• Elena (10/5): Amazing - Everything especially the hosts Gaetano & Mario!!!! They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The grounds are lovely, perfect place to hang out at the end of day after exploring Ischia. Gaetano and Mario will arrange to get you drinks, wine and food if request and add the cost to your room. Good restaurants were walkable as well as the Thermal Baths at Poseidon Gardens. we liked everything

• Castaldo (9/5): Accogliente e ottima posizione - Ottima posizione, comoda per raggiungere i principali punti d’interesse. La struttura è bella, curata e accogliente, ci si sente subito a proprio agio. Il proprietario, un ragazzo molto cordiale, è stato estremamente disponibile: ci ha permesso di lasciare la stanza oltre l’orario di check-out senza richiedere alcun supplemento, gesto davvero apprezzato. Un aspetto migliorabile riguarda la pulizia, in particolare degli spazi esterni e della doccia. Quest’ultima risulta un po’ datata, manca il doccino e potrebbe beneficiare di una piccola ristrutturazione.

• Sabine (9/5): - Sehr schön im Grünen gelegen, Olivenhain und Weinberg vor der Tür, tolle Aussicht von der grossen Terrasse. Und das Beste: Der direkte Weg zum kostenlosen (!) Strand! Die Wegbeschreibung von booking.com ist übrigens irreführend und Googlemaps hilft auch nicht weiter, also wenn man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt, vorher anrufen. Alles schick.
• michela (7/5): Piacevole - Bel residence con posizione strategica vicino al centro di Forio. Abbiamo apprezzato che ci hanno dato un appartamento vista mare per 5 persone, nonostante avessimo prenotato uno normale per 2. Belli gli spazi esterni. Mancanza di sapone per le mani nei bagni, bagnoschiuma e neanche un po’ di olio e sale nella cucina. Sicuramente non è una cosa dovuta ma in tutti gli appartamenti dove sono stata lì ho sempre trovati. Condizionatore solo nel soggiorno cucina.

• Zuzana (10/5): Would recommend, the apartments have working kitchen + basics cooking utensils. There is plenty of towels and the bathro - The beach was very close to the hotel. Staff was really nice and helpful and communicated quickly when we needed something.

• Camilla (7/5): - Staff disponibile e simpatico. La struttura è accogliente e mette tranquillità con il verde intorno. L’unico consiglio è che potrebbe essere tenuta un po’ meglio per quanto riguarda la pulizia sia del giardino (dell’entrata) che delle camere.

• Ripa (10/5): La dolce vita, è qui - La struttura ha un’ambientazione molto suggestiva soprattutto al tramonto, alla fine c’è tutto il comfort che può servire ad una coppia o anche ad una famiglia, essendo dotata di piano cucina e spazio fuori per mangiare la sera o anche stendere i panni o semplicemente prendersi 5 minuti di relax😎 Gaetano il proprietario della struttura mi ha aiutato fin dal primo momento, dandoci una panoramica sia dell’appartamento che dell’isola, ma anche semplicemente nell’aiutarci a prendere cose essenziali o a mostrarci Noleggi convenzionati con la struttura, è stato accogliente e soprattutto ha capito le nostre esigenze, e le nostre necessità. ☀️ Forse alcune cose andrebbero migliorate ma la voglia di fare e il modo di risolvere i problemi del proprietario della struttura Gaetano, sono stati eccezionali.
• Visone (8/5): - La struttura è molto comoda per chi vuole vivere in comodità con la spiaggia molto vicina a soli 150 metri a piedi e a pochi passi da forio, struttura molto bella e ben curata, consigliata per chi vuole soggiornare ad ischia
• daniela (5/5): Rilassante - Camera grande e silenziosa, letto comodo. Camera spoglia, comodini del letto non utilizzabili, bagno da rivedere, datato. Cucina con stoviglie inutilizzabili, molto usurate. Passaggio pedonale per il mare non curato. Nell' insieme bel posto ma trascurato.
• Lucie (9/5): Jsme rádi, že jsme si vybrali ke svému pobytu na Ischii právě Vaše ubytování! - Apartmán je umístěn v krásné zahradě, jedná se o klidné místo nedaleko písečné pláže dostupné pěšinou přes zahradu cca 200m. Výhodou je možnost parkování. V docházkové vzdálenosti je několik restaurací, malý obchod a termální lázně Poseidonovy zahrady. Náš apartmán byl po částečné rekonstrukci, čistý a měl prostornou terasu s častečným výhlednem na moře, zahradu i okolní pohoří. Vybavení kuchyně bylo jen velmi základní a chybějící hrnky a skleničky nám na naši prosbu milý správce Gaetano obratem s omluvou dodal.

• Stephanie (8/5): Great value for accomodation close to Forio and the beach. - Apartments suitable for a group or family stay. Super close to the Dell’Isola beach and a short walk into Forio and the Poisedon baths. Host Gaetano was extremely accomodating - he give us a room upgrade when we added a guest to our booking, free breakfast and a spa at sister hotel Royal Sunset and plenty of tips throughout the week.

• Kateryna (10/5): Exceptional - Very beautiful territory and convenient location. Th e residence is located next to a good sandy beach where pets are allowed and a 10-minute walk from the thermal park "Gardens of Poseidon". Within walking distance there is a mini market and many restaurants. The old town and the city market are 18 minutes walk along shady streets. Ideal for a family trip and a quiet holiday with your family. The owners of the residence allow pets and are very friendly and nice people.
