuligheder i nærheden. God modtagelse. Rent. Lejligheden har det man skal bruge. Da et dørhåndtag gik i stykker, blev det lavet så snart vi henvendte os til udlejer Lejligheden ligger i stueetagen og har ikke så tykke vinduer, så man kan høre den tidlige morgentrafik fra skraldevogn mm.
• Hee Ja (7/5): - 테르미니역에서 가까워서 교통이 매우 편리합니다. 주방, 침실이 구분되어 있어 편합니다. 사진과 숙소는 일치합니다. 샤워부스가 정말 작습니다. 161cm, 몸무게 48kg인 여자 몸에도 정말 불편합니다. 또한 청결 상태가 좋지 않습니다. 뭐라 말할 수는 없지만 욕실 변기 등.. 열쇠는 오래된 열쇠라서(로마라는 점을 고려해도) 정말 불편합니다. 저희가 잘 사용하지 못하는 점도 있지만 열쇠가 너무 불편했습니다.
• Cat (7/5): Location is good but tiny shower - Location is good. Close to metro station. 10 mins to Rome Termini. The staff were nice. Laura and Guido are responsive. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking stuff with oil, salt, and pepper. Washing machine works but needs cleaning. Washing liquid was alao provided which is convenient. The property itself needs a thorough clean. The shower is tiny! We are small asians but even our kids complained how small the shower is. It also needs a good scrub. The cups etc in the drying rack on top of the sink aren’t washed. We rewashed everything. Ants crawling on the floor, dining table and sink.

• Miličić (9/5): - Lokacija odlična. Domaćin Guido je jako ljubazan. Bio nam je uvijek na raspolaganju za sve naše upite i bio nam je od velike pomoći. Komunikacija perfektna, odgovara jako brzo na poruke. Dopustio nam je da i ranije uđemo u apartman, budući da je bio slobodan. Sve pohvale za Guidu!
• YAMAZAEMON (7/5): - ロケーションは良い。テルミニ駅こ近く徒歩圏内。他の史跡も徒歩で行けない距離ではない。 シャワーブースが狭く、動き辛い。太った方は扉が閉まらないのでは？ 間取りもエキセントリック。
• Seyni (9/5): Séjour sympa - Appartement sympa et convivial, bien placé car près de la gare et pas très loin des principaux lieux touristiques. Idéal pour un couple. Nous y avons séjourné avec notre bébé de 8 mois. Laura et Guido sont des hôtes accueillants et arrangeants. La douche est très petite.

• Sonia (4/5): if you love tight spots, then this is for you - Location The host was very nice and helpful in getting us settled. The shower was so small (60x60cm) we couldn’t even wash ourselves, and the hand held shower didn’t stay in its socket because it’s broken. So to shower, you must be a size 6 and hold the shower for the entire time. The couch in the kitchen sloped forwards and we had to hold on to the couch to stay on it. The stairs leading up to the bed are also very small. There is no option to rest during the day unless you climb up to the bed. Very uncomfortable layout. The unit is also very dark. The only window that I could open, people from across the building were able to see into the apartment.
• Alexa (10/5): A charming apartment run by welcoming people. - This is a charming apartment in a great location. It’s close to the train station, good restaurants, and a supermarket. The staff are extraordinary. From booking to check out there was clear communication and support. Everyone was welcoming and available. The apartment itself was the perfect size and beautifully decorated. If I’m ever back in Rome, I’ll stay here again. The shower was small, but it was still nice.

• Pedro (8/5): Very good - The location, 15m walking distance from Rome central station and 30m walking distance from Trevi or Coliseum for instance, plenty of transports around anyway if you're not fancy walking. The apartment it self was nice and clean, had everything we need for our stay. Guido is always helpful in case we need anything, rooms were comfy and clean.
