Weronika (9/5): - Very nice place to stay: peaceful, a lot of greenery around the house. The owner is very friendly. Location is very good, near the campus, some eateries, shops and a good restaurant nearby (and it's located not far from the post office so it's easy to explain the location to auto/toto drivers). The room itself is small but there is a verandah which makes it more pleasant and comfortable. The bathroom is basic but clean.

Enrica (10/5): Exceptional - A perfect homestay, really close to Kala Bhavan and immersed in a quiet beautiful place. The room and place were very clean, I could cook my own meals in the kitchen and the hosts were friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for more!
Anirban (10/5): Exceptional - The location can't be any better, just 300 meters from the Uttrarayan complex. The house has all the amenities (fully equipped kitchen, AC, attached bath with water heater) and a beautiful garden. The host is super responsive and helpful. Nothing comes to mind. The wifi was slow, but that was not a deal breaker for us.

Few minutes of distance from prantik station.U will get everything near by in a few steps.Host is really helpful and a very nice person.Must visit to all who is watching my comments.U can access kitchen and can cook your own food if u want.everthing is their including refrigerator gas oven and utensils.Go for it you all will love the accommodation. I liked everything. A little bit of suggestion to the owner kaku that plz keep a solo micro oven so that everyone can warm their food whenever it is needed apart from that everything is spell bound.

Property was clean and the owners were very hospitable The way payment is handled.. i booked it through booking.com but i was asked to make a Payment at the property due to Homestay not accepting card payments through booking.com.. this should have been clarified at the beginning to avoid unnecessary stress..
Purba (7/5): Comfortable home stay, better for family, won't recommend for solo women travelers. - The ground floor of the rooms in their homestay, made it easier to travel with large luggages. Room was spacious, had AC, TV. There was a dining and living room space that could be used for eating. They have a kitchenette that can be used for making tea or reheating food. Food delivery was easy via Zomato or from a local hotel. Room had access to a shared balcony where clothes could be dried or we could sit to enjoy the greenery. Maid came to clean the rooms daily. The Toto charges for coming from station were given by the family. Free wifi was available for use. Use of pesticides in the gardening areas can be a health hazard, when they are sprayed on the days guests are around. Also the nearby stray dogs health have been impacted by use of pesticides in the homestay & possibly other local chemical pollutions of this area. Water in the bathroom was a bit allergenic & tasted of metal. Room had a mouldy smell, which was possibly because of dampness of the rainy season weather and less adequate cross ventilation of the rooms. Some money went missing when staying there, possibly when maid was around..
