- Elena (10/5): Отличный отель и замечательная хозяйка! - Наверное найти расположение лучше сложно. 5 минут пешком до центра, до набережной, до ночного - дневного рынка. А самое главное - утреннее шествие монахов проходит прямо под окнами, никуда не надо идти!! Отель чистый, аккуратный, красивый Хозяйка - супер!! Поможет с любым вопросом! Очень нас выручила, купила билеты на поезд, они перед отправлением в дефиците. Спасибо вам, Боум, за все!! Все понравилось!!

- Wiebke (8/5): - Das Guesthouse liegt mitten im UNESCO-Welterbe und ist denkmalgeschützt. Deshalb kann die Ausstattung nicht an moderne Zeiten angepasst werden. Die Treppe zu den Zimmern ist relativ steil. Den Gang der Mönche kann man vom Balkon aus beobachten, ohne die Einheimischen zu stören. Die Dame an der Rezeption sprach leider sehr wenig Englisch. Deshalb war die Kommunikation per Übersetzungsprogrammen recht umständlich.

- Md (9/5): Very Big Basement Room, Great Location, Very Friendly Staff, Free snacks anytime - My height is 6'1", but the shared bathroom is less than 6 feet high, so I had problems while using it.

Le camere triple sono sottoterra, con una finestra che si apre su un muro completamente buio e c’e solo un bagno per sesso per varie camere. Le doppie consigliatissime e a buon prezzo ma le camere triple dovrebbero costare molto meno per le condizioni in cui versano. - FARM (6/5): - The staff is friendly , there is a second person who does speak English. My room was small, I had the lower basement with shared bathroom. My first two nights the power went out a few times because the fuse was overworked and this happened in the bathroom when I was showering . I’m so glad I bought a flash light with me. While waiting for the light and hot water to warm up, I washed my pant, shirt and bra. The water in the ladies restroom was never hot only lukewarm for me and the ceiling is low so if you’re taller than 5’3, it will not be comfortable for you. I’m 5’2 and I cannot put my arms up , you will hit the ceiling. My last night I got tired of waiting for the ladies restroom to be available, so I went to the men’s restroom and their water gets hot! Just shower in the men’s restroom, no one would know. All the light switches are outside. The room I was in had 3 twin beds and the bed is hard rock and it will hurt. Don’t worry there is plenty of massage parlors that you can get to make your stay a bit more comfortable. The Wi-Fi sucks , it keeps going in and out. The location is convenient , near a lot of shop, eatery, night market and the river . Also this is within walking distances.

- Emmanuel (5/5): Nice people, rock hard beds, terrible shared bathroom - The location was amazing and the owner/manager was nice, helpful and spoke good english. Unfortunately she was only there one day and communication with other people was challenging. - The beds were as hard as the floor. I am in the "hard mattress camp" but these matresses would hurt if you tried to sleep on the side. - The shared bathroom has a ridicoulously low ceiling (I'm 178cm, not short but not a giant) where you have to significantly tilt your head to use the washroom. Also during our 3 night stay I am quite confident they were never cleaned, definitely not ideal for a shared bathroom. - It wasn't clear to me at the time of the booking that the room was in the basement. Personal anecdote that I think is think/hope is unlikely to happen to a potential reader but did affect us: During our stay the fan didn't work and the air conditioning unit fell from the wall at midnight, producing a scary sound and unleashing an ungodly amount of dust in the room, from the next day and for 10+ days my girlfriend and I had terrible cough which we suspect might be related. * I do want to point out that accidents can happen (and this appears to be unpredictable) and the staff was really sorry and very quick to fix the issue on the next morning when we notified them, the ac technician came immediatedly and the room was cleaned.
